医療施設で使用する複数の医療用器材それぞれに器材品種を示す識別情報と器材名称を付与してコンピュータのデータベースに記憶し、洗浄滅菌された医療用器材を収容した器材袋に識別情報がバーコード又は磁気により書き込まれたラベルを貼剥可能に貼付して保管し、患者の治療に際しデータベースから治療に使用する医療用器材の名称・個数と患者名と治療名が記載された器材取り揃えリストを印刷し、同器材取り揃えリストに医療用器材の名称・個数と患者名と治療名を示すリスト識別情報をバーコード又は磁気により付し、器材取り揃えリストに基づいて袋詰めされた医療用器材を取り揃え、同取り揃えた医療用器材の器材袋に貼付されたラベルの識別情報と器材取り揃えリストのリスト識別情報を読み込んで取り揃えた医療用器材の名称・個数を照合し、必要な医療用器材が正しく取り揃えられたかを判定して結果を出力し、取り揃えた医療用器材を器材取り揃えリスト及び同リストに付属するラベル貼付シートとともに医療施設内を移動し、治療時に医療用器材を器材袋から取り出した際に器材袋からラベルを剥離してラベル貼付シートに貼付し、治療後使用済みの医療用器材を器材取り揃えリスト及びラベル貼付シートとともに回収し、同回収したラベル貼付シートのラベルの識別情報と器材取り揃えリストのリスト識別情報を読み込んで回収した医療用器材の名称・個数を照合し、使用済みの医療用器材が全量回収されたかを判定して結果を出力するようにしたことを特徴とする医療用器材の管理方法。   The identification information indicating the device type and the device name are assigned to each of the plurality of medical devices used in the medical facility and stored in the computer database, and the identification information is barcoded on the device bag containing the cleaned and sterilized medical devices.
