Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic product for packs obtained by impregnating a cosmetic material into a sheet-like biocellulose.
Biocellulose is finer in fiber texture than a non-woven fabric and has excellent water retention (for example, Patent Document 1). Attempts have also been made to make pack cosmetics by taking advantage of such characteristics of biocellulose. However, when biocellulose is impregnated with a cosmetic and used as a cosmetic for packs, there are problems such as insufficient introduction of active ingredients, a lot of dripping, and uneven appearance.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic pack for cosmetics that has improved introduction of an active ingredient into biocellulose, little dripping of liquid, and excellent appearance.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic pack for use in which biocellulose is impregnated with a cosmetic having a viscosity of 50 mPa · s to 1,100 mPa · s.

Biocellulose is cellulose produced by microorganisms, and is composed of fibrils in which a large number of microfibrils having a diameter of 4 nm are gathered. By stationary culture of acetic acid bacteria and the like, a biocellulose film is formed at the air-liquid medium interface. For example, after forming a biocellulose film by culturing, washing with water, removing the medium, and then performing an alkali treatment to remove microorganisms and impurities. The alkali treatment may be boiled for about 1 to 2 hours with an alkali solution (for example, about 2% sodium hydroxide solution) about 10 times the amount of the produced biocellulose membrane. Then, it wash | cleans with water until it becomes neutral, and obtains the target biocellulose film. The biocellulose mask used in the present invention was prepared by slicing this into a thickness range of 0.3 mm to 1 mm suitable for pack cosmetics and processing it into a shape that is easy to apply.
