【0065】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cooling storage for cooling a storage room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, refrigerators and refrigerators for this type of business, such as refrigerators and freezers, are installed in kitchens of restaurants, stores of supermarkets, and the like, and a refrigerant circuit is configured by a compressor, a condenser, a decompression device, a cooler, and the like. A cooling unit is provided, and cool air that has exchanged heat with a cooler is circulated into a storage room by a blower to cool and store food at a set temperature. In some cases, a cooling unit other than the cooler and the blower is separately provided, and the supply of the refrigerant to the cooler is controlled by an electromagnetic valve.
[0003]
Such control of the cooling storage is performed based on the temperature of the storage room by a control device conventionally constituted by a microcomputer. That is, an upper limit temperature and a lower limit temperature are set above and below the set temperature of the storage room, the compressor is operated when the temperature of the storage room rises to the upper limit temperature, and stopped when the temperature of the storage room falls to the lower limit temperature, so-called ON-OFF. The control is performed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2999424 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a temperature sensor (comprising a thermistor or the like) for detecting the temperature of the storage room fails and becomes inoperable, there is a problem that control of the compressor becomes infeasible.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional technical problem, and provides a cooling storage which can be operated even when a temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature in a storage room becomes impossible. With the goal.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cooling storage of the present invention is configured by cooling a storage room by a cooling unit, and includes storage room temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the storage room, temperature detected by the storage room temperature detecting means, and the storage room. And a control device for ON-OFF control of the cooling unit based on the set temperature of the cooling unit. When the storage room temperature detecting means is disabled, the control device determines the ON time and the OFF time of the cooling unit up to that time. On-off control of the cooling unit is performed based on the calculated average value.
[0008]
According to the present invention, in a cooling storage unit configured to cool a storage room by a cooling unit, a storage room temperature detecting unit that detects a temperature of the storage room, a temperature detected by the storage room temperature detecting unit, and setting of the storage room. And a control device for ON-OFF control of the cooling unit based on the temperature. When the storage room temperature detecting means is disabled, the control device calculates the ON time and OFF time of the cooling unit up to that time. Since the cooling unit is ON-OFF controlled with the average value of the above, if the storage room temperature detecting means becomes impossible, cooling is performed with the average value of the ON time and the OFF time reflecting the operation up to that time. The unit can be turned on and off.
[0009]
Thereby, even if the storage room temperature detecting means fails, the cooling operation of the cooling storage can be continued without any trouble.
[0010]
In the cooling storage according to the second aspect of the present invention, the control device excludes the ON time and the OFF time at the time of pull-down of the cooling unit and immediately thereafter from the calculation of the average value.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above, the control device excludes the ON time and the OFF time at the time of pulling down the cooling unit and immediately thereafter from the calculation of the average value. The cooling unit can be more accurately ON-OFF controlled with the average value of the ON time and the OFF time more accurately reflected.
[0012]
In the cooling storage according to the third aspect of the present invention, in the above invention, when the storage room temperature detecting means is disabled from the time of power-on, the control unit controls the cooling unit in the default ON time and OFF time held in advance. ON-OFF control is performed.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned inventions, when the storage room temperature detecting means is not available from the time of power-on, the control unit controls the cooling unit with the default ON time and OFF time held in advance. Is ON-OFF controlled, it is possible to execute the cooling operation without any trouble even if the storage room temperature detecting means has failed from the beginning.
[0014]
A cooling storage according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is provided with a cooler temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature of a cooler of the cooling unit in each of the above inventions, and the control device starts defrosting the cooler at a predetermined cycle and performs cooling. When the temperature of the cooler detected by the cooler temperature detecting means has reached the predetermined defrosting end temperature, the defrosting of the cooler is terminated, and when the cooler temperature detecting means is disabled, the cooler is held in advance from the start of the defrosting. When the default defrost time elapses, the defrost of the cooler ends.
[0015]
According to the invention of
[0016]
Thus, even if the cooler temperature detecting means fails, the defrost control of the cooler can be executed without any trouble.

However, the invention is not limited thereto, and a compressor and a condenser are separately provided, and an electromagnetic valve (in that case, the electromagnetic valve serves as a refrigerant circulation control unit). The present invention is also effective for a so-called separately-installed cooling storage that controls the supply of the refrigerant to the cooler.
[0062]
Further, in the embodiment, the cooling control and the defrosting control are performed by performing communication between the main control device and the slave control device. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The above control may be executed by connecting a room temperature sensor, a cooler temperature sensor, and a relay.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
