近年、多くのビルやマンション等のテラス、窓等の障子としてサッシが多く使用されている。特に建物自体の高層化や窓障子の大型化に伴い、風が吹いている時に障子を開ける際、吹き付ける風の風圧によって障子の中央部で撓みが生じ、窓障子の框枠に設けられた気密材が窓枠に押し付けられて密着して摩擦抵抗が大きくなって重くなり開け難く、特に、引違い式又は片引き式の障子では開け始めの際には強い力を要している。また例え、風圧を受けていなくても、引違い式の障子では施錠装置であるクレセント錠により施錠時に、召合い框に設けられた気密材が他方の障子の召合い框に押し付けられて密着状態となり、クレセント錠を開錠しても障子が開け難い場合もある。また、吹き付ける風圧により障子の撓み防止のために障子自体の構造を頑丈なものとすると障子自体の重量が増して重くなり障子の開け始めには強い力を要している。

また、戸先框の室内側の側面に取付けた台座部に組み込まれた開閉補助機構と把手とを面付けしたタイプのものでは、台座部に開閉補助機構が組み込まれているため台座部が大きくなり、更にこの台座部の室内側に把手が取付けられるので、全体として室内側へ大きく張り出すため外観意匠性が悪く、また台座部の厚み(室内方向への高さ)も高くなってしまうので、把手全体の高さが高くなり、戸先框の室内側の側面から把手が大きく飛び出し、室内側のカーテンに干渉したり、室内側にロール網戸やプリーツ網戸が付いた場合に、網戸と把手とが干渉するので取付けできないと云う問題があった。また、戸先框に台座部に組み込まれた開閉補助機構と把手とを堅固に取付けるには、戸先框内に座金を収納して取付けなければならず、取付位置の調整が必要である。このように、従来の開閉補助機構を備えた開口部装置では、開口部装置が室内側に大きく張り出すことによる納まりや意匠性、および取付作業の施工性等の点で問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上述した課題によりなされたもので、窓障子の開閉を容易とすると共に納まりや外観意匠性および取付作業の施工性の向上が図ることができ、障子の戸先框の室外側に設けた開閉補助機構を内蔵した開閉補助機構内蔵座金と障子の戸先框の室内側に設けた把手部とで障子の戸先框を挟持して取付けることにより、障子の室内側への把手部の張出し量を少なくすることができると共に、また、施工現場での取付けで、障子の戸先框の室外側に設けた開閉補助機構内蔵座金に把手取付用裏板の機能を持たせることができるので、従来の障子の戸先框への開口部装置の取付けの際に、障子の戸先框内に取付用の裏板の挿入作業を省くことができると共に、また、室外側からの開閉時にも操作性の向上を図ることができるようにした障子の開口部装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、建物の開口に設けられる上下の枠及び左右の縦枠とで方形状に形成された枠体と、該枠体内に引違い式又は片引き式に開閉自在に設けられ上下の框と左右の戸先框と召合い框とで方形状に形成された障子とからなる開口部装置において、該障子の戸先框の室外側には障子の開操作を補助する開閉補助機構を内蔵した開閉補助機構内蔵座金を設けると共に、該障子の戸先框の室内側には障子を開閉操作するための把手部を設け、該開閉補助機構は、縦枠を押圧する反力で障子を開方向へ押し動かす作動部を有する本体部を有し、該本体部は、前記把手部の開操作に連動して操作されるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
