従来のインターネットに於けるチャットルームは、各情報端末が実装するホームページ閲覧用ソフトウエア用いて不特定多数の人々が文字による会話を交わすことを目的として設営されている。

これを可能にするためには、次の様なシステム資源が事前に準備、構築されていなければならない。
（イ）クライアント側に発言（以下クライアントメッセージという。）の入力機能を提供し、そのクライアントメッセージをサーバー側に転送する為のＨＴＭＬドキュメント。
（ロ）チャットルーム内で交わされた会話情報（クライアントメッセージ）をサーバー側に蓄積する為のファイル。（以下、メッセージログファイルと言う。）
（ハ）クライアントメッセージをサーバー側のメッセージログファイルに追加保存する為のＣＧＩ（Ｃｏｍｍｏｎ Ｇａｔｅｗａｙ Ｉｎｔｅｒｆａｃｅ）プログラム。
（ニ）クライアント側に最新の会議内容を表示する為のＣＧＩプログラム。
なお、（イ）のＨＴＭＬドキュメントはクライアント側に存在するホームページ閲覧用ソフトウエアによって解釈され、画面表示される。（ハ）のＣＧＩプログラムは（イ）のクライアントメッセージ転送時にサーバー側で起動する。（ニ）のＣＧＩプログラムは、クライアント側の送信要求に応じて最新ログファイルを基にしてＨＴＭＬドキュメントを作成し、要求クライアントにそのＨＴＭＬドキュメントを送信する。なお、（イ）、（ロ）、（ハ）、（ニ）の各システム資源は統合化されている場合や、さらに細分化されている場合もある。

上記のチャットルーム用システム構成は、ごく一般的に知られている言わば基本技術であるが、インターネットに接続してホームページを閲覧することができる情報端末があればだれでも参加できることから広く普及している。

しかし、この方法はチャットルームへのアクセスキーであるＵＲＬ（Ｕｎｉｆｏｒｍ Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅ Ｌｏｃａｔｅｒ）を公開することが前提とされており、入室者や会話内容が無制限化してしまい非常に管理しづらい為、それを改善する技術が考案されている。

たとえば、特開２００２−１６３２２０号公報には、チャットルームへの参加者に段階的な視聴制限を加える為の技術が記載されている。また、特定のグループで非公開にチャットを実現する為の技術として、特開２００２−１４９５７８号公報では電子メールを回覧させて擬似的なチャットを成立させる方法が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら以上の従来技術によれば、個人が緊急に非公開のチャットルームを開設し、参加に関する事前手続きの必要のない人々を招集しなければいけない場面に遭遇した場合にはその要求に応えることが出来ない。

インターネットを利用した自分専用の非公開型チャットルームを開設する為には、事前に当該チャットルーム専用の上記ＨＴＭＬドキュメントとＣＧＩプログラム及びメッセージログファイルを準備、構築し、当該チャットルームへのアクセス情報（ＵＲＬ等）を参加依頼者に事前通知する必要があり、相応の知識と技術力及び相応の構築環境の確保と期間を要する。また、既成のチャットルームを非公開的に利用する為には、サービス提供者に対する利用手続きや参加に関する認証手続き等煩雑な問題が発生する。

以上の課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、携帯電話やパーソナルコンピュータ等の情報端末が実装するホームページ閲覧用ソフトウエアを用いて、文字によるチャットを行う為の参加者招集機能を有する非公開型チャットルームを開設する為の方法であって、サーバー上にチャットルーム自動生成システムを実装し、クライアントからのチャットルームの開設要求をインターネットを通じて受信すると、当該開設要求クライアント専用の非公開型チャットルームのシステム資源を瞬時に自動生成するとともに、当該チャットルームへのアクセスキーをインターネットを通じて直ちに開設要求クライアントに返信し、当該チャットルームへの参加者招集は、当該チャットルームが実装する参加者招集機能を用いて開設要求クライアントが指定した被参加依頼者に、電子メールにてアクセスキーを配布することによって実現されることを特徴とするチャットルームの開設方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
