一対のクラッチ板と、該クラッチ板の噛み合いを保持するスプリングと、から成り、所定の負荷が加わると、スプリングが圧縮されることによりクラッチ板が離間して前記駆動モータの駆動力の伝達を停止する動力伝達手段の一方のクラッチ板を前記出力軸側に、他方のクラッチ板を前記アーム側に配設し、
