きる。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a small-sized motor, and more particularly to a small-sized motor having a permanent magnet fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a housing having a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom. The height of the top surface of each permanent magnet is provided by a stopper provided at the end of the stator body, which is a non-magnetic metal and is bent so as to urge in a direction from the inside to the outside of the housing. The present invention relates to a small-sized motor in which are uniformly arranged. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional small motor, various methods are employed for fixing a permanent magnet to an inner peripheral surface of a housing.
For example, a conventional small motor 10 as shown in FIG. 4 has a housing 11 formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom and a housing inside the housing so as to abut against two concave circumferential surfaces of the housing and face each other. Two housed permanent magnets 12a, 12b and a locking portion 13 for keeping these permanent magnets in contact with two concave circumferential surfaces of the housing
And A small motor 20 shown in FIG. 5 is housed in a housing 21 formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom and in a housing so as to be in contact with two concave circumferential surfaces of the housing to face each other. Done 2
Permanent magnets 22a and 22b and fixing pins 23 for keeping these permanent magnets in contact with the two concave circumferential surfaces of the housing.
And [0004] However, in the above-described small motor, the two permanent magnets are displaced from each other in the axial direction of the housing, so that the magnetic field generated between the two permanent magnets becomes non-uniform. In some cases, the motor performance at the time of design could not be obtained. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has been made in view of the above circumstances. The purpose is to provide. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a small-sized motor according to the present invention has a small-sized motor in which a permanent magnet is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a housing formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom. In the motor, a housing having two opposed flat surfaces and two concave circumferential surfaces, and a cross-sectional contour formed in an arc shape along the inner circumferential surface shape of the housing, and Two permanent magnets housed in the housing so as to abut against the concave circumferential surface and face each other;
A stator body which is a non-magnetic metal and is bent and formed so as to urge in a direction from the inside to the outside of the housing; and a top face of two permanent magnets provided at an end of the stator body. By providing a restraining portion for making the height uniform, the height of the top surface of the two permanent magnets is made uniform and the magnetic center is stabilized. Hereinafter, a small motor shown as a specific example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG.
2 shows the appearance of the small motor 1 viewed from the top of the housing opening, and FIG. 2 shows the structure of the small motor 1 viewed from the top of the housing opening. 1 and 2, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a small motor 1 has a housing 2 formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom, two permanent magnets 3a and 3b, and a stator for fixing the permanent magnets. And two permanent magnets 3 at the end of the stator 4.
A restraining portion 5 is provided for uniformly aligning the heights of the top surfaces a and 3b. The housing 2 has two opposing flat surfaces and two concave circumferential surfaces, and has two permanent magnets 3a, 3b.
Are each formed in an arc shape whose cross-sectional contour follows the inner peripheral surface shape of the housing 2. These permanent magnets 3a, 3b
The housing 2 is housed in the housing so as to abut on two concave circumferential surfaces and face each other. As shown in FIG. 3, the stator 4 is bent into a substantially U-shape so as to have a biasing force in a direction from the inside to the outside of the housing 2 (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3). Since the permanent magnets 3a and 3b are brought into contact with each other by receiving the force in the two concave circumferential directions of the housing 2 by the stator 4, an adhesive for fixing the permanent magnets to the concave circumferential surface is provided. There is an advantage that the need for the like becomes unnecessary. The stator 4 is preferably made of a non-magnetic metal. In the present embodiment, the restraining section 5 is formed by bending a part of the end of the stator 4 and includes permanent magnets 3a, 3b.
It serves to suppress the movement of b in the axial direction and to make the height of the top surface uniform. Although not shown, the small motor 1 is provided with a rotor rotatably mounted at the center of the bottom surface of the housing inside the housing 2, and the opening of the housing is sealed by a lid member called a bracket. . The bracket is incorporated so as not to touch the permanent magnets so as not to adversely affect the magnetic properties of the two permanent magnets. Rotor outer peripheral surface and permanent magnets 3a, 3
The gap between b and the inner peripheral surface is designed to be extremely small in order to effectively use the magnetic flux from the permanent magnets 3a and 3b. The small motor 1 has the above-described configuration. In particular, the suppression unit 5 makes the magnetic flux density generated between the permanent magnets 3a and 3b uniform and stabilizes the magnetic center. Therefore, the small motor 1 can exhibit stable motor performance because the rotor rotates in a uniform magnetic field. As described above, the small motor according to the present invention is a small motor in which a permanent magnet is fixed on the inner peripheral surface of a housing formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with a bottom. A housing having two flat surfaces and two concave circumferential surfaces; and a cross-sectional profile formed in an arc shape along the inner circumferential surface shape of the housing.
And two permanent magnets housed in the housing so as to be in contact with each other and to face each other on the concave circumferential surface, and a non-magnetic metal, which is urged in a direction from the inside to the outside of the housing. A stator body which is curved and provided at an end of the stator body;
A depressing portion for uniformly adjusting the height of the top surface of each of the permanent magnets. Therefore, the small motor according to the present invention
Since the heights of the top surfaces of the two permanent magnets are made uniform and the magnetic flux density is made uniform, the magnetic center is stabilized. Also,
This allows the small motor to exhibit stable motor performance.
