Abstract
Description
【0001】

FIG. 11 is a sequence diagram showing a flow of a mail service with an image in a general mobile phone. This figure shows an example of a processing sequence in the case where the mobile phone of user A sends a mail with an image to the mobile phone of user B. Therefore, in the following description, what should be called the mobile phone of user A and the mobile phone of user B are simply expressed as user A and user B. First, in the process 1, the user A selects an image to be sent to the user B and attaches it to the mail. Then, the user A inputs the address of the mail server as the mail transmission destination, and further inputs the comment to be added to the image and the address of the other party (that is, the user B) to which the image is to be transmitted in the text. Thereafter, the mail is transmitted when the user A presses the transmission button.
[0003]
Next, in process 2, the mail with an image transmitted from the user A reaches the mail server. Then, the mail server automatically registers the image attached to the mail with the image sent from the user A and the comment information of the image, and acquires an address indicating the storage location of the image. Thereafter, in
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the mail service is performed by the process shown in FIG. 11, there are various problems as described below. First, when user A sends an image mail to a communication partner, the mail address of the transmission destination must be the address of the mail server, and the mail address of the other party to whom the image is to be sent must be input in the text. Is quite troublesome. Secondly, since the address of the image storage destination is transmitted as it is to the other party, if this address leaks to the outside, the image may be misused by others. Third, when the same image is transmitted to a plurality of communication partners, the sender side (that is, user A) performs the processing operation as shown in FIG. Is quite troublesome. When sending mail to a plurality of destinations, a plurality of the same images are registered in the mail server, so that a considerable load is applied to the mail server and processing efficiency may be deteriorated.
[0005]
That is, in the prior art, the sender sends a URL character string by e-mail or the like when the other party is instructed to access the URL, and the other party starts up the address of the URL. Yes. However, when transmitting a URL to a plurality of destinations, it is necessary to input URLs of a long character string for the number of persons, and when transmitting again after a lapse of time, a long character string URL is again used. For example, it is very bad for the sender to use the communication terminal.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to transmit data with a simple operation when transmitting and receiving information using a communication terminal such as a mobile phone or a mobile terminal. It is also possible to provide a communication system in which a receiving side can receive desired information with simple access.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a communication system according to the present invention includes a communication terminal that transmits and receives various types of information including voice information, image information, and character information using a network such as the Internet, and the communication terminal. A communication system including a server that transmits and receives various types of information, and a communication terminal registers an information capturing unit that captures desired information among various types of information and desired information captured by the information capturing unit in the server An information registration instructing unit for instructing information and a display unit for displaying the contents of the instruction by the information registration instructing unit on the screen, and the server receives the desired information transmitted by the communication terminal according to the instruction of the information registration instructing unit And an information registration unit for registration. Then, the keyword corresponding to the registration destination information indicating the registration destination of the desired information registered in the information registration unit is set by an instruction from the information registration instruction unit, or character information or symbol information determined by the server It is characterized in that either is set at random using.
[0008]
That is, according to the communication system of the present invention, the communication terminal includes an information registration instruction unit as a means for giving an instruction to register various information such as voice information, image information, and character information from the server to itself. Therefore, the communication terminal can freely register desired information with the server using the information registration instruction unit. Furthermore, the communication terminal can set a URL corresponding to a destination where various information such as voice information, image information, and character information is stored, and a keyword corresponding to the URL address in the server. Therefore, when the communication terminal sends the URL address to which the various information is stored to the communication partner, the server sends the keyword corresponding to the URL address to the communication partner. As a result, the communication partner can view an image with the acquired keyword in the same manner as when receiving a URL address with many character strings. Note that the desired information captured by the information capturing unit of the communication terminal may be any information such as image information, a homepage, and audio information. The means for taking in the desired information may be any taking means such as a camera or a communication line.
[0009]
In the communication system of the present invention, the server transmits the keyword to the destination communication terminal when receiving the address of the destination communication terminal from the communication terminal.
[0010]
That is, according to the communication system of the present invention, the communication terminal can set address information of an information registration destination, a keyword corresponding to the address information, and the like in the server. Alternatively, when the server automatically assigns address information, keywords, or the like, or when the server automatically assigns address information, the keywords corresponding to the assigned address information can be set at the communication terminal. In other words, according to the communication system of the present invention, the communication terminal can set the URL address and the keyword corresponding to the URL address where various information such as voice information, image information, and character information is stored in the server. . As a result, when the communication terminal sends the destination URL address storing various information to the communication partner, the keyword corresponding to the URL address can be sent to the communication partner via the server. Therefore, the communication partner can view an image with the acquired keyword in the same manner as when receiving a URL address with many character strings. Information that the communication terminal can set in the server is address information, keywords, passwords, and the like.
[0011]
Further, the communication system of the present invention has an information deletion instruction unit for giving an instruction to delete desired information registered in the server according to an instruction of the information registration instruction unit, in addition to the configuration of each of the above inventions And the server includes an information deleting unit that deletes at least one piece of desired information registered in the information registration unit based on a deletion instruction of the registered information from the information deletion instruction unit. And
[0012]
That is, according to the communication system of the present invention, voice information, image information, character information, etc. registered in the server by the communication terminal are arbitrarily deleted by an instruction of the information deletion instruction unit when the communication terminal side wants to delete. be able to. It is also necessary to forget that the registered communication terminal has registered image information etc. by periodically sending a message such as “Delete image?” From the server to the communication terminal. Can be deleted depending on
[0013]
In the communication system of the present invention, since the communication terminal sends a keyword corresponding to the URL address to the communication partner, desired information can be easily transmitted to a plurality of communication partners. Furthermore, in the case of mail with an image, only one identical image is registered in the server, so the load on the server can be reduced. It is also possible to periodically send a message to the communication terminal that the server deletes the registration information, or to send a message to the communication terminal after the server deletes the registration information.

Next, a specific example when information is transmitted and received by the communication system of the present invention will be described using a flowchart and various screens. FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a specific example in which information is transmitted and received by the communication system of the present invention. FIG. 3 shows a screen display flow corresponding to the flowchart of FIG. 2, and is a screen display diagram showing the address registration and ID registration processing procedures. 3 includes an “address registration setting screen” 201, a “user ID registration screen” 202, a “user ID registration execution screen” 203, a “user ID input screen” 204, an “address registration table list” 205, and a “registration”. A screen example of a “content confirmation screen” 206 is shown. Further, FIG. 4 shows a screen display flow corresponding to the flowchart of FIG. 2, and is a screen display diagram showing a registration data deletion processing procedure. The screen in FIG. 4 shows screen examples of an “address registration table list” 210, a “delete item selection screen” 211, a “deletion confirmation screen” 212, and a “deletion completion screen” 213. Therefore, by using the flowchart of FIG. 2 and the screen display flowcharts of FIGS. 3 and 4, the sender's communication terminal registers the address with the server, and the third party's communication terminal uses the registered address in a simple manner. The process flow that can be accessed will be described.
[0023]
First, when registering an address, the communication terminal displays the “address registration setting screen” 201 of FIG. 3 (step S1), and whether to register an address or registration of a user ID as a pre-process for registering an address The user selects whether to perform (Step S2). That is, the user ID must be registered to register the address. Here, when address registration is selected in step S2 (step S2, Yes), the "user ID input screen" 204 of FIG. 3 is displayed (step S3), and the ID input process by the user is performed (step S4). ). In the “user ID input screen” 204 of FIG. 3, it is determined whether or not <OK> has been pressed after the user ID has been input (step S5). If <OK> has been pressed (step S5, YES), after displaying the “address registration table list” 205 of FIG. 3, information registration processing of addresses and the like is performed (step S6). At this time, only the target data of the person who registered the user ID (that is, only the data of the creator) is displayed in the “address registration table list” 205.
[0024]
When the information registration processing such as the address in step S6 is performed, as shown in the “address registration table list” 205 in FIG. 3, the
[0025]
If <determine> is not pressed in step S5 (step S5, No), it is determined whether or not <cancel> is selected in the “address registration table list” 205 of FIG. 3 (step S10). If Cancel> is selected (step S10, Yes), the process proceeds to the display of the “address registration setting screen” 204 in step S1, and the above-described processing is repeated. If any other than <Cancel> is selected in Step S10 (No in Step S10), the process proceeds to Step S4 and the above-described process is repeated.
[0026]
If <registration> is not selected in the “address registration table list” 205 in FIG. 3 after input of setting information registration is completed in step S6 (step S7, No), whether or not <delete> has been selected. (Step S16), if <Delete> is selected (Yes in Step S16), the "Address Registration Table List" 210 of FIG. 4 is displayed and <Delete> is pressed to delete item selection processing. Is performed (step S18).
[0027]
Then, after performing the deletion item selection process in step S18, it is determined whether or not <decision> has been pressed on the “deletion item selection screen” 211 in FIG. 4 (step S19). In step S19, Yes), the “deletion confirmation screen” 212 in FIG. 4 is displayed (step S20). Then, after confirming the “deletion confirmation screen” 212, it is determined whether or not <decision> has been selected (step S21). When <decision> has been selected (step S21, Yes), “deletion complete” in FIG. “Screen” 213 is displayed (step S22), and the process proceeds to the display of the “address registration setting screen” in step S1. Thereafter, the processing as described above is repeated from step S1.
[0028]
Also, in step S19, if <determine> is not pressed on the “delete item selection screen” 211 in FIG. 4 (step S19, No), it is determined whether or not <cancel> is pressed (step S23), and < If “Cancel>” is pressed (step S23, Yes), the process proceeds to the display of the “address registration list screen” in step S6 to perform the information registration process, and thereafter, the processes of the above steps are repeated. If <determine> is not selected in step S21 (step S21, No), or if <cancel> is not pressed in step S23 (step S23, No), the process proceeds to the deletion item selection process in step S18. Thereafter, the processing of each step described above is repeated.
[0029]
If the address registration is not performed in step S2 (step S2, No), or if the user ID registration has not been completed, the “user ID registration screen” 202 of FIG. 3 is displayed (step S11). Then, a user ID registration process is performed (step S12), and it is determined whether or not <OK> is pressed on the “user ID registration screen” 202 of FIG. 3 (step S13). (Step S13, Yes), the “user ID registration execution screen” 203 of FIG. 3 is displayed and user ID registration is executed (step S14). If <determine> is not pressed in step S13 (step S13, No), it is determined whether or not <cancel> is pressed in the “user ID registration screen” 202 of FIG. 3 (step S15), and < If Cancel> is not pressed (step S15, No), the process proceeds to step S12 and the above-described processing is repeated. If <Cancel> is pressed in the “user ID registration screen” 202 of FIG. 3 in step S15 (step S15, Yes), the process proceeds to step S1 and the above-described processing is repeated.
[0030]
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure for automatically generating transmission data when a registered user transmits mail. That is, this flowchart shows a processing procedure for easily transmitting a table registered by the sender to a third party by mail. First, it is determined whether or not the data registrant who is the sender sends an e-mail to a third party (step S31). If the e-mail is sent (step S31, Yes), whether or not the URL address is sent. Is determined (step S32).
[0031]
When a URL address is transmitted (step S32, Yes), the data registrant designates a URL address (for example, http: // www ...) to be sent to a third party registered in the address registration table list. Thus, a keyword (for example, abc) corresponding to the URL address is added to the message (step S33), and the message is transmitted (step S34). As a result, even a URL with a long character string can be used to send an email with only simple data (keywords). If mail transmission is not performed in step S31 (No in step S31), the process ends as it is. Further, when the URL address is not transmitted in step S32 (No in step S32), the message is transmitted without adding a keyword corresponding to the URL address to the mail (step S34). In addition, a third party who has received an e-mail can browse data or a homepage that can be accessed only by a specific person according to the received data.

FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the processing procedure of the deletion notification when the registered address is not accessed. FIG. 8 is a screen display diagram showing a display flow of a deletion screen corresponding to the flowchart of FIG. 7, and includes a “registered data deletion confirmation screen” 601 and a “deletion type setting screen” 602. Therefore, the flowchart of FIG. 7 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0034]
First, it is determined whether or not there is no access for a certain period of time for an address registered by the registration side user (step S41). If there is no access for a certain period of time (step S41, Yes), the registered user is shown a diagram. A “registered data deletion confirmation screen” 601 shown in FIG. 8 is displayed (step S42). Then, it is determined whether or not <OK> has been pressed on the “Registered Data Deletion Confirmation Screen” 601 (Step S43). If <Determination> has been pressed (Yes at Step S43), “Delete” shown in FIG. The “type setting screen” 602 is displayed (step S44).
[0035]
Here, it is determined whether or not <decision> is designated on the “deletion type setting screen” 602 (step S45). If <decision> is designated (step S45, Yes), the setting type is “ It is determined whether or not it is “automatic” (step S46). If it is “automatic” (step S46, Yes), a “deletion instruction” is transmitted, and the

FIG. 9 is an example of a sequence diagram showing a flow of the mail service with image in the communication terminal when the communication system of the present invention is applied. That is, FIG. 9 is a sequence diagram for comparison with the sequence diagram of the conventional mail service shown in FIG. 11, and is a processing sequence in the case where the communication terminal of user A sends a mail with an image to the communication terminal of user B. An example is shown. In the following description, expressions of user A's communication terminal and user B's communication terminal are omitted, and only user A and user B are referred to.
[0037]
In FIG. 9, when the user A gives an information registration instruction to the server (step S51), the server transmits setting information such as an address and a keyword to the user A who has given the information registration instruction (step S52). . Then, the user A transmits the keyword contained in the setting information sent from the server to the user B who is the communication terminal of the communication partner (step S53). Thereby, the user B connects to the keyword of the server and acquires desired information (step S54).
[0038]
FIG. 10 is another example of the sequence diagram showing the flow of the mail service with image in the communication terminal when the communication system of the present invention is applied. When the user A instructs the server to register information, the mail address information of the user B is attached and transmitted (step S61). Then, the server transmits setting information such as an address and a keyword to the user A who has instructed information registration (step S62),
A keyword is transmitted to the user B (step S63). Thereby, the user B connects to the keyword of the server and acquires desired information (step S64). In this way, when the user A sends the mail address information of the user B who wants to send the keyword to the server in advance, the server automatically creates the mail and the user A who gives the information registration instruction wants to send it. The keyword can be transmitted to the communication partner user B.
[0039]
As described above, in the communication system according to the present invention, a communication terminal that transmits information does not input a long character string URL as in the prior art, and the desired information is transmitted to the receiving communication terminal with a simple operation. Can be accessed. Further, anyone can easily generate the URL registration table, and the password at the time of access can be automatically set. Further, the data created by the communication terminal on the transmission side itself can be easily viewed by a third party communication terminal any number of times. Furthermore, the server can automatically determine data that is no longer needed, and issue a warning to the data creator (registrant) that it is unnecessary data.
[0040]
The embodiment described above is an example for explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the invention. That is, according to the communication system of the present invention, communication means such as a mobile phone or PHS that can send and receive mail, content that allows a user to freely register a URL and the like, and search for a site based on the registered URL are automatically performed. In a URL access system provided with a search means that can be performed automatically, if a user registers an address of a home page in which an image or document is registered in advance in a common address registration table, a long URL is not input each time. In addition, it is possible to construct a URL access system that allows a user to access desired information at any time with simple access.
[0041]
Further, according to the communication system of the present invention, when an address is registered in a common address registration table, a number that combines table No. and scrambled data is automatically assigned as a password required for the user to access. A URL access system can be constructed. Furthermore, it is possible to construct a URL access system that can automatically delete the address data registered in the address registration table when there is no access for a certain period of time or when the period after registration exceeds a certain period. it can. In addition, when deleting the address registration table, it is also possible to construct a URL access system for notifying the registrant's address registered in advance to delete it. Furthermore, when there are a plurality of data in the address registration table, it is possible to construct a URL access system in which images can be viewed by switching at a time by inputting a plurality of access numbers.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the communication system of the present invention, when a homepage created by a communication terminal such as a mobile phone or a personal computer is transmitted to a third party for viewing, a long URL is required for transmission. Therefore, it is possible to realize a communication terminal that is extremely easy to use. In addition, since the server automatically adds a personal identification number to restrict access to the registered address, data protection is enhanced. Furthermore, if the address registered in the URL registration table is not accessed during a certain period of time, the user who registered the information is notified by e-mail to delete the information. Unlimited creation and storage can be regulated.
