本発明は、特にデパートや、宅配業者等の荷物配送を専門とする業種において、荷物を所定の配送先に対して配送する際に使用される、届先住所等の記載がされる配送伝票及びその配送システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、配送においては郵便の他に宅配サービスが盛んになってきており、ダンボール箱状、書籍、封書状のものまで様々な荷物が配送サービスの対象となっている。このような業界では確実に大量の配送が達成されるように、一般に配送伝票を使用している。依頼の荷物に受領伝票等を含む配送伝票を添付して行われ、配送伝票に記載された内容に基づいて集配作業が行われる。

配送の流れは一般的に以下のようである。配送依頼人が届け先や発送元等を配送伝票に記入する。配送伝票には未使用の状態から伝票毎に固有の伝票番号およびその番号を表すバーコードが印刷されている。取り次ぎ店ではその伝票番号とバーコードの表示された配送伝票を荷物に貼り付けている。次に、取り次ぎ店から集められた荷物は、配送センターに送られ、その配送伝票の内容をキーボード等でコンピューターに入力して処理し、伝票番号をキーに荷物に関する情報をホストコンピュータに記憶させるわけである。後工程では荷物に貼り付けられた伝票上のバーコードをスキャナーで読み取りコンピューターのデータと照合しながら荷物の入出荷、仕分け、商品管理を行っている。特に取り扱い個数が膨大な分野だけに、受け取りの確認、記録のため、配送人が受領印を捺印した受領票を持ち帰り、後々の問い合わせに対応できるような管理体制を構築している。これらの種々の過程において効率化が望まれていると共に、これらに適した配送伝票システムの出現が望まれている。

これらの配送伝票は、荷物配送の依頼主、届先、集荷情報、配送経路、到着時刻、受け渡し、受け取り確認のための受領票等の各配送情報を記載、書き込み等するためのシート及び各過程での作業の確認に使用するためのシート等の複数のシートからなる。通常は上質紙、合成紙等にフォーム印刷機により帳票印刷、裏カーボン、ノーカーボン等の複写機能の印刷や、ミシン目、パンチ穴加工を行い、帳合、糊付け、貼り込み、切り離し機等で一通の配送伝票に加工する。

各過程に必要な配送情報を記載したシートが折り重なることによって帳票状にまとめられている。この配送伝票の表から依頼人が配送先等をボールペン等で印字すると下層のシートにも配送先が一括して記入複写されるよう、感圧複写紙を利用した構成の配送伝票が殆どである。複写方式ではなく個別に切り離されて別体として記入する配送伝票も使用される。そして、配送情報を記入した配送伝票が配送荷物に貼付して配送される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
荷物の受け取りの確認として、配送伝票の一部である受領票上に判子や手書きのサイン等を届先の荷物を受取る届先人からもらい、配送人が持ちかえり、まとめて保管することが従来から行われてきた。これは、配送依頼主からの配送完了等の問い合わせ等に答える必要があるので、受領印捺印又はサインがなされた受領票の原本又はマイクロフィルム化された原本を整理保存する作業として行われてきている。これらのデータは将来、問題が起きる起きないに関わらず作業の完結として記録保存する必要があり、基本的には伝票全量を処理しなければならない。ところが、これらの情報は目視情報であるため、確認のため目的の原本等を探査する等の事務処理に人手がかかるため煩雑であった。場合によっては当該荷物と配送経路等を記入した配送途中の伝票との照合をも行わなければならない。このような多量の受領票のデータ入力、保管、管理、それらの探査や照合の作業の効率化を図ることを本発明の目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る配送伝票は、配送物における配送依頼主、届先を含む配送情報等を表示し、ICを備える配送伝票であって、荷物の受領の確認用に届先人特定情報電子データとして届先情報処理手段にて読み取り、配送伝票中のICに記憶し、ICに記憶した少なくとも届先人特定情報電子データを配送業務終了後ホストコンピュータに出力する。
届先人特定情報電子データが、少なくとも人に固有な身体的特徴を届先情報処理手段にて読み取った実質的な届先人身体的特徴情報を含むものであっても良い。
人に固有な身体的特徴を受領票に転写しその転写情報及び受領票を合わせて届先情報処理手段にて読み取って届先人特定情報電子データとしてICに記憶しても良い。
前記届先人特定情報電子データが受領票のデータと届先人身体的特徴情報に関するデータの少なくとも二データを含んでICに記憶されても良い。
前記実質的な届先人身体的特徴情報が、指紋、顔部特徴、網膜パターン、声紋、サインおよび手の甲の静脈血管形状の中から選択される少なくとも一つであっても良い。
配送伝票の備えるICがIC部に含まれ、IC部が脱着可能に配送伝票に取り付けられており、ICに記憶された届先人特定情報電子データをホストコンピュータに出力した後、再度利用され得るIC部であっても良い。
本発明に係る配送システムは、配送受託の際、配送物の配送依頼主、届先を含む配送情報を表示し、ICを有する配送伝票、配送情報の中の少なくとも配送管理用情報をホストコンピュータに入力し、荷受け日時情報とともに記憶させる荷受情報処理手段、配送届け先において、受領の確認用に届先人特定情報電子データを読み取り、ICに記憶させる届先情報処理手段、該ICに記憶された少なくとも先人特定情報電子データをホストコンピュータに入力し、配送日付データと共に配送完了情報として記憶させる配送完了情報処理手段、を備える。

【発明の実施の形態】
一般に、配送業者は配送の依頼主から配送物を預かり、配送を依頼されると、配送伝票を起こす。荷物配送の依頼主、配送先、集荷情報、配送経路、到着時刻、受け渡し、受け取り確認等の配送情報を管理するため一般に伝票番号付き配送伝票を使用する。配送伝票に記載された内容に基づいて集配作業が行われる。発送依頼主が届先や発送元等を配送伝票に記入し、取り次ぎ店にて配送伝票を荷物に貼り付けている。配送業者は、届先の届先人に配送物を届けた後、受領票を持ち帰る。本発明はICチップを含むIC部が配送荷物と伝票と共に動き、少なくとも電子データとして入力された受領確認をIC部に記憶させて配送業者が持ち帰る。受領確認の他に伝票番号、荷物配送の依頼主、配送先、集荷情報、配送経路、到着時刻、受け渡し等の情報が入力されても良い。

ICはIC部に内蔵されており、IC部はいわゆるRFIDタグ(radiofrequency identification)無線自動識別タグを使用することが好ましい。いわゆる接触式のICカード、タグ類も使用は可能ではあるが、各工程においてデータのやり取りが各端末機器と必要になるので、接触式の場合は取扱が非常にわずらわしくなる。RFIDを使用すると、このIC部2は後述の各端末機器と無線にてデータ入出力ができる。RFIDは、主要素子としてICチップ、アンテナを含むモジュールからなり、無線で外部の端末機器と交信することにより、非接触方式で情報を読み出し、書き込みできる無線情報記憶媒体である。RFIDの持つ機能、特性としては複数のRFIDに対して読み書き操作を行えるいマルチ読み込み機能、非接触自動認識機能、移動物に貼付け状態においても認識可能な機能、書き換え可能(繰り返し使用可能)な機能、電池レス、耐環境性(モールド処理、チップの破損を防御のための補強処理)、高セキュリティ(プロトコル採用)性等が挙げられる。このような機能を利用して、自動識別・自動化書き込み、自動振り分け等に使用することができる。必ずしも全ての機能、特性を有する必要はなく、必要に応じて選択して各機能、特性を有していれば良い。結局、最低限としてはICのメモリ機能があればよい。

届先人特定情報電子データを配送業務終了後ホストコンピュータに出力する際には、IC部を受領票から分離せず、受領票を多量に例えばコンベアー状のトンネル型リーダ機に掛けることが高速大量処理の上で好ましい。この場合は、IC部は伝票識別情報(伝票番号)を記憶していることが必要になる。このようにホストコンピューターへのデータの転送は持ち帰って一括処理する方が効率的であり、持ち帰った受領票と相互の検索も可能である。勿論、インターネット等の通信システムを利用して配送業務が終了した配送現場からホストコンピューターへのデータの転送をおこなうことも可能である。この場合は、配送終了直後より配送依頼主等からの状況照会に迅速に対応できるので好ましい。

人に固有な身体的特徴を届先情報処理手段の有する読み取り機能にて読み取る。この届先人身体的特徴として、届先人の本人の確認保証の上で万人不動な個人の体の特徴を利用するバイオメトリックスが有効であり、指紋、眼や手の甲の血管パターン、目の網膜パターン、声紋、人相等があるが、指紋照合が採取等が手軽なため好ましい。

例えば指紋スキャナーとしては多数のコンデンサーを使った静電容量方式の原理により、指紋の凹凸に応じて異なる電気量を測定する方式等がある。

【実施例】
本発明の配送伝票およびそれを使用した配送システムの一例を図を参照しつつ説明する。図1は本発明の配送伝票の一例の構成図である。配送伝票1は取り外し可能なIC部2を有している。IC部2はこの例ではいわゆるRFIDタグを使用する。伝票識別情11Vは伝票番号およびその伝票番号を表すバーコードの目視情報である。これらの番号、バーコードはあらかじめ一セットの伝票毎に異なる番号が印刷される。この番号は配送依頼主が配送業者に配送状況等を問い合わせる際の問い合わせ番号としても使用されるので、伝票識別情報と呼ぶ。配送依頼主の住所、氏名又は団体名、電話番号等を情報を含む配送依頼主の情報12Vはボールペンにより住所、電話番号等の各欄を埋める形で記入される。勿論、印刷やプリンター等によってこれらの情報を表示することもある。この例では普通に使用される感圧複写紙を利用した複数枚数構成の配送伝票であるので、各シートに情報が複写される。この各シートの構成を図2に示した。図2は本発明の配送伝票の一例の各シート毎の構成図を示す図である。図2に示すように、表側から、配送依頼主控えシート1a、取扱店控えシート1b、売上票シート1c、届先控えシート1d、荷物貼付票シート1e、受領票シート1fから構成される。受領票シート1fの受領印欄等の各欄は配送伝票作成時に予め印刷されている。また受領票シート1fにはIC部2が取り付けられている。具体的には受領票シート1fにポケット部を設け、そこに収容される。これらの各シートが重ねられて一セットになり端部を接着して、ばらばらにならないようにされている。

取り扱い店での荷受け時、▲1▼の工程において記入の終了した配送伝票に対して荷受情報処理手段である荷受け端末機器3aを使用し、配送伝票上の伝票識別情報11V中のバーコード情報を読み取り、受領票シートに貼付しているIC部2に電波により情報を書き込む。このとき荷受け端末機器3aはいわゆるRFIDのリーダ/ライタ機能、バーコード読み取り機能、ホストコンピュータとの通信機能を有するものである。荷受け端末機器3aはあらかじめ取扱店情報や日時情報を有しているので、これらの情報と伝票識別情報を組み合わせてそれぞれ電子情報の形でIC部2及びホストコンピュータ4に伝票識別情報(伝票番号)21D、取扱店情報(取扱店番号)22D、荷受け日時情報(年月日時)23Dを伝送し、それぞれにおいて記憶させる。この情報の流れを矢印で表している。

配送荷物は集荷場、配送中継点、取り次ぎ店等の各通過点を経由しながら届先に向けて配送される。各通過点では、各々の通過点の配送通過点端末機器3bを使用し、配送伝票上の伝票識別情報11V中のバーコード情報を読み取る。この配送通過点端末機器3bはいわゆるRFIDのリーダ/ライタ機能、バーコード読み取り機能、ホストコンピュータとの通信機能を有するものである。配送通過点端末機器3bはあらかじめ通過点情報や日時情報を有しているので、これらの情報と伝票識別情報をそれぞれ電子情報の形で、伝票識別情報(伝票番号)21D、通過点情報(通過点番号)24D、通過日時情報(年月日時)25Dをホストコンピュータ4に伝送し、通過点情報(通過点番号)24D、通過日時情報(年月日時)25DをIC部2に伝送し、記憶させる。ホストコンピュータでは伝票識別情報21Dに基づいて、その配送伝票に対するデータとしてこれらを連結して蓄積記憶していくことになる。この情報の流れを矢印で表している。本図は一点の通過点を通過したときの状態を示している。実際はこのような配送通過点記録工程が何回かおこなわれることになる場合もある。
