Abstract
Description
この種のトルク監視方法は、車両駆動部の制御機器において生じ得る誤機能や乗員並びに外部歩行者の保護のための駆動部自体に生じ得る誤機能を検出するために用いられている。このトルク監視に対しては運転中のドライバーの意志を表す信号から連続的に許容トルクが求められ、駆動部の実際値トルクと比較される。この実際値トルクは、内燃機関と電気的駆動部からなるハイブリッド駆動部では、内燃機関の実際値トルクと電気的駆動部の実際値トルクの和から求められる。これに対しては内燃機関のエンジン制御機器と電気的駆動部の制御機器の間でデータの交換が行われている。
以下では本発明を図面に示されている実施例に基づいて詳細に説明するが、この場合、
図1は内燃機関のための連続的なトルク監視部を概略的に表した図であり、
図2は本発明の実施例によるエンジン制御機器と電気モータの制御機器との間の信号の流れを表した図である。
Claims (4)
- 所属のエンジン制御機器(20)を備えた内燃機関と、所属の制御機器(41)を備え本質的安全性を備えた電気的駆動部(40)とからなるハイブリッド駆動部におけるトルク監視のための方法であって、
保護された通信(30)が行われており、その際にエンジン制御機器(20)が目標トルク(31)を本質的安全性を備えた電気的駆動部(40)の制御機器(41)に送出し、電気的駆動部からは状態信号(33)を受信し、さらに前記エンジン制御機器(20)は、許容トルク(13)の上回りが生じている場合又は負の状態信号(33)が存在する場合にエラー信号(24)を送出している形式の方法において、
前記電気的駆動部(40)の本質的安全性が、定常的なトルク監視のために目標トルク(31)の設定に従って前記制御機器(41)内で使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 本質的安全性を備えた電気駆動部(40)の目標トルク(31)のみがエンジン制御機器(20)から制御機器(41)に転送され、該制御機器(41)内に存在する実際値トルク(32)がトルク監視のために使用され、本質的安全性を備えた電気的駆動部(40)と通信(30)の正常な機能状態を表す状態信号(33)のみがエンジン制御機器(20)に転送され、許容トルク(13)の上回りが生じている場合又は負の状態信号(33)が存在する場合にはエラー信号(24)が送出される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 駆動部の許容トルク(13)は、内燃機関の実際値トルクと本質的安全性を備えた電気的駆動部(40)の目標トルク(31)からの和と比較され、形成された和が許容トルク(13)を上回っている場合にはエラー信号(24)が送出される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記エンジン制御機器(20)は、内的妥当性を備えた目標トルク(31)を本質的安全性を備えた電気的駆動部(40)に送信し、制御機器(41)は、実際値トルク(32)が目標トルク(31)に達している場合には正の状態信号(33)を送出し、実際値トルク(32)が目標トルク(31)に達していない場合には負の状態信号(33)を送出する、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
