TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tampering prevention member. More specifically, the present invention is a member having a laminated structure having a tamper-proof function, and having an adhesive layer on the outermost surface of the back surface, and when peeled off after being adhered to an adherend, the member adheres to the surface of the adherend. The present invention relates to a tamper-proof member in which the tamper-proof member is integrally peeled off from the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the adherend without leaving glue, and a tamper-proof function is effectively exhibited. .

[Prior art]
In recent years, as automobile parts, electric / electronic parts, precision machine parts, etc. have become smaller, denser, and more sophisticated, or by enforcing the PL Act, to ensure the safety of product use, regulations have It is becoming necessary to display features and precautions for handling on each part or product. In this case, it is necessary to prevent the display contents from being tampered with, and therefore, a tampering prevention label or the like is used.
In addition, when goods are consigned or packed, if they cannot be prevented with a lock or the like in order to prevent unjust unpacking of the goods or opening of the lid, the opening is usually made with tamper-proof tape or the like. Sealing has been done. For example, when carrying safety boxes such as desks, cupboards, safes, and baggage, tamper-resistant tapes and stickers are generally attached to the outside of drawers, doors, lids, and the like.
On the other hand, an adhesive label for sealing is often used for the purpose of certifying products, sealing, and the like. However, the illegal action of once peeling off the sealing label, modifying the contents, or replacing the contents, and then sealing again with the same label occurs frequently, which is a problem. For this reason, tamper-proof labels have been used to prevent improper re-attachment and reuse of labels.
Such a security member such as a label for preventing forgery or tampering, a tape or a seal, for example, when the member is peeled from the adherend, a type in which the base material is destroyed, or a trace of peeling remains on the adherend Types are known.
As the latter type, for example, by interposing a transparent in-layer release resin layer between the transparent film substrate and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, if the label is intentionally peeled off, the in-layer release resin layer becomes When the label is peeled off and remains on the adherend together with the adhesive layer as a hidden character, and the label is reattached, the hidden character remaining on the adherend and the missing character on the label side do not overlap exactly, so it should be peeled off. There has been known a tamper-proof label which can confirm that the act has been performed.
However, in such a tamper-proof label, since the adhesive remains on the adherend after the label is peeled off from the adherend, when the adherend is a drug or a foodstuff container, the adhesive is not used. Garbage adheres and becomes unsanitary. Similarly, when the adherend is not disposable but is to be reused, it is necessary to remove the pressure-sensitive adhesive from the adherend using a solvent, mechanical means, or the like. In addition, the adherend may be damaged.
In order to deal with such a problem, for example, a tamper indicating label in which an imaging release coating layer, a contrast enhancement coating layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are sequentially provided on the back surface of a transparent substrate as a tamper-proof member is proposed. (For example, see Patent Document 1). According to Patent Document 1, the tamper indicating label facilitates separation at the interface between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by selecting the type of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is stated that even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive remains, it can be removed without using an organic solvent. However, in the tamper indicating label, the contrast enhancement coating layer is separated from the base material due to the elongation of the base material when the label is peeled off from the adherend, and the hidden character is confirmed from the base material side by being deformed. Although it is possible, if the base material is made of a rigid material, the base material may not be sufficiently stretched and the hidden characters may not appear clearly. In general, as a label substrate, a polyethylene terephthalate film is often used, but this film is rigid and has a small elongation, and the tamper indicating label using the film as a substrate is not always satisfactory. .
As a tampering prevention member that has solved such a problem, for example, a peeling prevention sheet formed by sequentially providing a marking layer, a fixed color layer, an applied non-peeling layer, and an adhesive layer on the back surface of the film base material. It has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2). In the peeling prevention sheet, the non-peelable layer is made of a material such as rubber (latex), and the fixed color layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are integrated with strong adhesive force through the non-peelable layer. Have been. When the peeling prevention sheet is peeled off after being adhered to the adherend, peeling occurs at the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the adherend, and the adhesion state between the fixed color layer and the substrate is maintained. However, a gap is generated between the fixed color layer and the marking layer, and the fixed color layer is deformed, so that hidden characters can be confirmed from the base material side. However, this peel-prevention sheet has a structure in which a non-peelable layer is directly formed on the fixed color layer for the purpose of facilitating the application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the non-peelable layer. And the production is very complicated. Therefore, as in the present invention, a tampering prevention member that interposes an extensible film between two pressure-sensitive adhesive layers and makes the hidden characters appear clearly by utilizing the elongation of the extensible film is basically Structurally different.
Furthermore, (a) a member in which a carrier layer is interposed between two pressure-sensitive adhesive layers A and B, and (b) a damageable layer on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A (See, for example, Patent Document 3). In this tamper display article, for example, a silicone resin film, a polyurethane film, a polyolefin-based film, or the like is used as a carrier layer. When the tamper article is peeled off after being attached to the adherend via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, first, the damageable layer of (b) causes cohesive failure or interlayer failure, Since the member (a) is separated from the member (a) and remains on the adherend, the member (a) is then peeled off, whereby separation occurs at the interface between the member and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
As described above, the tamper-indicating article does not peel off integrally from the interface between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer like the tamper-proof member of the present invention, but first (a) and (b). Then, (a) peels off from the adherend, which is fundamentally different from the falsification preventing member of the present invention.

[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The transparent film substrate in the tamper-proof member of the present invention is not particularly limited, and is appropriately selected from various transparent plastic films conventionally used as a substrate such as a label having an adhesive layer, a sheet, and a tape. Can be used. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin resins such as various olefin copolymers, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate, polystyrene resins, polyvinyl chloride resins, acrylic resins, polycarbonate resins, polyamide resins And a film made of a fluororesin such as polytetrafluoroethylene and a mixture or a laminate of these resins. Among them, a polyester resin film is preferable from the viewpoint of performance as a substrate, and a polyethylene terephthalate film is particularly preferable.
These transparent plastic films can be optionally subjected to a surface treatment such as an oxidation method or a concavo-convex method in order to improve the adhesion to each layer provided on the front surface and / or the back surface. Examples of the oxidation method include corona discharge treatment, chromic acid treatment (wet method), flame treatment, hot air treatment, ozone / ultraviolet irradiation treatment and the like, and examples of the unevenness method include a sand blast method and a solvent treatment method. Is mentioned. These surface treatment methods are appropriately selected according to the type of the film, but in general, a corona discharge treatment method is preferably used from the viewpoint of effects and operability. Further, a primer treatment for providing a primer layer can also be performed.
[0006]
In the present invention, the thickness of the transparent film substrate is not particularly limited, but is usually selected in the range of 20 to 300 μm, preferably 30 to 100 μm.
In the present invention, each layer having the following configuration is provided on the back surface side of the transparent film base material, and partial printing of information on an adherend can be performed on the front surface side as desired. At this time, if the entire surface is printed, it becomes difficult to confirm hidden characters that appear when the tamper-proof member is peeled off from the adherend. There is no particular limitation on the printing method of the information, and various known printing methods can be appropriately adopted.
In the tamper-proof member, a transparent release agent layer having a predetermined pattern is provided on the back surface of the transparent film substrate. This transparent release agent layer can be formed to have a predetermined pattern by various printing methods using, for example, silicone resin or wax. Its thickness is usually in the range of 0.05 to 10 μm, preferably 0.1 to 5 μm. As described later, the pattern shape of the transparent release agent layer can be confirmed as a hidden character from the transparent film substrate side when the tamper-proof member is peeled from the adherend.
In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A may be directly provided on the entire back surface of the transparent film substrate having the transparent release agent layer having a predetermined pattern formed in this manner, but the tamper-proof member is covered. In order to make hidden characters appearing when peeled off from the body more visible, a contrast-enhancing coating layer such as a metal-based vapor-deposited film or a colored layer is provided between the transparent release agent layer and the adhesive layer A. Can be provided. The contrast enhancement coating layer is preferably provided over the entire surface of both the transparent release agent layer having a predetermined pattern shape and the back surface of the transparent film substrate, where the transparent release agent layer is not provided.
[0007]
The metal-based vapor-deposited film is formed, for example, of a metal material such as aluminum, chromium, nickel, gold, silver, tin, or copper, or a metal compound such as titanium oxide or titanium nitride by a method such as vacuum deposition, sputtering, or ion plating. Can be formed. The coloring layer can be formed by various printing methods or coating methods using ink, a coloring agent, or the like. The thickness (thickness from the back surface of the transparent film substrate) of the metal-based vapor-deposited film or the colored layer is not particularly limited, but is usually selected in the range of 0.001 to 10 μm, preferably 0.01 to 7 μm. You.
On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive used for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A is not particularly limited, and an arbitrary one can be appropriately selected from those conventionally used for pressure-sensitive adhesive layers such as labels. For example, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polyurethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polyester-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the like can be used. Among them, the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferably used.
As the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, as a main component, for example, an acrylate homopolymer, a copolymer containing two or more acrylate units and a copolymer of acrylate and another functional monomer Those containing at least one selected from the above are used. Examples of the acrylate include butyl (meth) acrylate, pentyl (meth) acrylate, hexyl (meth) acrylate, heptyl (meth) acrylate, octyl (meth) acrylate, and (meth) acrylate. ) Nonyl acrylate, decyl (meth) acrylate and the like. Examples of the functional monomer include hydroxyl group-containing monomers such as (meth) acrylic acid hydroxyethyl ester and (meth) acrylic acid hydroxypropyl ester, and amides such as (meth) acrylamide and dimethyl (meth) acrylamide. Group-containing monomers, carboxylic acid group-containing monomers such as (meth) acrylic acid, and the like. Further, if necessary, other monomers copolymerizable with the above-mentioned acrylate ester, for example, vinyl acetate, styrene, acrylonitrile and the like may be copolymerized.
[0008]
A tackifier, a cross-linking agent, a filler, and the like may be added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive as desired. Examples of the tackifier include natural resins such as rosin-based resins and polyterpene-based resins; 5 System, C 9 And synthetic resins such as DCPD petroleum resin, coumarone indene resin, and xylene resin.
Examples of the crosslinking agent include a polyisocyanate compound, an epoxy resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin, a metal chelate compound, and a metal salt. Examples of the filler include zinc white, titanium oxide, silica, calcium carbonate and the like.
This pressure-sensitive adhesive may be applied directly on the back surface of the transparent film substrate having the transparent mold release agent layer having a predetermined pattern shape or on the contrast-enhancing coating layer to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A. As described, a film having an adhesive layer A and an adhesive layer B on both sides of an extensible film was prepared, and this was used as a transparent film substrate having an adhesive layer A having a transparent release agent layer. It is preferable to adhere to the back surface or the contrast enhancement coating layer.
[0009]
In the tamper-proof member of the present invention, a film (extensible film) having higher elongation than the transparent film substrate is used as the film interposed between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B. As such an extensible film, any film may be used as long as it has higher elongation than the transparent film substrate and has appropriate mechanical strength. Specifically, a plastic film having an elongation of 1.5 to 7 times, preferably 2 to 5 times, the elongation of a transparent film substrate specified in JIS K 7127 is good. The material of the extensible film is not particularly limited, and is, for example, a polyurethane resin, a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene or various olefin copolymers, a silicone resin, a soft polyvinyl chloride resin, or a polyvinyl alcohol resin. It can be appropriately selected according to the type of the transparent film substrate from the extensible films composed of, for example, fluororesins and various thermoplastic elastomers. When a polyethylene terephthalate film is used as the transparent film substrate, for example, a polyurethane resin film or a polyolefin resin film is particularly suitable as the extensible film.
As described later, the extensible film is stretched more than the transparent film substrate when the tamper-proof member is peeled off after being adhered to the adherend, so that the transparent release agent layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A At the interface with the transparent mold release agent layer and the contrast-enhancing coating layer, causing a separation between the two layers, causing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A or the contrast-enhancing coating layer to be deformed, and the function of causing hidden characters to appear. Have. When the elongation of the extensible film is equal to or smaller than the elongation of the transparent film substrate, the above function is not sufficiently exhibited.
[0010]
In the present invention, the extensible film is optionally oxidized, as described for the transparent film substrate, an unevenness method, a primer, in order to improve the adhesiveness with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers provided on both surfaces thereof. Surface treatment such as treatment can be performed.
In the present invention, the thickness of the extensible film is not particularly limited, but is usually selected in the range of 5 to 200 μm, preferably 10 to 100 μm.
In the tamper-proof member of the present invention, an adhesive layer A is provided on the transparent film substrate side of the extensible film, and on the opposite side, for attaching the tamper member to an adherend. An adhesive layer B is provided. Here, the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B can be appropriately selected from those described above as the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A, but the adhesive residue remains on the adherend. Those that do not occur are preferred. The thickness of each of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B is usually 5 to 60 μm, preferably about 10 to 40 μm.
[0011]
Next, one embodiment of a method for producing the tamper-proof member of the present invention will be described. On each of two separate release sheets, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied by a known method, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B are provided. Then, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A on one surface. A release sheet is attached, and a release sheet having an adhesive layer B on the other surface of the extensible film is attached. Next, the release sheet on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A side of the extensible film is peeled off, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A is placed on the surface of the transparent film substrate having the transparent release agent layer, or the contrast-enhancing coating layer is placed on the transparent release agent layer. When it is formed thereon, it is adhered so as to be in contact with the contrast enhancement coating layer.
The release sheet on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B side of the extensible film may be left as it is without being peeled off as required, and may be peeled off when the falsification member is used.
Examples of the release sheet include paper base materials such as high-quality paper, glassine paper, and coated paper; laminated paper obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene on these paper base materials; or polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, or polyethylene naphthalate. And a release film such as a silicone resin applied to a plastic film such as a polyester film or a polyolefin film such as polypropylene or polyethylene. The thickness of the release sheet is not particularly limited, but is usually about 30 to 150 μm. In the tamper-proof member of the present invention, when the contrast enhancement coating layer is not provided, the adhesive strength between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and the adherend is the adhesive strength between the extensible film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, The adhesive force between the extensible film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the rear surface of the transparent film substrate, and the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the transparent release agent layer are smaller than the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength. It is important that the adhesive strength between the layer B and the adherend is equal to or smaller than the adhesive strength. When a release sheet is attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, the force for peeling the release sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B may be smaller than the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the transparent release agent layer. It is vital.
[0012]
On the other hand, when the contrast enhancement coating layer is provided, the adhesive strength between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and the adherend is determined by the adhesive strength between the stretchable film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, and the adhesive strength between the stretchable film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A. Adhesive strength, smaller than the adhesive strength between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the contrast-enhancing coating layer and the adhesive strength between the contrast-enhancing coating layer and the back surface of the transparent film substrate, and between the contrast-enhancing coating layer and the transparent release agent layer It is important that the adhesive strength is equal to or smaller than the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and the adherend. Further, when a release sheet is adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, the force for peeling the release sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B may be smaller than the adhesive force between the contrast-enhancing coating layer and the transparent release agent layer. It is vital.
When the tamper-proof member of the present invention has such an adhesive force at the interface between the respective layers, the release sheet is peeled off without affecting the other interfaces at all, and the adhesive layer is formed on the adherend. The tamper-proof member can be attached via B. When the tamper-proof member is peeled off from the adherend, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B is integrally peeled off from the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and the adherend. Separation occurs between the two layers at the opposite interface, but substantially no separation occurs between the other layers at the other interfaces. That is, separation occurs at the interface between the transparent release agent layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A, or at the interface between the transparent release agent layer and the contrast-enhancing coating layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A or the contrast-enhancing coating layer is deformed. Hidden characters can be confirmed from the transparent film substrate side. The separation between the two layers at the interface and the deformation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A or the contrast-enhancing coating layer are caused by inserting the tamper-proof member from the adherend between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B. This is generated when the stretchable film is stretched.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an example of a tamper-proof member according to the present invention, in which a tamper-proof member 10 is provided on a back surface of a transparent film substrate 1 provided with a partial print layer 8 on the front surface. It has a laminated structure in which a mold agent layer 2, a contrast enhancement coating layer 3, an adhesive layer A4, an extensible film 5, an adhesive layer B6, and a release sheet 7 are sequentially formed. Note that the contrast enhancement coating layer 3 may not be provided.
The tampering prevention member 10 peels off the release sheet 7 and adheres to the adherend via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B6. When the tamper-proof member is peeled off from the adherend, the tamper-proof member 10 is integrally peeled off from the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B6 and the adherend. In this figure, separation occurs at the interface between the contrast-enhancing coating layer 3 and the transparent release agent layer 2 due to elongation, and when the contrast-enhancing coating layer 3 is deformed, You can check hidden characters.
When the tamper-proof member of the present invention is peeled off after being attached to the adherend, the tamper-proof member is integrally peeled off from the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and the adherend, and the adhesive remains on the adherend. Does not occur. Therefore, since it is not necessary to remove the adhesive adhered to the adherend each time the tamper-proof member is peeled off from the adherend, the convenience is high.
The tampering prevention member of the present invention is used in the form of labels, sheets, tapes, etc., for example, to prevent tampering of display contents of automobile parts, electric / electronic parts, precision machine parts, etc. In such a case, it can be used for packing unjustified articles and preventing the lid from being opened, and also as a sealing label for ensuring the virginity of contents such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and foodstuffs.
