従来、磁石の特性である磁気吸引力は、日常的に使用される磁石鋲、産業的に必要な磁気選別機、磁気吸着具などに利用されてきた。

この様に磁気吸引力は、その適用磁性体の吸着、保持、選別などの単独特定用途に主として活用されている。

本発明は、磁気吸引力の自在脱着性、可動性、非磁性透過性という特性を活用した新たな磁気結合組合構成手段を提供するものである。
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明における磁気結合構成手段は、環状磁石、磁性曲面体、磁性要素の適当な組合構成から成る。

本発明の構成手段において両面着磁した環状磁石は、平面上だけでなく内径より大きい適当な磁性曲面体、特に、球体の曲面上でも、その環内で密接吸着して安定着座し、同時に、円滑に相対可動的に保持される。

環状磁石は所要数の適当な大小内径寸法のものを使用することがき、必要ならば、その片面で球体と接着などにより、一体化してもよい。磁性要素は種々の形状、寸法、厚みのものを、非磁性体の所要部分に配置設定するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
図1において、Rは適当な外径D1,内径d1、高さHの環状磁石である。ここで環状磁石Rの片面に(または両面に)テーパ孔Tを形成してもよい。

図2と図3において、B1は直径D2,B2は直径d2の鋼球である。ここでD2>d2>d1とする。

図4と図5において、1は非磁性平面体である木製/合成樹脂成型フレーム、2はフレーム1の背面に接着配設した磁性要素である適当寸法のスチール板である。

図6に示すように、磁気結合構成手段(R×2、B2、2×2、)により2枚のフレーム1、1は、鋼球B2を回転軸として適度の傾斜角で相互に起立保持され、自在傾斜フレーム/構成体Aとして安定に構成できる。

図7に示すように、構成手段(R×3、B1,B2、2×2)を使用して、表示カード3とスチール板2を付着した平面坂1を収容する非磁性カードケース4を、環状磁石Rとスチール板2との間の透過磁力により間接吸引保持させながら、所望の傾斜度で、関節状屈曲結合体(B2、R、B1、R、2)の上端B2曲面上に保持させ、スチール板2を付設した平面板1を支持台とする自在屈曲表示台/構成体Bを簡易に創作することができる。

図8に示すように、構成手段(R、B1,2)を使用して、スチール板2を取(3)り付けた平面板1を支持台として、環状磁石Rをスチール板2に直接吸着させ、その上面テーパー孔Tに落入密接するようなプラスチックボールとか地球体(非磁性中空球体)5を、その内部に封入した球体B1と環状磁石Rとの間の透過磁力により間接吸引保持させて、全方向回転可能な自在着脱地球儀/構成体Cを容易に組立てることができる。

本発明は、上述のとおり構成されているから、次のような効果が得られる。

請求項1の磁気結合構成手段において環状磁石、磁性曲面体、および磁性要素を各々R、B、E要素として略示すると、2要素磁気結合RR RB RE、3要素結合RBR RER BRE、4要素結合RBRB..その他の種々の組合構成が可能であり、同時に磁力のもつ透過、脱着、保持、可動、可変特性を活用した新規な効果的構成が得られる。本発明が図示の実施構成例に限定されることなく、多様な変形構成が可能なことは勿論である。

請求項2による組合構成品は、図示の構成体A、B、Cに限定されることなく、多様な複数要素結合により新規な効果的機能的構成体を簡易に創出できる。
