現在有る製品は量産用で大型精密ベンダーか、加工幅300m/m位でも同じ生産ラインに乗った床に据付けの量産機で、他の小型機は卓上型、又は鋳物製の昔からある床置き型のベンダー、シャーリング機等足踏タイプで移動に適したベンダーは存在が無い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
例えば世界に何万と有る船舶に修理用として存在する工作機械は聞いた事が無い、自衛隊が災害復旧用として出動する時、曲った鉄材、板材等正しく直す工作機械が欲しいとも聞く、学校等でロボット、ソーラーカー等試作、研究用に大型機でなく、学友と隣合せの机の間に部品を試作して見る小型ベンダーが有れば、とて当社の旧型の小型ベンダーが買われました。

【課題を解決するための手段】
一番の問題は、サポートベンダーが一人の力でも軽く移動できる事、この事は、特許請求の範囲の請求項1と2に書きました、第2に移動した先で修理できる能力ですがこの点は請求項3に書きました。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のサポートベンダーは、旧型の7トンハンドベンダーから発達したものであり旧型機は、義手、義足、車椅子等の製作会社、自動車等の部品製造用に、石油ストーブの外郭部等の試作に、トラックの幌の製造用、電子部品シャーシー等の試作、ビル用サッシ建材の組立て部品道路ガードレール等の部品会社、病院用ベッド医療用器具収容棚、省力化装置、電子応用制御装置、建築金物ステンレス加工会社、自動車部品試作試作研究所、小学校の児童教育用、舞台装置製造会社、自動車修理工場、ロボット試作の大学校、ソーラーカー試作の大学、携帯電話製造会社等実に多彩な各層の会社に買われ、未だまだ多くの会社に期待されて新製品の出現が待たれています。

図3は、被加工物(21)の鉄板が太いパイプ等の場合は開口部を最高に上げると(図3)の様に開口部が広がり(図6)の様な太いパイプ(図7)の様な細いパイプ更には(図10)の様な鉄箱まで造れるしヤゲンの作り方で(図9)の様な曲り鉄棒の直線直しや(図11)の様なR曲げ加工も出来る。

【発明の効果】
この可搬式サポートベンダーは、現在市販されている小型ベンダーに依る生産機能の他に上ヤゲン(1)と下ヤゲン(3)との間隙が簡単に調整できる為(図3)、曲った鉄棒やフラットバー等厚い鉄材や鉄板を真っ直ぐに直すとか、大口径の丸パイプ、角パイプ、C型チャンネル等も作れるので、これ等パイプの内径にぴったり合わせたパイプを造って継ぎ足せば、継ぎ目の目立たない長尺パイプとして美観上も継ぎ目だらけの街の手摺と一味違った風情が出来、需要筋も山中の或いは過疎地の土産物工場で製造機械の修理に必要とされ、先に記載の船舶等は世界各国数量も多く、事故等も少なくない筈なので貢献の度も大なりと期待されます。
海外に於いても可搬式サポートベンダー等聞いた事も無いのでこの啓蒙の仕方に依っては、更なるニーズの発見にも繋がり国家の要請である「日本発世界商品」の要望にも答え得るものと信じます。

この発明の最大の効果は重量の軽減であり、このことに依り様々な利点が生まれ、船舶の修理に修理の現場まで持っていける。また、大学等で学友と共同で、小企業は道路で使って終われば軒先へ収納、山上の神社への坂道の手摺の曲げと、パイプの継ぎのパイプとが造れるので国内の風景すら優美に替えられる等の事からこのサポートベンダーの今後の発達は世界をも良い方向へ導き得る。
