本発明は、サイト管理者側システムならびにサイト管理方法およびそのプログラムに関し、さらに詳細には、例えば、インターネットなどのネットワークを介してユーザーがデジタルコンテンツを交換するウェブサイトや、電子掲示板（ＢＢＳ）が設置されているウェブサイトのような、ユーザー相互のコミュニケーションが可能でコミュニティスペースとして機能するコミュニティサイトを管理する管理者が用いて好適なサイト管理者側システムならびにサイト管理方法およびそのプログラムに関する。

ここで、「デジタルコンテンツ」とは、本明細書においては、ユーザーの各種端末、例えば、携帯電話から放音される着信メロディーなどの音系のデータや、ユーザーの各種端末、例えば、携帯電話の表示画面に表示される待ち受け画面のような静止画像やあるいは動画などの画像系のデータ、あるいはユーザーの各種端末の表示画面に表示されるメッセージ文などのテキスト系のデータなどのような、ユーザーの各種端末において送受信可能な各種のデジタルデータを意味するものとする。

従来より、インターネットなどのネットワークを利用した各種コミュニティサイトがコミュニティサイトの管理者によって管理運営されているが、こうしたコミュニティサイトにおいてユーザーは、ハンドルネームを使用したり、あるいは、簡単なプロフィールのみを公開して、当該コミュニティサイトに参加することが多い。

しかしながら、従来のようにハンドルネームと簡単なプロフィールのみでユーザーがコミュニティサイトに参加しているだけでは、現実に人間が交流したときに生起されるようなコミュニケーションの活性化を、当該コミュニティサイト内で実現することが困難であるという問題点があった。

実際、コミュニティサイトにおいて互いに交流を深めたユーザー同士は、例えば、自分の電子メールアドレスを互いに交換するなどして、コミュニティサイト外でコミュニケーションを活性化していく傾向がある。

このため、コミュニティサイトの管理者側においては、管理しているコミュニティサイト内においてコミュニケーションの活性化を図ることのできる手法の提案が望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記したような従来の技術の有する種々の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、コミュニティサイト内においてコミュニケーションの活性化を図ることのできるサイト管理者側システムならびにサイト管理方法およびそのプログラムを提供しようとするものである。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明のうち請求項１に記載の発明は、コンピュータネットワークを介して接続された端末から送信されたユーザーの複数の個人情報を記憶する個人情報記憶手段と、上記個人情報記憶手段に記憶された複数の個人情報のそれぞれの公開範囲が、閲覧を希望するユーザーの全員であるのか、または、閲覧を希望するユーザーのうち所定のユーザーであるのかを記憶する公開範囲記憶手段と、上記公開範囲記憶手段に公開範囲が閲覧を希望するユーザーのうち所定のユーザーと記憶された所定の個人情報の公開が、該個人情報のユーザーによって許可されたユーザーを管理する許可範囲管理手段と、コンピュータネットワークを介して接続された端末から送信され、上記個人情報記憶手段に記憶された所定のユーザーの所定の個人情報の閲覧を指定する閲覧指定情報を受信する閲覧指定情報受信手段と、上記閲覧指定情報受信手段が受信した閲覧指定情報の指定する所定のユーザーの所定の個人情報の公開範囲を、上記公開範囲記憶手段に基づいて判断処理する判断手段と、上記判断手段による判断処理の結果、上記閲覧指定情報受信手段が受信した閲覧指定情報の指定する所定のユーザーの所定の個人情報の公開範囲が、閲覧を希望するユーザーの全員である場合には、閲覧指定情報の指定する個人情報をコンピュータネットワークを介して公開する第１の公開処理を行ない、上記閲覧指定情報受信手段が受信した閲覧指定情報の指定する所定のユーザーの所定の個人情報の公開範囲が、閲覧を希望するユーザーのうち所定のユーザーである場合には、上記管理手段によって公開が許可されたとして管理されているユーザーの閲覧指定情報のときに、閲覧指定情報の指定する個人情報をコンピュータネットワークを介して公開する第２の公開処理を行なう個人情報公開手段とを有するようにしたものである。
