本発明はセキュリティタグに関し、主として店頭、店内にある商品の万引を防止し、公共施設の備品等の不法な持ち去りも防止できるとともに、商品のデータをメモリーしておくことのできるセキュリティタグに関する。

【発明の背景】
従来より、商品や備品の盗難防止のため、磁性材を商品等に貼着されるバーコードシールの裏面や、価格や品質等を表示したタグに備えて、磁気を利用した感知システムと対応させて商品等の不法な持ち去り行為を監視し、防止することが行われていた。

この上記したシステムはシール(ラベル)やタグが商品等から剥離したり、カット、破壊等がされ易く、本来の機能を発揮できなくなる場合も多く、商品等の種類によってはシールやタグを装備させておく自体が難しいものもあった。そこで、本発明の発明者は前記した特許文献に示される発明をなした。

この特許文献に示される技術は軟磁性のファイバーを糸に組み込み、その糸によって磁気による感知システムと対応させようとするものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記した特許文献に示されるセキュリティ糸のように磁気の感知のみであっては数多い商品を正確に監視し、また、棚卸し等を含めた広い意味での店舗側における商品管理も十分になし得ることは難しいものがあった。

【発明の目的】
そこで、本発明は上記した実情、問題点に着目してなされたもので、かかる問題点を解消して、磁気に加え電波でも対応でき、各商品等の情報をメモリーでき、盗難防止に加え、商品の管理や商談等がスムーズに実行することができることとしたセキュリティタグを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために、本発明に係るセキュリティタグは折り合わされて接着され、表面に価格やバーコード等の表示がなされるタグ本体を有し、そのタグ本体の接着される内面の一部に軟磁性材による箔層及び、その箔層と位置をずらせてパックされた無線ICチップを備えていることを特徴とし、前記した軟磁性材による箔層としてニッケル箔など半硬質磁性膜とアモルファスをラミネートやスパッタリングや蒸着したものを用いてあることを特徴としている。

また、本発明に係るセキュリティタグは軟磁性材をパウダー化してインクに配合し、そのインクでバーコードを表面に印刷してあることを特徴としている。

さらに、本発明に係るセキュリティタグは無線ICチップを内蔵したケースタグ本体を有し、そのケースタグ本体に取り付けられた吊持用紐体の先端に備えられた挿し込み係止部を導電性金属で成形するとともに、前記吊持用紐体にアンテナ用として金属線を組み付けてあることを特徴とし、前記した金属線として軟磁性材のものを用い、スリットして撚り込んであることを特徴とし、前記した金属線を紐体の外周にコイル状に巻装してあることを特徴としている。

上記した構成としたことによって盗難対策として磁気に加えて電波の対応もできることとなって、その正確性が向上することとなり、無線ICチップを具備させたことで、そこに商品情報がメモリーでき、商談をはじめ、出入庫、在庫の管理等も煩わしさがなく、スピーディに実行することができることとなるのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の好ましい実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明を実施したセキュリティタグの開いた状態を示す斜視図、図2は同じく無線ICチップの正面図、図3は同じくセキュリティタグの製造過程を示す正面図、図4は同じく断面図、図5は同じくケースタグとした場合の斜視図、図6は同じく紐部分における金属線の撚り込みを示す拡大図、図7は同じく巻装状態の一部を示す斜視図、図8は同じく他の例を示す斜視図である。

これらの図にあって1は本発明を実施したセキュリティタグ本体を示している。このセキュリティタグ本体1は紙やプラスチックフィルム等によって成形され二折りされて内面を貼着した状態で使用されることとなり、必要に応じて商品への吊持用の糸やファスナー等を挿通する挿通孔15を穿設することもできる。

このセキュリティタグ本体1の内面の一部、本実施の形態にあっては二折りされる一方側の外端寄りの位置に軟磁性材による箔層2が備えられている。この軟磁性材による箔層2は軟磁性を示す金属磁性材料ならば、結晶構造や合金組成に特に限定はないが、磁気に感応する防犯ゲートとの対応から5mOe、1kHzの励磁磁界における透磁率が1000以上の高透磁力を持つものが好ましい。

かかる点から、軟磁性材の箔層2としてはパーマロイ、Fe−Si合金、アモルファス金属等が使用できるが、本実施の形態では特に高透磁性を示すCo−Fe−Si−Bを主成分とするアモルファス金属が採用されている。

また、本実施の形態における箔層2には、前記したアモルファス金属の磁気特性を失活させるため半硬質磁性材料としてニッケル箔(フォイル)をラミネートしてある。そして、この箔層2は低圧容器中に2極電源を入れ、マイナスからプラスへ分子を飛散付着させるスパッタリングにより成形されたものとなっている。

係る形態のセキュリティタグ本体1は図3、図4に示すようにして得ることができる。ロールされる長尺のベースシート3上にセキュリティタグ本体1となる紙葉やフィルムが剥離可能にラミネートされており、そのベースシート3にラミネートされる紙葉やフィルムの略中央に前記した箔層2が連続して形成されているもので、これを長手方向にカットライン4に沿って切断することでセキュリティタグ本体1が剥離可能にラミネートされた製品となり、即ち、ベースシート3の長手方向に沿って同時に対向して二つのセキュリティタグ本体1がラミネートされた製品が得られる。セキュリティタグ本体1とベースシート3との間には接着剤5が介在されている状態であることは勿論である。

さらに、このセキュリティタグ本体1の内面には前記した箔層2と位置をずらせて無線ICチップ6を内蔵したチップパック6aが貼着あるいはセキュリティタグ本体1の二折りによる挟持によって設けられており、必要に応じてセキュリティタグ本体1を塩ビ製のバッグ等に収納してしまうこともできる。

このチップパック6a内にあって無線ICチップ6にはチップパック6aの周縁近くを巻回するアンテナ部6bが接続されており、0.1〜103m程度の電波との対応も可能となっている。これは2002年度における電波法の改正緩和により実施が可能となっている。

また、前記した無線ICチップ6にはセキュリティタグ本体1が取り付けられる商品の情報をメモリーさせておくことができ、特に宝飾品関係にあってはその宝飾品の収容ケースを商談トレーに載せ(複数段可能)、モニター画面にその商品の情報を表示することでスムーズな商談もできることとなり、ショーケース等にある商品はハンドスキャナによって情報を読み取り、前記と同様にモニター画面に情報を表示することも可能とされている。

一方、図3、図4として示すセキュリティタグ本体1の製作過程にあってセキュリティタグ本体1部分の表面には価格等の表示7や必要に応じてバーコード8がプリントされることとなるが、バーコード8のプリントに際し、そのインクに前記した軟磁性材の金属をパウダー化して配合しておくと、磁気感応のゲートと対応させることもでき、また、バーコード8自体に簡略な商品情報を入れておくことが可能となる。

また、図5乃至図8は別の実施の形態を示すもので、外観的には既知のケースタグ9が採用され、このケースタグ9の表面に価格やブランドを表示することも、あるいは別途に用意されるタグを付設させて使用することもできる。

このケースタグ9内には前記したと同様の無線ICチップが内蔵され、商品に吊持するための紐体10が装備されている。この紐体10の先端には受穴11へ挿し込むことでロック状態とされる挿し込み係止部12が備えられているが、この挿し込み係止部12は導電性の金属で形成され、内部の無線ICチップと電気的に接続されるものとされている。

また、前記した紐体10には前記したアモルファス金属をスリットした線材13が撚り込まれており、磁気感応式の防犯ゲートへの対応とともに、電波に対応するアンテナとしても作用するものとされているもので、アンテナの作用を大きく得るためにはアモルファス金属の線材13の表面積を広げるため、紐体10の原材にファイバーとして組み込むこと等も可能である。

さらに、前記した例のほかにも銅線14を紐体10の表面にコイル状に巻装してしまうことも可能で、アンテナ効はさらに大きなものとなるうえ、紐体10自体にバネ性を保有させることができ、商品の吊持状態での一律性を保つこともできるものとなる。この際の紐体10は芯線10aとして撚りのない単線を用いることもできる。

本実施の形態に係るセキュリティタグは上記のように構成されている。ここで無線ICチップ6は情報の消去とリライトを可能なものとしておくことで、商品の売却後もリサイクル使用することができるものとなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係るセキュリティタグは上述のように構成されている。そのために、磁気に加え、電波でも対応して万全な盗難防止を図れることとなる。また、タグに無線ICチップを備えて商品情報をメモリーしておくことで、商談をはじめ、広い範囲での商品管理も煩わしさがない容易な作業とすることができるものとなっている。
