Abstract
Description

小さな形状を呈し、フィルター10を小さなサイズの導入シースに搭載することができる。さらに、支持部材42はフィルター10およびフィルター脚部16の基部から離間するので、支持部材42とフィルター脚部16との絡みが低減される。
Claims (32)
- 先頭部と、
基端部および先端部を有する複数のフィルター脚部と、フィルター脚部の基端部は先頭部に保持されていることと、
脈管内において脈管内フィルターをセンタリングさせるための生吸収性センタリング要素と、該センタリング要素は、脈管内に配置されたときに、脈管壁に外向きの力を作用させるように構成された1つ以上の生分解性支持部材を有することとを備える脈管内フィルター。 - 生吸収性センタリング要素は、脈管内に配置されると、折り畳んだ状態から展開した状態に自動的に変化するように構成された請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生吸収性センタリング要素は、in vivoにおいて約20〜30日で分解するように構成された請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生吸収性センタリング要素は、in vivoにおいて約3〜5日で分解するように構成された請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 先頭部に連結された生分解性キャップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材は生分解性キャップから外方に延びる請求項5に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材は複数のフィルター脚部の先端部に連結された請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材はフィルター基部に向かう方向に向けられた請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材はフィルター基部から離間する方向に向けられた請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材はほぼ円形の断面を備える長尺状の形状を有する請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材は長さ方向に沿って弓形またはアーチ型形状を有する請求項10に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生分解性支持部材は、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、乳酸・グリコール酸コポリマー、ポリジオキサノン、酸無水物ポリマー、トリメチレンカーボネート、ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート)、ポリ(γ−グルタミン酸エチル)、ポリ(o−エステル)、ポリシアノアクリレート、ポリホスファザン、ポリ−α−ヒドロキシ酸、ポリ−(ε−カプロラクトン)、ポリサッカライド、修飾タンパク質、アルブミン、コラーゲン、ゼラチン、アルギン酸、および澱粉から選択された生分解性材料を含む請求項1に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 先頭部と、
基端部および先端部を有する複数のフィルター脚部と、フィルター脚部の基端部は先頭部に保持されていることと、
脈管内において脈管内フィルターをセンタリングさせるための生吸収性センタリング要素と、生吸収性センタリング要素は、フィルター脚部に保持された第1の端部、および脈管内に配置されたときに、自己展開するとともに、脈管壁に対して外向きの力を作用させる第2の端部を備える1つ以上の生分解性支持部材を有することと、を備える脈管内フィルター。 - 生吸収性センタリング要素は、体内に配置されたときに、折り畳まれた状態から展開した状態に自動的に変化するように構成された請求項13に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生吸収性センタリング要素は、in vivoにおいて約20〜30日で分解するように構成された請求項13に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 生吸収性センタリング要素は、in vivoにおいて約3〜5日で分解するように構成された請求項13に記載の脈管内フィルター。
- 先頭部に連結された生分解性キャップをさらに備える請求項13に記載の脈管内フィルター。

脈管内において脈管内フィルターをセンタリングさせるための生吸収性センタリング要素と、生吸収性センタリング要素は、先頭部を中心に配置された生分解性キャップに保持された第1の端部、および脈管内に配置されたときに、自己展開するとともに、脈管壁に対して外向きの力を作用させる第2の端部を備える1つ以上の生分解性支持部材を有する
ことと、を備える脈管内フィルター。 - 脈管内において脈管内装置をセンタリングすることに用いる生吸収性センタリング要素であって、
脈管内に配置されたときに、自己展開するとともに、脈管壁に対して外向きの力を作用させるように構成された少なくとも1つの支持部材と、各支持部材はin vivoにおいて所定の期間内に分解するように構成された生分解性材料を含むこととを備える生吸収性センタリング要素。 - 所定の期間は約20〜30日である請求項26に記載の生吸収性センタリング要素。
- 所定の期間は約3〜30日である請求項26に記載の生吸収性センタリング要素。
- 各支持部材は、ほぼ円形の断面を備える長尺状の形状を有する請求項26に記載の生吸収性センタリング要素。
- 生分解性支持部材は、長さ方向に沿って弓形またはアーチ型形状を有する請求項29に記載の生吸収性センタリング要素。
