By the way, in the connector disclosed in the above-mentioned US Pat. No. 4,438,762, a flange portion is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the sleeve, and the flange portion is slid into a groove provided in the frame portion of the plate. The connector disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3184718 is configured to be engaged with each other, and the joint is provided with a flange portion on the outer peripheral edge of the tip of the plate, and the flange portion is formed in a sleeve. Is configured to be slidably engaged with. Therefore, in any structure, it is inevitably wider than the angle plate, so it is difficult to reduce the size, and it is necessary to provide an engaging structure with a complicated shape having a frame portion having a groove corresponding to the flange portion. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to process the sleeve or the plate.

Further, in the engagement structure of the flange portion provided on the outer periphery and the frame portion having the groove, the outer surface of the sleeve and the plate overlap with each other in a complicated surface shape at the overlapping portion. Therefore, if a callus is formed around the joint after implantation, the callus easily enters the boundary between the sleeve and the plate on the outer surface, and the joint is removed after the fracture is healed. There is also a problem that it is difficult to remove the joining tool at that time.

In the state where the connector 100 is attached to the femur as described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the sleeve side engaging portion 1
22 and the fixed side engaging portion 131 are in a state of overlapping each other. In the present embodiment, both the engaging portions 122 and 131
In the overlapping portion of the above, the engaging convex portion 131b protrudes in the thickness direction and the engaging concave portion 122a has the same thickness inside the overlapping surfaces 122P and 131P which overlap each other on the outer peripheral side. It has a structure in which the engaging protrusion and the engaging recess are fitted in the thickness direction. Therefore, it is not necessary to form an engagement structure (that is, a structure in which the flange portion and the groove of the frame portion are protruded to the outer peripheral side as in the related art) (that is, a structure fitted in the plane direction), so that the sleeve side engagement portion 122 and The width of the fixed side engaging portion 131 can be reduced. In particular,
In the case of the present embodiment, the sleeve side engaging portion 122 and the fixed side engaging portion 131 are formed to have the same width, and have a structure in which they are exactly overlapped with each other. Can be configured.

In this embodiment, the engaging protrusion 131b
Since the engagement concave portion 122a and the engagement concave portion 122a are fitted to each other by the inverse tapered inclined surface, the sleeve member 120 and the fixing member 130 are locked in the thickness direction. Further, the sleeve member 120 and the fixing member 130 are also locked to each other in the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction by the above-described inverse tapered fitting structure. Therefore, by fixing the fixing member 130 to the femur, the sleeve member 120 and the fixing member 13 are fixed.
0 is fixed to each other. The engagement structure using the reverse taper-shaped inclined surface can increase the rigidity (engagement strength) of the locking structure as compared with the engagement structure having the flange and the groove of the conventional structure. Particularly, in the present embodiment, the engaging protrusion 1
The reverse taper-shaped inclined surface of 31 b and the reverse taper-shaped inclined surface of the engaging recess 122 a are the fixing portions 132 of the fixing member 130.
The fixing member 130 is inserted to the deepest part of the engaging portion 122 because it is configured to surround the accommodation hole 121a and the opening 131a except the side (in the illustrated example, configured to have a U-shape in plan view). By doing so, the engaging protrusion 131b and the engaging recess 122a are provided on all sides other than the fixed portion 132 side.
Can be engaged, that is, the fixing member 1
Since the locking structure is provided also on the tip side of 30, the engagement strength is further improved.
