[0030]
Among the processes performed on the information center 20 side, the processes of steps S100 to S110 and S200 are performed by the PBX / CTI 31 of the
[0031]
The processing from step S120 to step S190 is performed by the search system. In step S120, the telephone number is authenticated based on the caller telephone number obtained in step S110. This authentication is performed based on whether or not the caller telephone number is stored in the user profile database 56. In step S130 following step S120, it is determined whether or not the authentication is OK based on the authentication result of the telephone number performed in step S120. The acquired caller telephone number is stored in the user profile database 56, and if it is determined that the authentication is OK, the process proceeds to step S140. On the other hand, if it is determined that the authentication is NG, the process proceeds to step S200, and a message such as "Service cannot be received because the telephone number is not registered" is reproduced and the telephone line is disconnected.
[0032]
In step S140, based on the user information stored in the user profile database 56 together with the caller telephone number, it is determined whether or not the operator service content has been customized. As described above, when the user registers the service or the like that the user wants to prioritize, and the operator service content is customized, the customized operator service content is stored in the user profile database 56. The search system 34 checks whether the customized operator service content is stored in the user profile database 56 to determine whether the operator service content has been customized. If it is determined that the customization of the operator service content has been performed, the process proceeds to step S160. If it is determined that the customization has not been performed, the process proceeds to step S150.
[0033]
In step S150, normal operator service contents, that is, operator service contents that have not been customized are acquired, and the process proceeds to step S170. The normal operator service contents may be stored in a ROM (not shown) of the search system 34 or may be stored in the user profile database 56. On the other hand, in step S160, the customized operator service content is obtained from the user profile database 56, and the process proceeds to step S170.
[0034]
In step S170, it is determined whether or not the search for the information to be transmitted to the user has been completed based on the conversation between the user and the operator. That is, the operator working at the

FIG. 6A shows service contents registered in advance for traffic information. In the example shown in FIG. 6A, the user has registered all lines of the Metropolitan Expressway No. 3; all lines of the Tomei Expressway between Atsugi and Tokyo; These services are displayed in the order of priority when the user has registered, that is, in the order of branch numbers. Similarly, FIG. 6B shows the content registered in advance for the weather forecast, and FIG. 6C shows the content registered in advance for the destination setting. In the example shown in FIG. 6C, “Kanto” is registered as a destination setting area and “accommodation facilities, leisure facilities, shops” are registered as genres as conditions for setting a destination. If the user uses the destination setting service, the user does not need to set the destination in the
[0036]
If it is determined in step S170 that the search for the data to be transmitted to the user has been completed, the process proceeds to step S180. If it is determined that the search has not been completed, the information search process is continuously performed. In step S180, the data searched by the search system 34 is saved (stored) in the user profile database 56. The data is stored in association with the user information of the user who has requested the data transmission.
[0037]
FIG. 7 shows an example of data stored in the user profile database 56 in step S180. FIG. 7 shows the date and time when the data was stored, the user ID, the mobile phone number of the caller obtained in step S110, and the searched storage information (transmission data). The storage information includes a service type, a title, text data indicating information content, image data, icon data, and the like. The service type indicates the type of information to be provided. For example, the service type has a predetermined number such as 10 for traffic information and 11 for weather information.
[0038]
When the transmission data is stored in the user profile database 56 in step S180, the process proceeds to step S190. In step S190, a voice guidance is provided to prompt the user to obtain (download) data recorded in advance.
[0039]
The user who hears the voice guidance for prompting data acquisition presses a download button (not shown) included in the

[0042]
In step S220, the PBX / CTI 52 performs a process of acquiring a caller telephone number, and proceeds to step S230. The processing from step S230 to step S290 is performed by the information processing terminal 54. In step S230, the telephone call from the user is connected to information processing terminal 54, and data mode negotiation for establishing the data mode is performed. In step S240 subsequent to step S230, after the data mode negotiation is completed, a telephone number authentication process is performed. The method of this authentication processing is the same as the processing of step S120 described above.
[0043]
In the next step S250, it is determined whether or not the caller telephone number is stored in the user profile database 56 as a result of the authentication processing performed in step S240. If the caller telephone number is stored in the user profile database 56 and it is determined that the authentication is OK, the process proceeds to step S260. On the other hand, if it is determined that the caller number is not stored in the user profile database 56 and the authentication is NG, the process proceeds to step S290. In step S290, an NG message such as "The service cannot be received because the telephone number is not registered" is reproduced, and the telephone line is disconnected.
[0044]
In step S260, data stored in the user profile database 56, that is, data stored in the user profile database 56 in step S180, is obtained. Data acquisition is performed based on the result of the telephone number authentication performed in step S240. That is, data stored in association with the telephone number matched by the telephone number authentication is acquired. After performing the data acquisition process, the process proceeds to step S270.
[0045]
In step S270, it is determined whether or not the data to be transmitted to the user is stored in the user profile database 56 as a result of the data acquisition processing performed in step S260. If it is determined that the data is stored, the process proceeds to step S280. If it is determined that the data is not stored, the process proceeds to step S290. In step S290, an NG message such as "information cannot be sent because there is no information to be sent" is transmitted to the vehicle-mounted
