Abstract
Description
【0001】

この時、呼を設定するための手順はH.323や、SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)といったプロトコルを用いて行われる。

If there is, the incoming call operation is started immediately, and if the corresponding identification code does not exist in the telephone directory data, the incoming call operation is started after being delayed by a certain interval, so that the user can recognize it. Even when a call is made by a communication partner that is immediately disconnected after a call is made, the call is received, the call history is recorded, and the user is notified that a communication request has occurred. In the case of a call from a source of unsolicited communication that leaves only a call, the procedure for setting the call rejection to invalidate the incoming call is omitted, and the identification code of the caller who rejects the call is registered. It does not require a space to avoid incoming operation according to only leave such unsolicited communication received call history to the communication terminal, and further can provide an excellent communication terminal such, does not leave its history.
[0072]
In the first and second embodiments, the configuration of the terminal is exemplified by the Japanese digital cellular phone system (PDC system). However, by replacing the transmitting / receiving unit and the access control unit with those of the system, the IMT-type is realized. The present invention is applicable to general communication terminals such as a 2000-compatible terminal, a W-CDMA-compatible terminal, a fixed telephone, a VoIP terminal, a wireless LAN terminal, and a packet communication terminal.
[0073]
In the present embodiment, a telephone number is used as an identification code for identifying a communication terminal. However, any telephone code can be used as long as it can uniquely identify a communication terminal. For example, the MAC address, IP address, mail address, URL of the communication terminal An identification code such as an address, an address, a user's name, and a user's contractor's name may be used, or a combination of these may be used. In this case, an appropriate identification code is stored in the flash memory of the communication terminal. In VoIP, an IP address, a URL address, and the like are identification codes. At this time, the procedure for setting up the call is H.264. H.323 and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). For example, H. In H.323, the call setup signal in the sequence diagram shown in FIG. 4 and the like corresponds to a Setup message, and the disconnection signal corresponds to an EndSession message. Further, for example, in SIP, the call setting signal corresponds to INVITE, and the disconnection signal corresponds to CANCEL.
[0074]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a configuration is provided in which a predetermined interval is provided after a communication terminal receives a call setup signal, and a receiving operation is not performed when a disconnection signal is received during that interval. By doing so, it is possible to prevent nuisance calls from being received without using the memory of the communication terminal, and since it does not remain in the received call history, there is a great effect of preventing accidental calls to the source of nuisance calls. Can be
[0075]
Further, according to the present invention, the communication terminal searches whether or not the identification code of the caller exists in the communication partner database of the own terminal, and if it exists, performs the incoming call operation immediately. The interval is set, and if a disconnection signal is received during that time, the incoming call operation is not performed and the incoming call history is not left, so that the incoming call operation of the nuisance call can be prevented without using the memory of the communication terminal, There is a great effect that a call can be immediately received from a specific partner.
