本発明は、ソフトクリーム等の冷菓を抽出販売する冷菓製造装置に関し、特に冷菓に苺やブルーベリーなどの果実に代表される食材を添加するようにしたものに関する。

従来、ソフトクリーム等の冷菓を抽出販売する冷菓製造装置は、冷菓原料により冷菓を製造すると共に、前端部には冷菓が抽出される抽出路が形成されている冷却シリンダと、抽出路の出口が内壁面に形成されると共に、下端には抽出された冷菓を取り出すための冷菓取出口部が形成されている冷菓通路と、この冷菓通路内に上下移動可能に設けられ、通常抽出路の出口を塞ぐプランジャとを備えている。

このように、従来よりシロップやチョコレートなどをソフトクリームに添加するものはあったが、ソフトクリームに新鮮な苺やブルーベリーなどの果実を添加できる冷菓製造装置は開発されておらず、このような新鮮果実を添加する際には、一旦ソフトクリームを容器に取り出した後、当該容器内に果実を投入してミキサーなどで混合する方法が採られていた。

本発明は、係る従来の技術的課題を解決するために成されたものであり、果実などの新鮮な食材を冷菓に添加して販売できる冷菓製造装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の冷菓製造装置は、本体内に設けられ、ミックスを撹拌しながら冷却して冷菓を製造する冷却シリンダと、この冷却シリンダから冷菓を抽出する取出通路と、この取出通路を開閉するプランジャと、取出通路の出口部に設けられた添加室と、該添加室に設けられた冷菓出口と、添加室内に抽出された冷菓を冷菓出口まで案内するガイド部材と、添加室内に食材を搬送する搬送装置と、添加室内においてガイド部材により案内された冷菓に、搬送装置により搬送された食材を添着させる添着装置とを備えたので、食材を搬送装置により添加室に搬送し、当該添加室内において食材を取出通路から抽出された冷菓に添加装置により添加して冷菓出口から取り出すことができるようになる。

図1において実施例の冷菓製造装置SMは、ソフトクリームを製造して例えばコーンやカップに抽出し、販売するものであり、本体1内に液状のソフトクリームミックスが貯留されるミックスタンク6、6と、この液状のソフトクリームミックスを撹拌しながら冷却して半硬化状態とするビーター7を備えた冷却シリンダ8とが設けられている。尚、9は前記ビーター7を回転駆動するビーターモーターである。
