【発明が解決しようとする課題】
プリンタ装置では用紙なしなどエラーが発生したときにその動作が停止してしまう。その場合に、エラーの内容を直ちにユーザに知らせることでプリンタ装置の停止している時間を減らすことができる。エラーの内容をユーザに知らせるにはブザーで通知することが一般的であるが、上述したように、迅速にエラーの内容をユーザに通知するために、音声合成によりエラーの内容を出力するプリンタがある。
