Abstract

- 排気システムと共にエンジンを搭載した車両のためのシステムであって、
該システムが、エンジン排気系に接続された圧力センサー、エンジン排気系に接続されたパティキュレート・フィルター、及び、上記排気圧力センサーの劣化を判定するための符号化されたコンピューター・プログラムを持つコンピューター記憶媒体、を有し、
該コンピューター記憶媒体が、少なくとも二つの流量状態に基づき少なくとも一つのパラメーターを判定するコード、上記排気圧力センサーからの信号を計測するコード、及び、少なくとも上記パラメーター及び上記信号に基き上記排気圧力センサーの劣化を判定するコード、を有する、システム。 - 上記エンジンがディーゼル・エンジンである、請求項1のシステム。
- 上記圧力センサーが、上記パティキュレート・フィルター前後の差圧を計測する差圧センサーである、請求項1又は2のいずれかのシステム。

- 上記第1と第2の流量状態が、アイドルと非アイドル状態を含む、請求項14の方法。
- 上記センサーが、パティキュレート・フィルター前後の差圧を計測する、請求項14乃至16のいずれか1つのの方法。
- 上記エンジンがディーゼル・エンジンである、請求項14乃至17のいずれか1つの方法。
- 上記予想される応答が、流量絞りの変化の時間的尺度よりも速い尺度で変化する流量状態から予想される応答を含む、請求項14乃至18のいずれか1つの方法。
- 排気システムと共にエンジンを搭載した車両のためのシステムであって、
該システムが、上記エンジン排気系に接続された圧力センサー、上記エンジン排気系に結合されたパティキュレート・フィルター、及び、上記圧力センサーの劣化を判定するための符号化されたコンピューター・プログラムを持つコンピューター記憶媒体、を有し、
該コンピューター記憶媒体が、予想されるセンサー応答を判定するコード、少なくとも選択されたエンジン運転状態で、上記排気圧力センサーからの信号応答を計測するコード、及び、上記予想されるセンサー応答と上記信号応答に少なくとも基き、上記排気圧力センサーの劣化を判定するコード、を有する、システム。 - 上記予想されるセンサー応答が、上記エンジンがオフのときに、判定される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 上記予想されるセンサー応答が、上記エンジンが作動しているときに判定される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 予想されるセンサー応答を判定する上記コードが、排気流量が閾値よりも大きいときに可能化される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 排気システムと共にエンジンを搭載した車両のためのシステムであって、
該システムが、上記エンジン排気系に接続されたパティキュレート・フィルター、上記エンジン排気系に接続されたセンサー、及び、その中に符号化されたコンピューター・プログラムを持つコンピューター記憶媒体、を有し、
該コンピューター記憶媒体が、上記センサーに基き上記パティキュレート・フィルターを再生するコード、及び、動作パラメーターに基き上記センサーの劣化を判定するコード、を有する、システム。 - 上記センサーが、差圧センサーである、請求項24のシステム。
- 上記センサーが、温度センサーである、請求項24のシステム。
- 排気システムと共にエンジンを搭載した車両のシステムであって、
該システムは、排気に晒されるようにエンジン排気系に結合されるセンサー、該センサーと共にエンジン排気系に結合されるパティキュレート・フィルター、上記センサーの劣化を判定するための符号化されたコンピューター・プログラムを持つコンピューター記憶媒体、を有し、
該コンピューター記憶媒体が、少なくとも二つの排気流量状態に基き、少なくともセンサーの動作パラメーターを判定するコード、一定期間、上記センサーからの信号を計測するコード、及び、少なくとも上記パラメーター及び上記信号に基き、一定期間上記センサーの劣化を判定するコード、を有する、システム。 - 上記センサーの劣化判定が、定常流量状態の表示に基き開始する、請求項27のシステム。
- 上記センサーの劣化判定が、排気システム温度が限界値を越えていることの表示に基き開始する、請求項27のシステム。
