Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bed leaving detection apparatus that can reliably detect bed leaving from a patient's bed using an existing nurse call system installed in a hospital, a care facility, or the like.
In recent years, an increasing number of patients are receiving rehabilitation treatment in hospitals and nursing homes for the purpose of expanding daily activities such as movement, changing clothes, eating, washing, bathing, excretion, or activities of daily living (abbreviated as ADL) In particular, an increase in elderly dementia patients is remarkable.
Also, in hospital wards or medical wards, falling and falling when leaving the bed of elderly patients who are difficult to sit, stand and walk are caused by physical factors. Such elderly falls and falls can lengthen hospital stays due to injury and prevent ADL recovery as well as induce complications. Therefore, in rehabilitation related facilities such as hospitals and care facilities, various measures such as adopting a four-point bed fence surrounding the four sides of the bed have been implemented, but sufficient effects have not been achieved.
The four-point bed fence described above has no gap at the entrance and exit of the bed, so patients with dementia may move over the bed fence, but the behavioral restraint on the patient gives a sense of restraint and the patient's needs, The lack of basic requirements that are indispensable for humans to live a social life cannot be satisfied, resulting in worsening dementia and inhibiting the spread of ADL.
Conventional techniques for preventing the patient from falling and falling when leaving the bed include: (1) a device that detects the patient's home by laying a pressure sensor under the mat of the bed (for example,
In the prior art described in
Moreover, in the prior art described in
Furthermore, in the prior art described in
Furthermore, since the prior art described in all

The present invention relates to a plurality of beds in which a bed fence is provided with an opening through which a patient can pass on one side, and the remaining area is surrounded by at least one of the bed fence and the wall. A push button switch for the patient to perform a push operation, and a nurse call terminal device that generates a call signal when the push button switch is pushed, and a nurse call terminal device installed in a predetermined management room, A bed leaving detection device using a nurse call system including a management device that notifies call information that can be individually identified for each patient or each bed in response to a call signal of
A base plate attached to the fence body;
An opening / closing door connected to the side edge of the base plate so as to be rotatable about a substantially vertical rotation axis;
Holding means for detachably holding the pushbutton switch on the base plate;
And a pressing member that presses the pushbutton switch and maintains the pressed state when the opening / closing door is opened at a predetermined angle or more from the closed position.
According to the present invention, a bed fence is provided on one side of a bed installed in a hospital room or a nursing room in a nursing facility, and an opening used for getting on and off the patient's bed is provided. . The remaining area around the bed excluding the area where the bed fence and the opening are provided is surrounded by a wall such as a building wall, another bed fence and a board so that the patient does not fall from the bed. Yes.
Such hospitals and care facilities are provided with nurse call systems. In this nurse call system, a nurse call terminal device generates a calling signal when a patient presses a push button switch. In response to a call signal from the nurse call terminal device, a management device installed in a predetermined management room such as a nurse station reports call information that can be individually identified for each patient or each bed. Such a nurse call system can use an existing system installed in a hospital, a care facility, or the like.
A base plate is attached to the fence body, and an opening / closing door is connected to a side edge portion of the base plate so as to be rotatable about a substantially vertical rotation axis. The base plate is also provided with holding means for detachably holding the push button switch, and the opening / closing door is provided with a pressing member for pressing the push button switch. The pressing member presses the push button switch and maintains the pressed state when the opening / closing door is opened at a predetermined angle or more from the closed position.
The reason for using such an open / close door is to guide the patient to the opening where the open / close door is provided and open the open / close door when the patient tries to walk off the bed by himself / herself in order to reliably detect getting out of bed. This is in order to use the action of performing for getting out of bed.
Even if the opening / closing door is opened from the closed position at an angle smaller than a predetermined angle, the push button switch is not pressed by the pressing member, and the calling signal is not notified by the management device in the management room. The predetermined angle is the opening / closing door in a state where the patient's body position is in the end sitting position on the side facing the opening of the bed, that is, in the lower part from the knee of the patient's foot that hangs down from the side of the bed to the floor. You may choose as an angle when it opens to such an extent that it contacts.
The predetermined angle that determines such an unreacted area is determined according to the degree of patient agility, the difference in the procedure when opening the door, etc., at least until the patient is standing, etc. What is necessary is just to determine for every patient so that the time which can visit can be ensured. This makes it possible to reliably detect bed leaving at a low cost without newly installing an expensive nurse call system and prevent the patient from falling and falling.
In the invention, it is preferable that the opening / closing door is made of a translucent material.
According to the present invention, the opening / closing door is made of a translucent material, thereby reducing the feeling of closeness and pressure on the patient, preventing disgust and discomfort with respect to the presence of the opening / closing door, By avoiding the use of the door, it is possible to prevent the user from getting over the bed fence and to detect the bed more reliably.
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the holding means is provided at a lower end portion of the base plate.
According to the present invention, the holding means is provided at the lower end of the base plate to recognize that the push button switch is pressed by the patient opening the open / close door and notified to a nurse or the like, and from inside the bed. It is possible to prevent the push button switch from being easily removed from the base plate by reaching out.
Further, according to the present invention, the opening / closing door is prevented from rotating in the opening direction until the pressing force in the opening direction of the opening / closing door reaches a predetermined magnitude. A blocking means is provided.
According to the present invention, the opening / closing door is provided with a rotation preventing means. This rotation prevention means prevents the opening / closing door from rotating in the opening direction until the pressing force in the opening direction from the closed position reaches a predetermined magnitude, and prevents the opening / closing door from being touched by a futon or a pillow. It prevents the door from being opened undesirably due to contact with the patient, inadvertent contact with the patient's body, and blowing of wind etc. And the reliability of getting out of bed can be improved.
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the holding means holds the push button switch so as to be angularly displaceable over an operating position where the push button switch faces the pressing member and a non-operating position where the push button switch is separated from the pressing member.
According to the present invention, the holding means holds the push button switch in an angularly displaceable state between the operating position and the non-operating position, so that the required required bed for patient examination, treatment, examination, defecation, walk, visit, etc. is accepted. If the push button switch is angularly displaced to the non-operating position without removing the push button switch from the base plate, the call information from the management device is notified by lighting and flashing light and sounding. When the state where it is necessary to detect bed leaving again, the pushbutton switch can be returned to the operating position to return to a state where bed leaving can be detected, and detection / non-detection of bed leaving can be easily switched. it can.
According to the present invention, the operation of opening the open / close door provided on the bed by the patient makes it possible to reliably leave the bed at an inexpensive cost using an existing nurse call system without newly installing an expensive nurse call system. By detecting it, it is possible to prevent the patient from falling and falling.
Further, according to the present invention, since the open / close door is made of a translucent material, it is possible to reduce the feeling of closing and pressure on the patient and to detect bed leaving more reliably.
Further, according to the present invention, the holding means is provided at the lower end portion of the base plate to prevent the patient from reaching out from the bed and easily removing the push button switch from the base plate, and leaving the bed while a nurse or the like is not aware. It is possible to prevent a problem that a situation in which it cannot be detected is reached.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent unintentional opening of the opening / closing door by the rotation preventing means, to prevent erroneous detection for getting out of bed, and to improve the reliability of getting out of bed.
Further, according to the present invention, since the push button switch can be held at the operating position and the non-operating position by the holding means so as to be angularly displaceable, it is not necessary to detect the bed leaving and the need to detect the bed leaving. The detection unnecessary state can be easily switched.

The bed leaving
The opening / closing

FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the section line II-II in FIG. Referring also to FIG. 1, the mounting
The mounting
The mounting
The
The pressing
Even if the opening / closing

FIG. 5 is a system diagram for explaining the configuration of the
In the nurse
FIG. 6 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the
First, in step s1, when the management device 42 selects the bed leaving detection mode for each patient at time t1 in FIG. 7 (1) by the operator's input operation, the
When the patient opens the
In step s3, when the state in which the call signal is input to the
In step s5, when the nurse confirms who has left the bed by the display or sound of the management apparatus
When the nurse determines that there is no risk of getting out of the patient's condition, or when the reason for getting out of bed such as examination, examination, excretion, washing, bathing, walking, etc. is clear, the
By using the opening / closing
As described above, the bed leaving
Further, by providing the mounting
Further, since the opening / closing
