Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a communication device and a communication method used in a communication system in which a plurality of communication devices communicate with each other.
In recent years, modes of communication by communication terminals such as mobile phones have been diversified, and in addition to conventional voice calls by circuit switching, new modes of communication such as packet communication using an IP (Internet Protocol) network are being performed. . For example, there is “chat mail” in which a conversation is performed by exchanging characters between communication terminals in real time (see Patent Document 1). Chat mail is one of communication modes called “group communication” in which a group is formed between members registered in advance and data such as characters is communicated in real time within the group.
PoC(Push to Talk over Cellular)と呼ばれるものがある。
However, in PoC, the transmission side can transmit a group communication start notification, that is, a communication start request to the reception side only by address information. In other words, as long as the addresses match, it is possible to send a group communication communication start request to a party that is not well known, and repeat the transmission by changing the destination address many times until the sending side succeeds in sending. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that it may be abused for the purpose of solicitation or advertising.
In addition, the conventional terminal that has received the communication start request leaves a reception history regardless of whether the group communication is established or not. However, when the communication start request is received multiple times, there is a disadvantage that a plurality of history remains and is troublesome. .
In order to eliminate the disadvantages described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a communication device and a communication method that do not display a reception for a communication start request from an unknown source and do not leave it in the history.

The communication system according to the present invention includes, for example, three or more communication terminals (100-1, 100-2, 100-3...) And a
PoC(Push to Talk over Cellular)によるグループ通信を行うものとする。

In FIG. 1, the number of i is 4, but the present invention is not limited to this, and i may be any natural number of 3 or more.
The data transmitted in this data communication includes, for example, data such as voice of calls, images, and characters.
In this communication system, one communication terminal permitted to transmit by the

After establishing the communication session, the
Further, the
Next, the communication terminal 100-i of this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of the communication terminal 100-i.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the communication terminal 100-i includes an antenna 1, a communication unit 2, a key input unit 3, a

The key input unit 3 is a device for inputting user instructions to the communication terminal. For example, it has keys with various functions such as numeric keys, character keys, arrow keys, and decision keys. When these keys are operated by the user, the operation content is converted into electrical signals and controlled. Output to
The key input unit 3 is provided with a key (transmission key) for switching between transmission and reception in PoC. When the user operates this transmission key, a transmission permission request for the
The
The
The
The
Further, the
The ID information can be obtained by referring to a communication start request or other message means (such as Email header information).

For example, as processing related to group communication, voice input / output in the
In addition, the
The
In addition, the
The
In addition, when receiving a call start request from a communication terminal having ID information that does not exist in the ID information stored in the
As a method for notifying the user, not only the appropriate content is displayed on the
Next, the flow of processing during group communication in the communication system shown in FIG. 1 will be described.
For example, when the user of the communication terminal 100-1 starts PoC application software (hereinafter abbreviated as “PoC application”) by operating the key input unit 3, processing for group communication is started.
Here, on the PoC application, the user first specifies identification information (ID information) such as the telephone numbers of the communication terminals 100-2, 100-3, and 100-4 as the other party (communication participating member) who wants to perform group communication. To do.
Next, according to the processing routine of the PoC application, the
When
When the management table is also stored in the
Here, the communication start request is a notification that a site for group communication and control is provided, and includes group communication such as an address on the
Thereafter, the
Note that this communication start request may be transmitted from the
Next, processing (normal PoC processing) of the communication terminal after starting group communication will be described.
When the owner of one communication terminal, for example, the communication terminal 100-3 presses a call key (Talk key) in the key input unit 3, a request for speech is made from the communication terminal 100-3 to the
In addition, the reception of a response such as permission to join or non-participation from each member in response to the communication start request for the group communication described above can be accepted as appropriate even during the group communication as described above. 100-1 rewrites the login status of the management table.

That is, the
Further, the
In the communication terminal 100-i of the present embodiment, the determination condition of the

Further, according to the communication terminal 100-i of the present embodiment, in the setting not to notify the communication start request from the ID information that is not in the
In addition, there is an individual difference for each user as to what criteria are used to select a partner who does not wish to communicate. Some users want to allow communication only from a partner they know, while others allow communication except for specific people. The communication terminal 100-i of the present embodiment can meet such needs with individual differences. Therefore, as described above, it is possible to meet the needs of users with such individual differences by setting in advance whether to notify even if a communication start request is received from an unknown partner or a communication rejection setting partner. It becomes possible to respond finely.

However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other various group communication that performs one-to-many data communication is also described. Applicable.
