デジタル放送を受信して記録する記録媒体と、
前記放送の受信レベルが所定以下であるか否かを検出する受信不良検出手段と、
前記受信不良検出手段で受信不良を検出したとき、前記受信放送の記録を停止し、受信不良が解消したとき記録を再開する記録制御手段と、
前記受信不良検出時に、受信した放送番組データから受信放送番組の再放送を検出する再放送検出手段と、
前記再放送検出手段で再放送が存在することを検出したときその再放送番組の記録予約を行う記録予約手段と、
前記記録予約手段により同番組の再放送を受信した受信データを記録し、該再放送の記録が受信不良により記録停止部分を生じているとき、先の記録データと再放送の記録データのいずれかの記録データを、他の記録データで補充編集する記録編集手段とを備えたことを特徴とするデジタル放送受信機。
