情報とを含む要求信号を受信する受信手段と、 前記受信手段で受信した要求信号に含まれている情報に
基づいて、サンプル情報を特定するサンプル情報特定手
段と、 前記サンプル情報特定手段が特定したサンプル情報を、
前記記憶手段から読み出す読み出し手段と、 前記読み出し手段が読み出したサンプル情報を前記宛先
情報に基づいて、宛先装置に対応した信号に変換する信
号変換手段と、 前記信号変換手段が生成した信号を宛先装置に送信する
