【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、２つの回転するローラーを使い、２つの回転ローラーをそれぞれ偏芯させると共に、２つの回転ローラーの速度に違いを出した また、回転ローラーに凹凸を設ける為、螺旋状にゴム製ベルトを巻きつけた。このベルトには球面や三角錐の突起物を設けてあり、この回転機構により、より効果的なマッサージの機構となっている

【実施例】
以下に本発明の実施例を図１、図２を基に説明する
主にプラスチックスでできた本体ケース（１０）の内部に駆動用のモーター（１）を設け表面に凹凸の有るゴム製ベルト（６）を螺旋状に設けた駆動される前方回転ローラー（２）及び負荷のかかった状態の後方回転ローラー（３）を軸に対して偏芯して設け、これらを歯車（５）で連結する。更に本体ケース（１０）の外部にはモーター（１）に電気を送るための電源コネクタ（７）を保持するための本体保持部（８）、更にローラー回転スピード調整ツマミ（９）、電源スイッチ（４）を設ける。
本品を用いる場合は本体上部にある本体保持部（８）を、人差し指と中指の間にはさみ 本体側面部に設けた電源スイッチ（４）をＯＮの状態にし、モーター（１）を駆動し、連結されている前方の回転ローラー（２）を駆動し、本装置をセルライトや皮下脂肪がある場所などに適当な力で押し当て皮膚の上をすべらせる。後方の回転ローラー（３）には負荷がかかっているためローラー間の間で皮膚がつまみ上げられる状態になり、この状態で本装置を移動するとつまみ上げられた部位が移動する。本装置を皮膚に押し付ける力を加減することでつまみ上げられる皮膚の量を調整できる。また、前方回転ローラーのスピードを変えたい場合は、ローラー回転スピード調整ツマミ（９）によって調整出来る。この際ローラー回転スピードツマミ（９）は取り付けなくてもよい。又ゴム製ベルト（６）を用いずに前方回転ローラー（２）及び後方回転ローラ（３）に直接凹凸を設けてもよい。
