Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system in which a system administrator employs a lecturer and provides an educational service by providing the teacher with the employed lecturer. The present invention relates to a lesson management system managed by an administrator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, providing language education services at language schools, providing education services at vocational schools that support the acquisition of specialized skills or professional qualifications, or providing educational services by sending study cram schools and home tutors Some educational service providers offer educational services by hiring multiple instructors and teaching them.
[0003]
Here, the "instructor" is a person who is in a position to give a class and teach knowledge and skills, while a person who is instructed by the instructor is called a "student". The “class” includes not only mere knowledge professions but also so-called “lessons” and other skills professions and guidance. The person who hires the instructor and manages the reward for the instructor will be referred to as the "employer."
[0004]
In providing such educational services, a classroom where the employer conducts classes is also provided, and in the case where the instructor conducts classes in the classroom, the employer confirms the usage of the classroom so that the employer can check the state of the class conducted by the instructor, That is, it is possible to confirm that the lecturer has conducted the lesson without fail.
[0005]
On the other hand, when a lecturer is dispatched and a class is conducted at the dispatched destination, the employer cannot directly grasp the state of the class conducted by the dispatched lecturer. The class implementation status is confirmed based on the class.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when checking the class implementation status based on the report submitted by the instructor, it is possible to create a report as if the instructor did the class even though the class was not implemented However, there was a problem that a false report could be submitted.
[0007]
In particular, if the instructor is employed part-time and the instructor is paid on a commission basis, the incentive may be paid based on a false report, and the employer may be required to pay Risk of serious damage.
[0008]
Conversely, instructors hired part-time can receive instructors by submitting the report correctly and treating the employee as if the class was not conducted due to fraudulent processing. There was a possibility that the amount of the reward was spoofed.
[0009]
To prevent such injustices, we had to rely on the conscience of the instructor or employer, and there was no specific preventive measure. Therefore, the present inventor has developed to solve the above-mentioned problem, and has come to invent the lesson result management system of the present invention which makes it possible to prevent fraudulent acts.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the lesson result management system of the present invention, the lesson management server device connected to the lesson management database includes lesson plan registration means for registering lesson plan information in the lesson management database, and lesson report information in the lesson management database. A lesson report registering means for registering, and a reward calculating means for calculating a reward for the instructor who registered the lesson report information based on the lesson report information registered in the lesson management database are provided. Information disclosure that connects to the communication line and enables the client device connected to the telecommunication line to connect to the server device for lesson management, and transmits the lesson report information registered in the lesson management database to the client device for information disclosure. Means were provided.
[0011]
In addition, the present invention has the following features. That is,
(1) The server device for class management is provided with a class information registering means for registering class information of students who have taken classes with the instructor in a class management database, and with the registration of class information by the class information registering device. Further, there is provided a course information registration notifying means for notifying the course information registration to the client device used by the student whose course information is registered.
(2) The instructor who conducts the lesson connects to the lesson management server device using the client device, registers the lesson plan information in the lesson management database using the client device, and schedules the lesson in the registered lesson plan information. The lesson management server device is configured to perform a lockout process for prohibiting the instructor from registering lesson report information in the lesson management database after a lapse of a predetermined period after the day.
(3) If the instructor has not registered the lesson report information in the lesson management database using the client device at the time of performing the lockout process, the lesson management server device transmits the lesson to the client device used by the instructor. And sending a notification email notifying that the lockout process has been performed.
(4) In the lesson management server device, when the instructor inputs lesson plan information to the lesson management server device using a client device, the lesson specifies the lesson plan information created in the past by the instructor. Providing automatic input means for automatically inputting lesson plan information.
(5) When the instructor inputs the lesson plan information to the lesson management server device using the client device, a warning is notified to the lesson management server device along with the input of lesson plan information overlapping with the student attendance information. Warning notification means for performing
(6) In the lesson management server device, when the instructor uses the client device to input lesson plan information into the lesson management server device, the lesson information is acquired in advance of the student, and the lesson that does not cause overlap between the students is obtained. A lesson plan generating means for extracting only the information and generating lesson plan basic information is provided.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the lesson management system of the present invention, the employer who hires the instructor is a system administrator who manages the lesson management server device. The lesson management server device is connected to the lesson management database, and the lesson is managed. The instructor makes the lesson management database register the lesson plan information of the lesson to be performed and the lesson report information of the lesson to be performed. The lesson report information registered in the lesson management database stores the lesson information for the student who took the lesson or the lesson. The content of the class report information can be checked by the student or the instructor by making it possible to view it from the instructor who performed the class report. It is what it is.
[0013]
Then, based on the registration of the lesson-free lesson report information in the lesson management database, the lesson result management system calculates the reward for the instructor who registered the lesson report information, so that the employer who is the system administrator can In addition to being able to pay the lecturer with peace of mind, the lecturer can receive the reward fairly fairly.
[0014]
Also, the instructor can surely prepare for the lesson by registering the lesson plan information in the lesson management database in advance, so that the lesson content can be enriched and the lesson can be provided to the student with higher quality lesson. Can be provided.
[0015]
On the other hand, students can review the learning content based on the lesson plan information while comparing it with the lesson plan by browsing the lesson report information registered in the lesson management database after the lesson, thereby improving learning efficiency. Can be.
[0016]
It should be noted that the employer does not necessarily need to be a system administrator who directly manages the class performance management system, but may be a system administrator who indirectly manages the lesson management system.
[0017]
Hereinafter, the lesson result management system of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. In the following, the class performance management system is assumed to be used by the employer who manages the English conversation school by hiring a large number of foreign lecturers, and each foreign lecturer has a part-time system. You are employed by
[0018]
It is assumed that the English conversation school recruits students, classifies the recruited students into a plurality of students, forms classes, and provides classes in class units. Note that, even in the case of a private lesson, it is assumed that only one student forms one class.
[0019]
Classes are usually formed based on the degree of student's learning. However, in the case of dispatching a lecturer to a language training in a company, the class is divided for each group of participants in the language training. May be performed. In the case where a lecturer is dispatched to a company or the like in this way, a class manager for managing the class performance is separately set by the company, and the class manager sets the class implementation status as described later. Can be confirmed. The class director may or may not be a student taking a class.
[0020]
In addition, the request for dispatching the instructor to the system administrator may be not only language training in the company but also a voluntary English conversation study circle or a planning company that has organized an English conversation study session, May be used to form a class, and a class leader may be set. In the following, for the sake of explanation, it is assumed that the class manager is set for a language training in a company.
