BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a residential ventilation system for keeping indoor air of a house clean by air supply for taking outdoor air indoors and exhaust for exhausting indoor air to the outdoors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Due to the high insulation of houses and as measures against high airtight sickhouses, all rooms require constant ventilation equipment with a ventilation rate of 0.5 times / hour or more. A 24-hour residential ventilation system has been introduced. According to Non-Patent Document 1, in a residential ventilation system, it is usually generated indoors by the first type ventilation (mechanical ventilation for both supply and exhaust) or the third type ventilation (exhaust only mechanical ventilation, supply air is natural ventilation). Air pollutants and moisture are discharged.
[0003]
[Non-Patent Document 1]
Issued by the Housing Finance Promotion Association, 2001 The wooden house construction common specifications (with commentary)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the residential ventilation system using the first type ventilation, when the indoor pressure is equal to the outdoor pressure or negative with respect to the outdoor pressure, an air flow from the outdoor to the indoor is generated. For example, FIG. As shown to (a), there exists a possibility that an air pollutant may penetrate | invade indoors from wall bodies, such as a wall, a floor, a ceiling, a shed, and a floor part. Therefore, when performing the first type ventilation, it is considered that the air supply amount should be increased and the indoor pressure should be positive with respect to the outdoor pressure. If a material with low air permeability, such as moisture-proof material, is used, moisture generated indoors concentrates on the joints and outlets of the moisture-proof material, and torn parts that are attached during construction. Become. In addition, when performing the third type ventilation, it is necessary to separately install an exhaust ventilation facility in the back of the hut or the like.
[0005]
If
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to provide a house in which intrusion of air pollutants from a wall or the like into the interior is suppressed and the occurrence of condensation in the outer wall is prevented. To provide a ventilation system.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a housing ventilation system provided in a house having a living room facing the outside with an outer wall structure in which an exterior base material is interposed between the exterior material and the interior material,
It is configured so that the pressure in the living room is positive with respect to the outdoor pressure,
The exterior base material is formed of a moisture permeable material.
[0008]
According to said structure, since it is comprised so that the pressure in a living room may become a positive pressure with respect to the outdoor pressure, since an air flow arises from a living room to the outdoors via an outer wall, it is contained in a wall etc. Air pollutants are prevented from entering the room. In addition, since the exterior base material interposed between the exterior material and the interior material is formed of a moisture-permeable material, even if moisture is contained in the air flowing from the indoor to the outdoor via the outer wall or the like, Moisture in the air also permeates the exterior base material and is discharged to the outside, preventing the occurrence of condensation.
[0009]
Here, the living room includes a Japanese-style room, a bedroom, a children's room, a living room, and the like.
[0010]
The invention according to
The living room is provided with a ventilation fan for air supply and an exhaust port is provided in the exhaust zone, and is further provided with ventilation means for allowing ventilation between the living room and the exhaust zone.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, fresh air is forcibly introduced indoors by the air supply ventilator, while dirty air in the room is naturally discharged from the exhaust port. Thereby, 2nd type ventilation from which indoor pressure turns into positive pressure with respect to outdoor pressure is comprised. Thus, since an air flow is generated from the indoor to the outdoor via the outer wall or the like, the air pollutants contained in the wall or the like are prevented from entering the indoor.
[0012]
Here, the exhaust zone includes a toilet, a washroom, a staircase hall, a storage room, a bathroom, and the like.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 3 is the residential ventilation system according to claim 1,
A ventilation fan for supplying air to the living room and an exhaust fan for exhausting to the exhaust zone are provided, and a ventilation means for allowing ventilation between the living room and the exhaust zone is further provided.
The exhaust air volume per unit time by the exhaust ventilation fan is smaller than the supply air volume per unit time by the air supply ventilation fan, so that the pressure in the living room is positive with respect to the outdoor pressure. Yes.
[0014]
According to the above configuration, fresh air is forcibly introduced indoors by the supply ventilation fan, while dirty indoor air is forcibly discharged from the exhaust ventilation fan. In addition, the exhaust air volume per unit time by the exhaust ventilation fan is smaller than the supply air volume per unit time by the supply ventilation fan. Thereby, 1st type ventilation from which indoor pressure turns into positive pressure with respect to outdoor pressure is comprised. Thus, since an air flow is generated from the indoor to the outdoor via the outer wall or the like, the air pollutants contained in the wall or the like are prevented from entering the indoor.
[0015]
The invention according to
Both the supply fan and the exhaust means are provided in the living room.
[0016]
According to the above configuration, fresh air is forcibly introduced into the living room by the air supply ventilation fan, while dirty air in the living room is forcibly discharged by the exhaust means. Moreover, it is comprised so that the pressure in a living room may become a positive pressure with respect to the outdoor pressure. In this way, an air flow is generated from the living room to the outside through the outer wall, so that air pollutants contained in the wall and the like are prevented from entering the room. Furthermore, since both the ventilation fan for supply air and the exhaust means are provided in the living room, it is necessary to provide an exhaust means for housing ventilation in the exhaust zone, and it is also necessary to provide a ventilation means between the living room and the exhaust zone. Absent.
[0017]
Here, the exhaust unit may be an exhaust port, an exhaust ventilator, or an air supply / exhaust ventilator that also has an air supply ventilator. When an exhaust ventilation fan or a supply / exhaust ventilation fan is provided, the pressure in the living room is configured to be positive with respect to the outdoor pressure. The exhaust air volume is made smaller than the air supply air volume per unit time of the room by the air supply fan or the air supply / exhaust fan.
[0018]
The invention according to
The moisture permeability resistance of the exterior base material is 1.5 × 10 9 m 2 · S · Pa / kg or less.
[0019]
According to said structure, the effect of preventing said dew condensation generation | occurrence | production of this invention becomes more remarkable.
[0020]
The invention according to
In the outer wall structure, a ventilation space is provided between the exterior material and the exterior base material.
[0021]
According to said structure, since the ventilation space is provided between the exterior material and the exterior base material, the air from indoor can be efficiently discharged | emitted outside via the ventilation space.
[0022]
The invention according to
The exterior base material is plate-shaped.
[0023]
If the exterior base material is, for example, in the form of a sheet, there is a possibility that the exterior base material is pushed toward the exterior material due to a positive pressure indoors and the ventilation space is blocked. However, according to the above configuration, since the exterior base material is plate-shaped, it does not block the ventilation space, and has a strength equal to or greater than that of the brace by being attached to the housing of the house as a strength material. Since it can be obtained, it is not necessary to construct a brace, so that a heat insulation defect caused by the brace can be avoided.
[0024]
