Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an individual music selection book system that makes it possible to read music information stored on an individual music selection book server through a mobile communication terminal, and the individual music selection book server. <P>SOLUTION: When electronic mail is sent to a specified mail address (S1), the individual music selection book server obtains a mail address of the sender from the received electronic mail, ciphers the mail address and a timer variation by a known MD5 function to generate a user key, and e-mails the user key to the mail address (S2). Further, it is made possible to store music selection information on Karaoke in an individual music selection book table 281a while making it correspond to the user key. With the user key, an individual's WEB page is opened (S4), selection or all-song retrieval from newly-released song information is performed (S5), and registration of a favorite song is instructed (S7) to register the song in the individual music selection book table 281a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、音楽再生装置で再生される楽曲の選曲のための曲情報を個別に記憶した個人用選曲本データベースを携帯通信端末で閲覧可能とする個人用選曲本システム及び個人用選曲本サーバに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、カラオケ再生装置を利用する際には、利用者は、曲名とその曲に対応する数字、アルファベットなどからなる選曲番号を記載した冊子（俗に言う選曲本）から演奏する曲の曲名を探し出し、これに対応する選曲番号を選曲装置に入力して演奏曲を選択していた。また、カラオケ店には携帯電話やＰＤＡ等のパーソナル携帯情報端末の所持率の高い顧客が数多く来店することに着目し、携帯電話などパーソナル携帯情報端末をカラオケ再生装置の選曲用のツールとして用いる提案がなされている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。さらに、携帯電話とインターネットを用いて選曲を行う提案もなされている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。さらに、サービス毎に特定のアドレスを割り振って、前記サービスのデータベースを有するサーバを設けて、ユーザが当該特定のアドレスにメールを送ることによって、そのサーバがそのアドレスに対応した情報を取り出してユーザに返信するサービス提供方法も知られている（例えば、特許文献３参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、電話回線などの通信手段を介して楽曲データを配信する方式の、いわゆる通信カラオケ機器が一般的となった昨今、その収容曲は数万曲を数えるまでになっており、前記選曲本に収録される情報量は膨大なものとなっている。このような現状では選曲本を使用した選曲方式では、利用者は膨大な情報の中から目的の曲を探し出すことが必要となり、非常に不便であるという問題点があった。

また、前述の特許文献１及び特許文献２に記載の発明では、携帯端末において、インターネット網上に設置されている楽曲サーバーより曲情報を取得し、端末の表示装置に表示して、利用者が選択した曲の番号を利用者が使用するカラオケ機種メーカーの曲番号に変換してＩｒＤＡから制御コマンドを送るものであるが、この方式では、自分の好みの楽曲の曲情報を予め登録しておくことができないという問題点があった。また、特許文献３に記載に記載の発明では、サービス提供者側が予め登録した情報しか提供を受けることができず、自分の好みの楽曲の曲情報を予め登録しておいて、自分専用の選曲本のサービスの提供を受けることができないという問題点があった。

本発明は、上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、携帯通信端末で、個人用選曲本サーバに記憶された曲情報を閲覧可能とする個人用選曲本システム及び個人用選曲本サーバを実現することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために、請求項１に係る発明の個人用選曲本システムは、携帯通信端末と個人用選曲本サーバとを通信ネットワークを介して接続し、前記個人用選曲本サーバに記憶された音楽再生装置で再生される楽曲の曲情報を前記携帯通信端末で閲覧可能とする個人用選曲本システムであって、前記個人用選曲本サーバは、前記携帯通信端末から送信された電子メールを受信するサーバ側電子メール受信手段と、前記サーバ側電子メール受信手段が受信した電子メールの発信元情報に基づいて、前記ＷＥＢページを示す固有アドレスを作成する固有アドレス作成手段と、前記固有アドレスに対応して前記曲情報を個別に記憶した個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段と、前記固有アドレス作成手段が作成した前記固有アドレスを含む電子メールを作成するサーバ側電子メール作成手段と、当該サーバ側電子メール作成手段が作成した電子メールを前記携帯通信端末に送信するサーバ側電子メール送信手段とを備え、前記携帯通信端末は、電子メールやＷＥＢページを表示する表示手段と、電子メールを作成する端末側電子メール作成手段と、当該端末側電子メール作成手段が作成した電子メールを送信する端末側電子メール送信手段と、電子メールを受信する端末側電子メール受信手段と、前記端末側電子メール受信手段が受信した電子メールにより通知された固有アドレスに基づいて前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶された曲情報をＷＥＢページとして前記表示手段に表示する閲覧手段とを備えている。

この構成の個人用選曲本システムでは、携帯通信端末の端末側電子メール作成手段により電子メールを作成して、端末側電子メール送信手段で電子メールを送信すると、個人用選曲本サーバのサーバ側電子メール受信手段が電子メールを受信し、固有アドレス作成手段は、サーバ側電子メール受信手段が受信した電子メールの発信元情報に基づいて、ＷＥＢページを示す固有アドレスを作成する。個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段には、固有アドレスに対応して個別に記憶しており、サーバ側電子メール作成手段は、固有アドレス作成手段が作成した固有アドレスを含む電子メールを作成し、サーバ側電子メール送信手段はサーバ側電子メール作成手段が作成した電子メールを携帯通信端末に送信する。携帯通信端末の端末側電子メール受信手段は電子メールを受信し、表示手段は電子メールやＷＥＢページを表示し、閲覧手段は、受信した電子メールにより通知された固有アドレスに基づいて、個人用選曲本データベースに記憶された曲情報をＷＥＢページとして表示手段に表示する。

この構成の個人用選曲本システムでは、請求項１に記載の発明の作用に加えて、個人用選曲本サーバの識別情報取得手段は、携帯通信端末が通信ネットワークを介して接続した場合に、携帯通信端末から携帯通信端末を識別する固有の識別情報を取得し、識別情報記憶手段は、識別情報取得手段が取得した固有の識別情報を固有アドレスに対応させて記憶する。識別情報ＷＥＢページ作成手段は、識別情報記憶手段に記憶された固有の識別情報を備えた携帯通信端末が通信ネットワークを介して接続した場合に、固有の識別情報を取得して、個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶した曲情報をＷＥＢページとして表示するデータを作成する。

また、請求項４に係る発明の個人用選曲本システムは、請求項１乃至３の何れかに記載の発明の構成に加えて、前記個人用選曲本サーバは、前記楽曲の少なくとも曲名と、歌手名と、当該楽曲の選曲データとを対応させて記憶した全曲データベース記憶手段と、当該全曲データベース記憶手段から、前記曲名又は歌手名に基づいて、前記楽曲を検索する全曲検索手段と、当該全曲検索手段の検索結果をＷＥＢページとして表示させる全曲検索結果表示手段と、当該ＷＥＢページに表示された全曲検索手段の検索結果から、前記携帯通信端末側から指定された楽曲の少なくとも選曲データを含む曲情報を前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる全曲検索結果記憶制御手段とを備えている。

この構成の個人用選曲本システムでは、請求項１乃至３の何れかに記載の発明の作用に加えて、個人用選曲本サーバの全曲データベース記憶手段には、楽曲の少なくとも曲名と、歌手名と、当該選曲データとを対応させて記憶し、全曲検索手段により当該全曲データベース記憶手段から曲名又は歌手名に基づいて楽曲を検索すると、全曲検索結果表示手段が全曲検索手段の検索結果をＷＥＢページとして表示させる。全曲検索結果記憶制御手段は、ＷＥＢページに表示された全曲検索手段の検索結果から、携帯通信端末側から指定された楽曲の少なくとも選曲データを含む曲情報を個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる。

また、請求項５に係る発明の個人用選曲本システムは、請求項１乃至４の何れかに記載の発明の構成に加えて、前記個人用選曲本サーバは、所定期間内に前記音楽再生装置に新規に登録された楽曲の曲名と、歌手名と、当該楽曲の選曲データとを対応させて記憶した新曲データベース記憶手段と、当該新曲データベース記憶手段から、前記携帯通信端末から指定された期間に前記音楽再生装置に登録された楽曲を検索する新曲検索手段と、当該新曲検索手段の検索結果を前記ＷＥＢページとして表示させる新曲検索結果表示手段と、当該ＷＥＢページに表示された新曲検索手段の検索結果から、前記携帯通信端末側から指定された楽曲の少なくとも選曲データを含む曲情報を前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる新曲検索結果記憶制御手段とを備えている。

この構成の個人用選曲本システムでは、請求項１乃至４の何れかに記載の発明の作用に加えて、個人用選曲本サーバの新曲データベースには、所定期間内に前記音楽再生装置に新規に登録された楽曲の曲名と、歌手名と、当該選曲データとが対応されて記憶され、新曲検索手段は、携帯通信端末から指定された期間に音楽再生装置に登録された楽曲を検索する。新曲検索結果表示手段は、新曲検索手段の検索結果をＷＥＢページとして表示させ、新曲検索結果記憶制御手段は、ＷＥＢページに表示された新曲検索手段の検索結果から、携帯通信端末側から指定された楽曲の少なくとも選曲データを含む曲情報を個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる。

また、請求項１０に係る発明の個人用選曲本システムは、請求項１乃至９の何れかに記載の発明の構成に加えて、前記個人用選曲本サーバは、前記固有アドレスに対応して設けられ、第２のメールアドレスを入力するメールアドレス入力画面ＷＥＢページを表示するためのＷＥＢページデータを記憶するＷＥＢページデータ記憶手段と、前記メールアドレス入力画面ＷＥＢページにおいて、前記携帯通信端末側から入力された第２のメールアドレスに基づいて、当該第２のメールアドレスに固有の前記曲情報を表示するＷＥＢページを示す第２の固有アドレスを作成する第２の固有アドレス作成手段と、前記固有アドレスに対応して前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶された前記曲情報を複製して、前記第２の固有アドレスに対応して前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させるデータ複製記憶手段とを備え、前記サーバ側電子メール作成手段は、前記第２の固有アドレス作成手段が作成した前記第２の固有アドレスを含む電子メールを作成し、前記サーバ側電子メール送信手段は、前記サーバ側電子メール作成手段が作成した電子メールを前記第２のメールアドレスの携帯通信端末に送信することを特徴とする構成となっている。

この構成の個人用選曲本システムは、請求項１乃至９の何れかに記載の発明の作用に加えて、個人用選曲本サーバのＷＥＢページデータには、固有アドレスに対応して設けられ、第２のメールアドレスを入力するメールアドレス入力画面ＷＥＢページを表示するためデータが記憶され、第２の固有アドレス作成手段は、メールアドレス入力画面ＷＥＢページにおいて、携帯通信端末側から入力された第２のメールアドレスに基づいて、第２のメールアドレスに固有の前記選曲情報を表示するＷＥＢページを示す第２の固有アドレスを作成する。データ複製記憶手段は、固有アドレスに対応して前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶された選曲情報を複製して、第２の固有アドレスに対応して個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる。サーバ側電子メール作成手段は、第２の固有アドレス作成手段が作成した第２の固有アドレスを含む電子メールを作成し、サーバ側電子メール送信手段は、サーバ側電子メール作成手段が作成した電子メールを第２のメールアドレスの携帯通信端末に送信する。

また、請求項１５に係る発明の個人用選曲本サーバは、請求項１２乃至１４の何れかに記載の発明の構成に加えて、前記楽曲の少なくとも曲名と、歌手名と、当該楽曲の選曲データとを対応させて記憶した全曲データベース記憶手段と、当該全曲データベース記憶手段から、前記曲名又は歌手名に基づいて、前記楽曲を検索する全曲検索手段と、当該全曲検索手段の検索結果をＷＥＢページとして表示させる全曲検索結果表示手段と、当該ＷＥＢページに表示された全曲検索手段の検索結果から、前記携帯通信端末側から指定された楽曲の少なくとも選曲データを含む曲情報を前記個人用選曲本データベース記憶手段に記憶させる全曲検索結果記憶制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする構成となっている。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。まず、図１を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態の個人用選曲本システムのネットワーク機器構成について説明する。図１は、個人用選曲本システムのネットワーク機器構成を示す図である。

図１に示すように、個人用選曲本システム１は、電子メール作成機能、電子メールの送受信機能及びブラウザ機能を備えた携帯通信端末としての複数台の携帯電話２が基地局５とパケット通信網４で結ばれて、メールの送受信やＷＥＢページの閲覧等が可能となっている。尚、携帯電話２は、基地局５とは、通常の音声通信用のデジタル通信網により結ばれて音声通信も可能となっている。また、複数の基地局５は、全国各地に配置されており、通信センター６と専用回線７で結ばれている。通信センター６は、インターネット８により、個人用選曲本サーバ９に接続されている。従って、各携帯電話２は、個人用選曲本サーバ９との間で、電子メールの送受信及び個人用選曲本サーバ９に記憶されているＷＥＢページの閲覧等が可能となっており、パケット通信網４やインターネット８等により通信ネットワークが構成されている。

この構成の個人用選曲本システム１では、個人用選曲本サーバ９に個人毎のＷＥＢページを設けて、そのＷＥＢページに予め当該個人が登録した楽曲の選曲データとしての選曲番号と歌手名と曲名とを表示できるようにして、携帯電話２から自分のＷＥＢページを閲覧して、音楽再生装置としての通信カラオケ再生装置１１が設けられたカラオケボックス１０等で、選曲本を見なくても携帯電話２で容易に自分の得意な曲を通信カラオケ再生装置１１で再生させるための選曲番号を知ることができるようにしたものである。また、この個人用選曲本システム１の利用開始時には、電子メールを所定のアドレスに送信するだけで容易にサービスの提供を受けられるようにしたものである。尚、カラオケボックス１０の通信カラオケ装置１１は、この個人用選曲本システム１とは、別のネットワークを介してホスト（図示せず）と接続されている。

次に、図４を参照して、携帯電話２の回路の構成を説明する。図４は、携帯電話２の回路のブロック図である。図４に示すように、携帯電話２には、マイク２ｇからの音声信号の増幅及びスピーカ２ｈから出力する音声の増幅等を行うアナログフロントエンド２ｒと、アナログフロントエンド２ｒで増幅された音声信号のデジタル信号化及びモデム２ｐから受け取ったデジタル信号をアナログフロントエンド２ｒで増幅できるようにアナログ信号化する音声コーディック部２ｑと、変復調を行うモデム部２ｐと、アンテナ２ｆから受信した電波の増幅及び検波を行い、また、キャリア信号をモデム２ｐから受け取った信号により変調し、増幅する送受信部２ｏが設けられている。また、携帯電話２には、携帯電話２全体の制御を行う制御部２ｋが設けられ、制御部２ｋには、ＣＰＵ２ｋ１と、データを一時的に記憶するＲＡＭ２ｋ２と、時計機能部２ｋ３とが内蔵されている。さらに、制御部２ｋには、制御部２ｋのＣＰＵ２ｋ１で実行される電子メール作成機能、電子メール送信機能、ＷＥＢページを閲覧するブラウザ機能等を実現する各種のプログラムを記憶したＲＯＭ２ｍと、文字等を入力するキー入力部２ｔと、表示装置２ａと、受信した電子メールやＷＥＢページのＵＲＬ等を記憶する不揮発メモリからなる記憶部２ｌと、着信音を発生するメロディ発生器２ｎが接続され、メロディ発生部２ｎには、メロディ発生器２ｎで発生した着信音を発声するスピーカ２ｓが接続されている。

個人用選曲本サーバ９では、図１２に示すように、会員登録用のアドレスに電子メールを受信すると（Ｓ２１：ＹＥＳ）（このＳ２１の処理がサーバ側電子メール受信手段に相当する）、当該受信した電子メールから発信元情報としての発信者のメールアドレス（発信元メールアドレス）を取得する（Ｓ２２）。尚、このＳ２２の処理が発信元情報取得手段に相当する。次いで、この取得したメールアドレスとそのメールを受信した時刻（１９７０年１月１日からのうるう秒を除いた現在の秒数）（以下、「時刻変数」という。）をプログラムのｔｉｍｅ関数で取得して、そのメールアドレスと時刻変数を周知のＭＤ５関数により暗号化して固有アドレス情報としてのユーザーキーを生成する（Ｓ２３）。尚、このＳ２３の処理が固有アドレス作成手段に相当する。具体的には、前記メールアドレスと時刻変数とを連結して、ＭＤ５関数の引数にその連結した値を入力すると、１６進数の形でユーザーキーが生成される。例えば、「９ａ４ｃ４ｅａ４ａ４０８ｃ８７１６４１６８５ｅｃ９ｅｅ８２９ｃ５」や「４４１ｃｄ０ｃ６ａｅｆｃａ４ｆｂ６ｃ９４４ａｂ４７ｂ９９ｄａａｌ」等のユーザーキーが生成される。この時、このようにメールアドレスと時刻変数とに基づいてユーザーキーを生成するので、同じユーザーキーが生成されることはない。この生成されたユーザーキーから構成された「ｈｔｔｐ：／／ｊｏｙｓｏｎｇ．ｎｅｔ／ｍｙｐａｇｅ／ｉｎｄｅｘ．ｃｇｉ？ｉｄ＝ユーザーキー」をＵＲＬ（ＷＥＢページのアドレス）として、そのメールアドレス特有のＷＥＢページを個人用選曲本テーブル記憶エリア２８１に設定して表示できるようにする。例えば、ＵＲＬの一例としては、「ｈｔｔｐ：／／ｊｏｙｓｏｎｇ．ｎｅｔ／ｍｙｐａｇｅ／ｉｎｄｅｘ．ｃｇｉ？ｉｄ＝９ａ４ｃ４ｅａ４ａ４０８ｃ８７２ｒ６５ｆ４ｄ６ｅ３」となる。このように、本実施の形態では、メールアドレスと時刻変数に基づいてＭＤ５関数を用いて暗号化したユーザーキーによりＷＥＢページのＵＲＬを設定しているので、メールアドレス等からＵＲＬを連想（想到）することは困難となり、ＷＥＢページのＵＲＬの秘密性が高い。従って、他人から個人用選曲本テーブル記憶エリア２８１に記憶されたＷＥＢページを閲覧される恐れが少ない。

以上説明したように、本実施の形態の個人用選曲本システム１では、個人用選曲本サーバ９に個人用選曲本としてカラオケ曲の選曲番号、曲名、歌手名等を登録する場合に、予め決められた所定のメールアドレスに電子メールを送るだけで個人用のＷＥＢアドレスであるＵＲＬがＭＤ５関数により発行され、通知される。従って、本実施の形態の個人用選曲本システム１では、会員登録時の会員特定情報としてメールアドレスを用い、このメールアドレスにより一元的に決定できる情報を用いて、該当するサービスに使用する個人用アドレス（ＵＲＬ）若しくは、それに付随するユーザーキー情報を決定することにより、会員を特定し、気に入った曲などの登録された個人情報の利用が容易にできる。従って、分厚い選曲本をめくらなくても自分の歌いたい曲の通信カラオケ再生装置１１での選曲番号を自分の携帯電話２で容易に知ることができる。また、新規な曲情報の登録も極めて容易にできる。さらに、個人用選曲本の登録内容の表示画面や得意曲の表示画面を携帯電話２に画面登録して於けば、電話の入らない地下や窓のないカラオケボックス１０の部屋でも、分厚い選曲本をめくらなくても自分の歌いたい曲の選曲番号を自分の携帯電話２で容易に知ることができる。また、自分の登録した曲情報を友人に紹介機能で知らせることもでき、この紹介機能を使えば、携帯電話２を別の回線会社（キャリア）の携帯電話２に変更した場合に、メールアドレスが変わってしまっても、新しい携帯電話２のメールアドレスを紹介機能で登録して於けば、自分が前の携帯電話２で登録した個人用選曲本と同じ内容を参照することができる。
