本発明は、クライアントがインターネットを介してサーバーに設けてある美術品を展示しているホームページをパーソナルコンピュータでアクセスして展示品の鑑賞と購入ができるように準備された現代美術品や、古美術品・書画骨董品等の販売促進を行うバーチャル美術館経営システムに関する。

従来より古美術・現代美術をとわず美術品・書画・骨董を商っている企業も商店もインターネットに接続されたサーバーに設けた企業・商店別のホームページを活用されている。該美術品・書画・骨董をPRするには、それなりの拡大鑑賞機能を有するシステム等によって品定めが必要となる。クライアントの品定めの不満と、信用確認の取れないクライアントに高額商品の販売問題で折角の機会を失っている。

上記記載のインターネットに接続した各システムを設けたサーバーにおいては次の課題がある。サイバー展示館システムでは、取扱い商品が多岐に渡り、大量販売であるので物品を鑑賞して品定めをする一品販売には適さない。また、美術品流通促進システムでは、美術業者間の美術品取引システムであるので、美術愛好家が関心があっても業者でなければ美術流通促進システムへ係わることはできない。また、作品展示システムでは、アーティストの育成が主な目的であって作品展示システムと美術愛好家の係わりは、作品展示システムへの美術愛好家のインターネットのアクセスを待つ自然の成り行きに任せてある。サイバー展示館システムと、作品展示システム等では、無制限なアクセスができる。参加人員を増大できることはビジネス成功の鍵であるが無制限のアクセスは、サイバー展示館及び作品展示システムを利用したい者に取っては回線の混雑で利用の妨げとなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、以上のような従来の欠点に鑑み、バーチャル美術館経営システムを運営する経営者に取っては会員制を設けて回線の混雑を防止すること、バーチャル美術館経営システムを利用する会員のステータスを上げること、また、バーチャル美術館経営システムの特徴を生かして画面遷移を用いて魅力ある臨場感あふれるバーチャルな造形美を設けること、拡大鑑賞機能を設けて正確に納得の行く充分な展示品の品定めができること、心地よく鑑賞できる情報提供の場を設けること、バーチャル美術館経営システムに出展された展示品の著作権を保護するために複写防止機能が設けられること、バーチャル美術館経営システムに展示された彫刻と、陶芸と、絵画と、写真と、出版物等の現代美術品や、古美術品・骨董品等の物件を会員が購入を希望すれば、該物件の取引は確実に行えること、会員が絵画を選択するとき自在に額縁の入れ替えができること、バーチャル美術館経営システムの美術品出展者として認定された登録美術品出展者は、出展する美術品物件の情報をインターネツトを介して該美術館へ送信することができること、また、バーチャル美術館経営システムのPRのために常設美術館を開放して、非会員と、非契約出展者に見学の機会を設けること、また、会員獲得と、契約出展者の拡大促進を図ってビジネスとして有益な経営を行うバーチャル美術館経営システムを提供することを目的としている。
