Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a photosensitive recording medium container for storing and storing a photosensitive recording medium cartridge that rotatably stores a photosensitive recording medium such as a hologram recording medium.
A hologram recording medium for recording data by hologram has been invented (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This hologram recording medium is a photosensitive recording medium in which a hologram recording layer made of a photosensitive material is layered on a disk-shaped support, and has been widely used by recording data in multiple layers as laser light interference fringes. Thus, a larger data recording capacity can be obtained than a DVD that is a recording medium. This hologram recording medium is handled by being housed in a cartridge having a light-shielding function and a dust-proof function because the performance of the hologram recording layer is adversely affected by exposure of the hologram recording layer or adhesion of dust (for example, Patent Document 2). reference).
In the invention described in
In the invention described in
Since the hologram recording medium has photosensitivity, it cannot be stored alone as it is naked, but is stored and stored in the cartridge in a state where it is shielded from light. If the cartridge containing the hologram recording medium is not properly shielded from light and dust between the cartridge main body itself and the cartridge main body and the shutter, light and dust will enter the cartridge and adversely affect the hologram recording medium. I will give it. In addition, a photopolymer, which is a photosensitive material constituting the hologram recording layer, has a property of reacting with moisture when it absorbs moisture, which adversely affects the characteristics of the hologram recording medium. However,
The cartridge described in
Also, in business establishments that use a large amount of hologram recording media, it is desirable to stack the hologram recording media in a storage case etc. in a bare state (that is, not accommodated in the cartridge body) and store and store them in a lump. In this case as well, the storage case is required to have a function of keeping the inside of the storage case in a low humidity state as well as light shielding and dustproof. However, conventionally, there has been no storage case that can accommodate a plurality of photosensitive recording media in a stacked manner.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to store and store a photosensitive recording medium in a low-humidity container so as to prevent performance deterioration of the photosensitive recording medium due to humidity. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a photosensitive recording medium container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the photosensitive recording medium, FIG. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of a main part of the photosensitive recording medium, and FIG. Is a perspective view of a cartridge in which a photosensitive recording medium is rotatably accommodated, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VV in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, a photosensitive
As shown in FIG. 2, the
For example, data is multilayer-recorded on the hologram recording layer as laser light interference fringes by laser light in a wavelength range of green 532 nm to blue 405 nm. As shown in FIG. 4, the
On the upper and lower surfaces of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the
The
As shown in FIG. 5, a
Further, a moisture-
The moisture-
As shown in FIG. 1, the photosensitive
Thus, the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a photosensitive recording medium container according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 is a perspective view of a bag-shaped photosensitive recording medium container (hereinafter abbreviated as a bag-shaped container), and FIG. 7 is a bag-shaped container in which a flap is closed and a recording disk is accommodated. Sectional drawing, FIG. 8 is a principal part expanded sectional view of the sheet-like member which forms a bag-shaped container, and FIG. 9 is principal part sectional drawing of the bag-shaped container of a modification.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the bag-
As shown in FIG. 8, the sheet-
Then, after the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9, if the bag-

As shown in FIG. 10, the photosensitive
Since the moisture in the disk storage unit 3 is absorbed by the
In addition, in embodiment shown in FIG. 10, although it demonstrated as what contains the
