しかしながら、上記従来のテレビジョン受像機の構成では、認識させる個人の情報を他人に誤って使用されると、視聴制限が行えないという問題点があった。また、従来のテレビジョン受像機には音声認識機能がなく、音声情報を利用した視聴制限ができないという問題もあった。

本発明は上記の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、衛星デジタル放送受信機内蔵テレビジョン受像機に音声認識機能を導入し、従来の個人情報に加えて音声情報も照合することで、個人情報が本人のものであることを確実に認識させ視聴制限を行うことが可能な視聴制限機能付きテレビジョン受像機及び番組視聴制限方法を提供することを目的とする。
