Description
Claims (16)
- 渦なしおよびソースレスベクトルフィールドを測定するマルチチャンネル測定デバイスを用いて対象物近傍の磁界を測定することによって、前記対象物の電流分布を決定する方法であって、
1つの測定センサが各チャンネルに対応し、
各測定センサに対応するマルチチャンネル測定信号を、所定の一連の仮想センサの信号に変換する工程と、
前記一連の仮想センサの信号から測定対象物の電流分布を、効率的に計算されるべき所定の基底関数において決定する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記対象物は、球面調和関数導体を用いて概算され、前記フィールドの多極展開は、前記マルチチャンネル測定信号から計算されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多極展開は、前記対象物の外部の前記磁界を考慮することにより、計算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記多極展開は、前記対象物の外部の前記磁界を無視することにより、計算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記外部干渉は、前記変換の前に、いくつかの他の公知の干渉除去方法を用いて除去されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 関数f(r)を用いて、前記電流分布モデルの深さ重み付けを調節することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 対象物近傍の磁界を測定することによって前記対象物の電流分布を決定するための測定デバイスであって、
渦なしおよびソースレスベクトルフィールドを測定する一連の測定チャンネル(1、11、12、...1n)であって、この場合において、少なくとも1つの測定センサ2、21、22、...24が各チャンネルに対応する測定チャンネルと、
前記測定信号を処理する処理手段(3)であって、前記処理手段(3)において、対称的な球形の導体を用いて前記対象物が概算される手段と、を含み、
前記処理手段は、
各測定センサに対応するマルチチャンネル測定信号を所定の一連の仮想センサの信号に変換する変換モジュール(4)と、
前記一連の仮想センサから得られる対象物の電流分布を、所定の正規直交関数基底中の深さrを用いて決定する計算手段(5)と、
を含むことを特徴とする測定デバイス。 - 前記計算手段(5)は、前記マルチチャンネル測定信号からの多極展開を計算するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記多極展開は、前記測定されている対象物の外部の前記磁界を考慮に入れることにより、計算されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記多極展開は、前記測定されている対象物の外部の前記磁界を無視することにより、計算されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の測定デバイス。
- 関数f(r)を用いて、電流分布モデルの深さ重み付けを調節することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記測定デバイスは、前記信号の保存の前に、前記信号を一連の仮想センサに変換し、前記分析ソフトウェアは、前記保存されたデータを電流分布に変換する請求項9に記載の測定デバイスおよび分析ソフトウェア。
