本発明は、非定常状態の発生を監視する監視装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、窃盗犯罪の増加に伴ない、住居における監視装置の需要が増加している。従来、この種の監視装置は、侵入者検知用センサを有する複数の端末機器と、警報を発生する中央処理装置(主装置)との組み合わせにより構成されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。侵入者検知用センサは家屋の窓、ドア等に取り付けられ、中央処理装置は部屋内に設置される。

また、侵入発生等の非定常時に中央処理装置から外線の電話機に自動的に通報し、中央処理装置と外線の電話機との間で音声通話ができる監視装置も普及し始めている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の監視装置では、中央処理装置を設置する場合、既設の電話機から電話線を抜く作業、抜いた電話線を中央処理装置に接続する作業および他の電話線を用いて中央処理装置と既設の電話機とを接続する作業という少なくとも3段階の作業が必要であった。そのため、中央処理装置の設置に手間がかかる上、設置場所により電話機ケーブルの延長コードが必要となるという設置上の課題があった。

本発明は、設置上の制約が軽減された監視装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
(1)第1の発明
第1の発明に係る監視装置は、回線網に接続された電話機に接続可能な監視装置であって、非定常時に非定常信号を送信する端末機器と、端末機器と通信可能な中央処理装置とを備え、中央処理装置は、端末機器と通信を行う通信手段と、回線網に接続される通信装置のうち非定常時に通信を行う通信装置を登録する登録手段と、通信手段が端末機器から非定常信号を受信した場合に電話機を介して登録手段により登録された通信装置に外線接続する接続手段とを含むものである。

本発明に係る監視装置においては、端末機器により非定常時に非定常信号が送信される。中央処理装置の登録手段により回線網に接続される通信装置のうち非定常時に通信を行う通信装置が登録される。中央処理装置は、通信手段により端末機器からの非定常信号が受信された場合に、電話機を介して登録手段により登録された通信装置に接続手段により外線接続される。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。以下の実施の形態では、本発明を防犯用および緊急通報用の監視装置に適用した場合について説明する。この場合、非定常状態とは、家屋に侵入が発生した状態または緊急事態が発生した状態を示している。

(1)第1の実施の形態
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る監視装置を用いた監視システムの構成を示すブロック図である。
