受け付けられた前記管理ＵＲＬに記憶されたホームページをリンク対象として設定している他のホームページのＵＲＬをリンク元ＵＲＬとして前記複数の検索サーバーから取得するリンク元ＵＲＬ取得手段と、
取得された一以上のリンク元ＵＲＬから重複を排除してリンク元ＵＲＬ群を抽出するリンク元ＵＲＬ群抽出手段と、
抽出されたリンク元ＵＲＬ群を記憶するリンク元ＵＲＬ群記憶手段と
