Abstract
Description
【0001】

An image monitoring and image recording method using motion detection for monitoring and image recording.
[0006]
A communication unit that provides the motion detection unit and the image recording unit, controls the image recording unit, can monitor the operation, and sends out information such as an image including the recorded detection start date and time via a communication line. Thus, a remote monitoring system using motion detection was configured.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an image monitoring / image recording and remote monitoring system using motion detection according to the present invention.
[0008]
The camera A1 is a wide-angle camera, and sends a motion detection image of a captured object to the motion detection unit 5.
The camera B2 has a pan / tilt / zoom function, performs a pan / tilt / zoom operation in accordance with a control signal from the motion detection unit 5 in accordance with the motion of an object, and monitors a clear image that cannot be obtained with the wide-angle camera A1. 4 sends 1 and 4 2.
Sensor 3 1 to 3 n consisting of the door sensor and the passive sensor or the like is sent to the motion detection unit 5 a sense signal by detecting movement.
Monitor 4 1 is intended to display a reproduced image of the image of the camera B2 or image recording unit 7, and also the monitor 4 2 to visitor image or reproduced image of the image recording unit 7 of the camera B2 as a tracking image It is a monitor for foreign visitors who displays and makes the foreign visitors aware that the camera is being tracked and monitored.
When the tracking is emphasized, a cursor is displayed on the entire image.
[0009]
The circuit configuration of the main control unit 51 of the motion detection unit 5 is as shown in FIG.
Operation characteristics of the timer 31 1 to 31 n is as shown in FIG. 3, so even if there is no input from the sensor 3 1 to 3 n maintain a predetermined time ON state, the one-shot pulse (sense time short pulse signal (A sensor that outputs only the sensor signal), and the state after the sensor signal disappears can also be monitored.
FIG. 4 shows a situation where the select signal is delayed by the delay timer 29 from the signal being detected and the image output is switched from the camera A1 to the camera B2.
[0010]
The motion detection unit 5 receives the image from the camera A1, sends a pan / tilt / zoom control signal to the camera B2 in order to detect a moving object in the image and shoot the image with the camera B2, Then, the control of the camera B2 is continued to send a signal indicating that the moving object is detected to the alarm 6, the image recording unit 7, and the communication unit 8 from the detection of the moving object to the frame out of the screen.
Further, by inputting the sensing signal from the sensor 3 1 to 3 n, and controls the pan-tilt-zoom camera B2 toward the pre-designated location.
Incidentally, the motion detection unit 5, the sensor 3 1 to the sensing signal inputs from to 3 n, and ON the detection in the signal, the alarm 6 detection in the signal to turn OFF the detection in the signal after a period of time between detection in the signal is eliminated, Output to the image recording unit 7 and the communication unit 8.
[0011]
The alarm 6 includes a buzzer 11, a display lamp 12, and the like. The detection signal from the motion detection unit 5 is input to activate the buzzer and the display lamp, and the detection signal is sent to the image recording unit 7. You.
Therefore, when the alarm 6 is activated, the state of the monitor 4 may be monitored, and it is not necessary to constantly monitor the monitor 4.
The image recording unit 7 records an image of the camera B2, and inputs a signal during detection from the motion detection unit 5 via the alarm 6, and starts / stops image recording.
At the same time as the operation of the image recording unit 7 starts, the date and time of the recording start is recorded.
[0012]
The communication unit 8 can control and monitor the operation of the image recording unit, and can record the previous image (the image immediately before receiving the signal during detection), the current image (the image at the time when the signal during detection is received, in this case, the camera A1). ), And the subsequent image (several frames immediately after receiving the signal during detection, in this case, the image of the camera B2) can be sent to the monitoring source 9 via the communication line 10, and the detection start date and time and the image Report information.
[0013]
The monitoring source 9 uses the image before the occurrence of the abnormality (previous image) and the image at the time of occurrence (the current image) to determine what has occurred in the monitoring area in the image of the camera A1 and the image after the occurrence of the abnormality (back image). , Detailed information (person confirmation, etc.) can be obtained.
In addition, by completing the movement of the camera B2 (pan / tilt / zoom operation for capturing a moving object) during the period from the detection signal to the select signal (switch to the camera B2), an unclear image (moving) is obtained. The pan / tilt / zoom image for photographing the object is not sent to the monitoring source 9.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the image monitoring / image recording method and the remote monitoring system using the motion detection according to the present invention, since the moving object is tracked and photographed by the camera B using the motion detection by the camera A, a clear image is obtained. Since the image is recorded based on the obtained and detected signal, the running cost can be suppressed.
Further, at the time of reproducing the image recording, it is possible to smoothly search for the image to be viewed from the information of the recorded date and time, and in the case of remote monitoring, the communication cost can be reduced.
Further, a monitor for displaying the image or the reproduced image as a tracking image to a visitor is provided separately from the monitor for displaying the image from the camera B or the reproduced image from the image recording unit. • Helps to be aware that you are under system monitoring.
Further, the monitoring source can accurately grasp the status of the monitoring destination based on the transmitted image, and the number of monitoring personnel can be reduced by centralized monitoring.
