The pair of position fixing shafts 40 shown in the figure are disposed along the left and right side surfaces of the swing arm body 20, but only one of the position fixing shafts 40 may be provided.

When the cover frame 50 and the position fixing shaft 40 are fixed by such an operation, the swing arm body 20 is fixed within a range in which the swing arm body 20 swings up and down (see FIG. 4).
