[Problems to be solved by the invention]
None of the conventional wiping compositions or wiping materials satisfy the feeling of use, antibacterial properties and anti-inflammatory effects.
An object of the present invention is to provide a clean cotton which has a good feeling in use, has no fluff on the sheet surface during use, and has an antibacterial property and an anti-inflammatory effect.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors impregnate a cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric with an impregnating liquid containing a specific bactericide, a specific amount of an anti-inflammatory agent and water, so that the surface is free of fuzz and has excellent feeling in use and antibacterial properties, and is safe. Thus, it was found that clean cotton that suppressed skin inflammation was obtained.
That is, the present invention comprises one or more fungicides selected from benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine gluconate in an amount of 0.001 to 0.1% by weight, and more than 0.02% by weight and up to 2% by weight of an anti-inflammatory agent and water. And a cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric impregnated with the impregnating liquid.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As the bactericide used in the present invention, one or more selected from benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidi gluconate can be used, and benzalkonium chloride is preferred from the viewpoint of safety. The content of the fungicide in the impregnating solution is 0.001 to 0.1% by weight, preferably 0.001 to 0.07%, and more preferably 0.001 to 0.05%.
[0007]
Examples of the anti-inflammatory agent used in the present invention include allantoin, a glycyrrhizic acid derivative, and a glycyrrhetinic acid derivative. Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is preferable because of its water solubility. The content is more than 0.02% by weight and 2% by weight or less of the impregnating liquid, preferably 0.05% by weight or more and 1% by weight or less, more preferably 0.1% by weight or more and 0.5% by weight or less.
In addition to the above components, the impregnating solution of the present invention may further contain, as optional components, perfumes, antioxidants, wetting agents, extracts, and the like.
[0008]
These impregnating liquids are impregnated into a cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric to produce clean cotton.
The cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is a nonwoven fabric manufactured by a spunlace method using 100% of defatted cotton fiber. The spunlace method refers to a method in which constituent fibers are entangled and integrated by the action of a high-pressure liquid flow, as disclosed in JP-A-2001-120668, and is also called an underwater entanglement method, a water jet method, or the like. It is possible to obtain a nonwoven fabric of any of natural fibers and artificial fibers by the entangled constituent fibers. Known products include Cotton Ace (made by Unitika), Oikos (made by Nisshinbo) and the like.
[0009]
The basis weight of the used cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric is 30 g / m 2 or more and 70 g / m 2 or less, particularly 30 g / m 2 or more and 50 g / m 2 or less, and the dry weight is 0.6 to 4 g, preferably 1 to It is preferable that the weight is 3 g from the feeling surface during use. The grammage is an amount represented by “weight (g) of sheet when dried / area (m 2 )”. The dry weight can be represented by “basis weight (g / m 2 ) × area (m 2 )”.
[0010]
The pH of the impregnating liquid is preferably 5.5 to 7.5, since it is less irritating to the skin.
The impregnation rate is preferably 200 to 700%, more preferably 300 to 600%, from the viewpoint of wiping properties at the time of use. The impregnation ratio here is a value represented by “(weight of sheet when wet−weight of sheet when dried) × 100 / weight of sheet when dried”.
[0011]
These clean cottons are preferably used for local cleaning of women during menstruation, nursing care and for prevention of infection of urinary incontinence patients.
The impregnated sheets can be packaged or used individually and packaged, but in order to preserve them hygienically and use them, one or several impregnated sheets are individually packaged and subjected to high-pressure sterilization. It is preferably a product.
[0012]
