声楽のための発声練習器具は特に存在しない。強いていえば、一般的に割り箸を奥歯に挟むといいと言われている。しかし、この方法は発声矯正方法の一部の効果しかない。また、使用するとき違和感がある。

声楽上、良い発声は口の中の奥、いわゆる口蓋を充分広げて、喉の奥で発声するのがよいとされている。しかしながら、良い発声をする人の口内を見ることは難しく、やり方を会得するのは時間がかかったり、会得し切れなかったりする。

本発明は、発声練習するときに口内の形状を矯正するのに、口内に入れて最適の形状を持った器具である。

【発明実施の形態】
本発明の練習器具は口内に入れて発声練習するもので、形状は奥歯に挟む部分と口蓋を広げる部分と一体化し、呼吸を維持するための空気口が開けられている。

【実施例】
図１は本発明の練習器具の外観図である。卵形胴体１に奥歯はさみ用腕木２が左右に出ている。大きさは人により多少変える必要があるが、一般的には、卵形胴体１の最大部直径は約２５ｍｍ、長さは約５０ｍｍ、左右に張り出している腕木の幅は約５５ｍｍ、厚さは約１０ｍｍが適当である。卵形胴体の長手方向に呼吸用空気口３があいている。この穴の直径は１０ｍｍ位が適当である。また万が一にこの器具を飲み込んだ場合の安全のため、腕木方向にも事故防止用空気口４を設ける。

実際に口に入れた時の口内の様子を示したのが、図２である。卵形胴体の直径が太い方を奥にして口内にいれ、左右に出ている腕木２を上奥歯４と下奥歯５で挟むようにくわえる。唇はやや閉じ気味に楕円状にして、この練習器具を口に含むようにする。この状態で、「あーー」の発声で音階を変えて行う。この器具を含んだ時は、実際は「あ」以外の発声は難しいが、「あーー」で発声練習をおこなえば、基本的な発声法が会得できる。

【発明の効果】
声楽上の正しい発声は、口蓋を出来るだけ広げて、のどの奥のほうで発声することが一般的である。本発明の器具を使えば、奥歯を腕木で挟むことにより、口蓋が広がり、さらに卵形胴体で喉を広げる効果を生み出す。また呼吸は呼吸用空気穴を通して、おこなう。これも発声時の鼻呼吸を防止し、呼吸の方法も矯正する効果がある。また、万が一この器具が喉につかえることがあっても安全である。この練習器具を使って発声練習を行えば、自然と口蓋が広がり、喉の奥で発声せざるをえない。この練習を続ければ、正しい発声のこつを会得し、この練習器具なしでも正しい発声が行えるようになる。
