<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a user who has transferred the electronic coupon when the transferred electronic coupon is utilized in order to accelerate the distribution and utilization of the electronic coupons. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of transferring the electronic coupon (CP1) issued by a coupon issuing terminal 1 to the user of a second user terminal 3, the user of a first user terminal 2 works it into a transfer coupon (CP2) by adding the information (ADD1) of a first user to the electronic coupon (CP1) and transmits it to the second user terminal 3 by a coupon working / transmitting means 24. When the transfer coupon (CP2) is utilized, a store terminal 4 receives the transfer coupon (CP2) from the second user terminal 3 and specifies the transferer from the first user information (ADD1) included in the transfer coupon (CP2) by a first user specifying means 42. To the specified transferer, a return coupon (CP3) is prepared and transmitted. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は，任意のモノやサービスと等価に交換できる電子チケット，あるいは正規の価格から一定額を割引させることができる電子クーポンに関するものである。ここで電子チケット／電子クーポン（本明細書では，これらを電子クーポンと総称する）とは，前記モノやサービスとの交換や割引を享受しうる価値を持つデータ，あるいはそれに関するデータのことである。データ列そのものの場合もあれば，データを格納する記憶媒体を付随する物理的実体のあるものの場合もある。

本発明は，特に，任意のユーザ間でこの電子クーポンの譲渡が行われ，譲渡されたユーザがその電子クーポンを用いて実際に消費行為をした場合に，譲渡したユーザを特定することができる方法およびシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
電子クーポンに関する技術として，インターネットに公開されているｗｅｂサイト上にクーポン券のページを用意し，ユーザにそのページをプリントアウトさせて，店舗にそれを持参した場合に提供するモノやサービスの正現の代金から一部割り引くといったものがある。その他，前記クーポン券のページや，割引情報を含むバーコード画像などをインターネットなどの通信回線を経由してユーザの携帯端末にダウンロードさせ，店舗にてその画像を提示することにより割引を行うことも行われている。

また，電子クーポンをユーザ間で流通させる技術として，電子クーポンの発行者が不正利用を防ぐ目的で，電子クーポンの利用権を用意して管理し，その利用権の認証が成功した場合にのみ，電子クーポンの利用を許可するという方法がある（例えば，特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし，上記の従来の技術には以下のような問題があった。電子クーポンのページをプリントアウトしたものや，ダウンロードしたページや画像を他者に譲渡した場合に，譲渡されたユーザがその電子クーポンを利用して消費行為をしても譲渡したユーザを特定することができないという問題である。

また，上記特許文献１に記載された電子クーポンに利用権を用意する方法は，利用権の認証が成功した場合に譲渡されたユーザが消費を行えるだけであり，これも譲渡したユーザを特定する仕組みがない。さらに，例えば紙媒体などの物理的実体のあるものとして不特定多数に配布するといった場合に，譲渡が行われたとしても譲渡したユーザを簡単に特定する仕組みはない。

本発明は，上記問題点を解決し，譲渡された電子クーポンを用いた消費行為が行われる時に，この電子クーポンを譲渡したユーザを特定する仕組みを提供することにより，電子クーポンの流通を促進させることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため，本発明に係るシステムは，電子クーポンを発行するクーポン発行端末，最初に電子クーポンを受け取った後，知り合いなどにその電子クーポンを譲渡する第１のユーザが用いる端末（以下，第１ユーザ端末という），第１のユーザから電子クーポンを譲渡される第２のユーザが用いる端末（以下，第２ユーザ端末という），第２のユーザが実際に電子クーポンを用いて消費行為をする際に，電子クーポンの情報を受け渡す店舗端末とからなる。

第１ユーザ端末は，クーポン発行端末から電子クーポンを受信すると，電子クーポンに第１のユーザの情報を付加して第２ユーザ端末に送信する。第２ユーザ端末は，電子クーポンを受信し，実際に消費行為をするときに店舖端末に電子クーポンを受け渡し，割引などの利益を享受する。店舗端末は，第２ユーザ端末から受け取った電子クーポンが当該店舗で利用可能かどうかを判断し，さらにその中に含まれる第１のユーザの情報を特定する。

このとき，利益を還元するための還元クーポンを作成し，第１ユーザ端末に送信することも可能である。ここで還元クーポンとは，第２のユーザに電子クーポンを譲渡し，第２のユーザがそれを用いて消費行為をしたことに対する見返りとして，第１のユーザに対して利益を還元するために第１ユーザ端末に送信される新たな電子クーポンなどである。具体的な例を，以下に説明する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下，本発明の実施の形態を，図を用いて説明する。図１は，本発明の第１の実施の形態に係る構成例を示す図である。本システムは，クーポン発行端末１と，第１ユーザ端末２と，第２ユーザ端末３，店舗端末４とで構成される。クーポン発行端末１と店舗端末４とは別端末として説明するが，一つの端末として実装される場合もある。また，これらの端末間はインターネットなどのような有線の通信回線で接続されている場合や，赤外線やＢｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈあるいはバーコードの読み取りといった近距離無線通信により接続されている場合もある。

図１に示す各手段について説明する。クーポン発行端末１は，クーポン発行手段１１と，送信手段１２とを備える。クーポン発行手段１１は，ある店舗で利用可能な電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を作成する。このときの電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）は，電子メールや近距離無線通信などで送受信されるデジタルデータであるとする。送信手段１２は，発行された電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を第１ユーザ端末２に送信する。

このとき，送信先の第１ユーザ端末２の情報を管理する手段を備える場合もあるが，近距離無線通信などを用いて，不特定多数の第１ユーザ端末２に送信する場合もある。例えば，街中にクーポン発行端末１が設置されていて，その端末に近づいてきた任意の第１ユーザ端末２と近距離無線通信を行い，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を送信する場合などである。

第１ユーザ端末２，第２ユーザ端末３は，都合上異なる構成で説明するが，同じ構成であってもよい。また，これらは自宅などに設置されている固定端末の場合もあるし，各ユーザが携帯する携帯端末の場合もある。

第１ユーザ端末２は，クーポン取得手段２１と，表示手段２２と，ユーザ情報保持手段２３と，クーポン加工・送信手段２４と，還元クーポン取得手段２５とを備える。クーポン取得手段２１は，クーポン発行端末１から電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を受信する。前述のように，クーポン発行端末１とは有線あるいは近距離無線により接続できるとする。表示手段２２は，クーポン取得手段２１が受信した電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）の情報をユーザに認識させるために表示する。

第１ユーザ端末における電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）の情報の表示例を図２に示す。図２に示すように，第１ユーザ端末２には，例えば，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）の送信元であるクーポン発行端末１の電子メールアドレス「ｃｏｕｐｏｎ＠ａｂｃ−ｓｕｓｈｉ．ｃｏｍ」と送信先である第１ユーザ端末２の電子メールアドレス「ａｄｄ１＠＊＊＊＊＊＊．ｎｅ．ｊｐ」が表示される。また，「お得クーポン券！」の表示とともに，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）が使用できる「店舗名」（例えば，「ＡＢＣ寿司」）と「特典」（例えば，「お会計から５％ＯＦＦ！」）というようなクーポンによるサービス内容が表示される。

ユーザ情報保持手段２３は，ユーザ端末を一意に特定可能な情報であるユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ）を保持する。これは，例えば電子メールアドレスなどである。ユーザの情報を別途管理し，かつ端末の特定が可能であるならば，ユーザを一意に特定するユーザＩＤなどでもよい。また，第１ユーザの情報（ＡＤＤ１）だけでなく，譲渡しうる第２ユーザの情報（ＡＤＤ２）も保持する。

クーポン加工・送信手段２４は，クーポン取得手段２１から電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）の情報を，ユーザ情報保持手段２３から第１ユーザと第２ユーザの情報を受け取り，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）に第１ユーザの情報（ＡＤＤ１）を付加して譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）に加工し，第２ユーザ端末３に送信する。還元クーポン取得手段２５は，店舗端末４から還元クーポン（ＣＰ３）を取得し，表示手段２２に受け渡して表示する。

第２ユーザ端末３における譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）の情報の表示例を図３に示す。図３に示すように，第２ユーザ端末３には，例えば，譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）の送信元である第１ユーザ端末２の電子メールアドレス「ａｄｄ１＠＊＊＊＊＊＊．ｎｅ．ｊｐ」と送信先である第２ユーザ端末３の電子メールアドレス「ａｄｄ２＠＊＊＊＊＊＊．ｎｅ．ｊｐ」が表示される。また，「お得クーポン券！」の表示とともに，クーポン券が使用できる「店舗名」（例えば，「ＡＢＣ寿司」）と「特典」（例えば，「お会計から５％ＯＦＦ！」）というようなクーポンによるサービス内容が表示される。

クーポン送信手段３３は，譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を店舗端末４に送信する。これは，第２ユーザが実際に店舗で消費行為をする際に，割引などの利益を得るために譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を店舗端末４に提示するために行う。電子上の仮想店舗の場合のように，インターネットなどの通信回線で店舖端末４に送信する場合もあるし，実際の店舗に第２ユーザ端末３を携帯して持参し，近距離無線通信で送信する場合もある。また，表示手段３２を用いて，店舗に存在する店員に譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を提示するだけで，データの送信を行わない場合もある。

店舗端末４は，クーポン受信・確認手段４１と，第１ユーザ特定手段４２と，還元クーポン作成・送信手段４３とを備える。クーポン受信・確認手段４１は，第２ユーザ端末３から譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を受信し，当該店舗で利用可能なものであるかどうかを確認する。前述のように，第２ユーザ端末３との間で譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）のデータの送受信がない場合は，この限りではない（確認は店員に委ねられる）。

第１ユーザ特定手段４２は，譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）に含まれる第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）を特定し，還元クーポン作成・送信手段４３にこれを受け渡す。あるいは，店員による第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）の入力を検出する。また，ユーザ情報を別途管理している場合には，第１ユーザ端末２を一意に識別可能な情報を特定する。還元クーポン作成・送信手段４３は，第１ユーザが第２ユーザに譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を譲渡したことに対して，利益を還元することを可能にするために，新たに還元クーポン（ＣＰ３）を作成し，第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）を用いて第１ユーザ端末２に送信する。

店舗端末４が，還元クーポン作成・送信手段４３を持つ代わりに，還元クーポン（ＣＰ３）の作成および送信を，クーポン発行端末１または他のサーバ装置へ依頼する手段を持ち，クーポン発行端末１または他のサーバ装置が，店舗端末４からの依頼により第１ユーザ端末２に還元クーポン（ＣＰ３）を作成して送信するようにしてもよい。後述する他の実施の形態の場合も同様である。

図４〜図７を用いて本発明の第１の実施の形態に係る処理の流れを説明する。図４は，クーポン発行端末１の処理フロー図である。まず，クーポン発行端末１のクーポン発行手段１１によってクーポンの発行処理が行われ，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）が作成される（ステップＳ１）。続けて，送信手段１２により電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を第１ユーザ端末２に送信して（ステップＳ２），終了する。

図９は，本発明の第２の実施の形態に係る構成例を示す図である。図１に示す構成例とほぼ同じであるため，異なる手段についてのみ説明する。クーポン発行端末５が備えるクーポン発行手段５１は，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を作成して第１ユーザ端末６に送信するのみでなく，第１ユーザ端末６から第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１），第２ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ２），電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を受信して，第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）を用いて譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を作成する。送信手段５２は，作成した譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を第２ユーザ端末３に送信する。

第１ユーザ端末６から図１０に示すＵＲＬにアクセスすることにより，図１１に示すように，第１ユーザ端末６には，例えば，「お得クーポン券！」の表示とともに，クーポン情報であるバーコード６２が表示される。また，クーポン券が使用できる「店舗名」（例えば，「ＡＢＣ寿司」）と「特典」（例えば，「お会計から５％ＯＦＦ！」）が表示されるほか，このクーポンを友人に譲る場合に，譲渡者である自分（第１ユーザ）の電子メールアドレスを入力する欄と，被譲渡者である友人（第２ユーザ）の電子メールアドレスを入力する欄が表示される。これらの入力欄に，自分の電子メールアドレス「ａｄｄ１＠＊＊＊＊＊．ｎｅ．ｊｐ」と，クーポンを譲り渡す友人の電子メールアドレス「ａｄｄ２＠＊＊＊＊＊．ｎｅ．ｊｐ」とを入力し，「送信」ボタンをクリックすることにより，譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）の発行依頼が第１ユーザ端末６からクーポン発行端末５に送信される。

図１２，図１３を用いて，本発明の第２の実施の形態に係る処理の流れを説明する。図１２は，クーポン発行端末５の処理フロー図である。まず，クーポン発行手段５１によって，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を発行し（ステップＳ４１），送信手段５２によって第１ユーザ端末６に送信する（ステップＳ４２）。その後，第１ユーザ端末６から第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１），第２ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ２），電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）を受信し，クーポンの再発行依頼を受けた場合（ステップＳ４３），クーポン発行手段５１は，第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）を用いて譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）を再発行し（ステップＳ４４），送信手段５２によって第２ユーザ端末３に送信して（ステップＳ４５），終了する。クーポン情報がバーコードである場合，譲渡クーポン（ＣＰ２）のバーコード６２に第１ユーザ情報（ＡＤＤ１）が埋め込まれる。

図１５は，本発明の第３の実施の形態に係る構成例を示す図である。第３の実施の形態は，電子クーポン（ＣＰ１）が物理的実体のある場合で，情報を記憶することが可能な超薄型のチップなどが埋め込まれている場合の例である。第１のユーザが，後述のクーポン券端末９を手に入れたが，自分では利用せずに他者に譲渡する場合に，自分の情報をクーポン券端末９に書き込んで第２のユーザに譲渡し，第２のユーザは，譲渡されたクーポン券端末９を利用して消費行為をするものとする。図に示す各手段について説明する。
