Description of the Related Art Currently, body cosmetics are intended for washing, those for massage to promote blood circulation, those for activating metabolic metabolism of waste products, and those for removing heat sensation such as inflammation or swelling. , Those for preventing the growth of microorganisms and for suppressing the generation of unpleasant body odor are known. Of these, those for the purpose of promoting blood circulation by massage and activation of metabolism of waste products are usually emulsifier type or gel type. This is because the cosmetic material having such a dosage form is suitable for suppressing irritation due to friction and enhancing the effect of massage. On the other hand, as a cosmetic for removing a hot sensation such as inflammation or swelling, a volatile component or a component having a refreshing sensation is sprayed together with a gas, and the sensation of removing the hot sensation by volatile heat and stimulation of the refreshing component is used. . However, there is no known combination of the characteristics of these two preparations, and it is completely unknown that a combination of such properties is suitable for treating swelling during fatigue. Further, there is no known cosmetic containing 1) a cooling component and 2) low boiling point liquefied natural gas. By taking such a form, blood circulation is promoted by such massage.
It is not known at all to be a cosmetic having both the effect of metabolic activation of waste products and the effect of removing heat sensation such as inflammation or swelling.

The term "cooling component" as used herein means a component that stimulates a hot spot on the skin and gives a cool sensation when transdermally administered, and examples thereof include D-menthol and L-.
Preferable examples are terpenes such as menthol, thymol and hinokitiol, or terpene glycosides such as glycerol monomenthyl ether. Particularly preferred among these are L-menthol and glycerol monomenthyl ether. Particularly, the combination of these two is preferable. Such a cooling component may contain only one kind, or may contain two or more kinds in combination. In the cosmetic of the present invention, the preferable content of these cooling components is 0.01 to 1.0 with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic in total.
It is 0% by weight, and more preferably 0.05 to 0.3% by weight. This is because if the amount is too small, the cool down effect may not be obtained, and if the amount is too large, an undesired phenomenon may occur, such as a feeling of irritation.

The low boiling point of low boiling point liquefied natural gas means a generic name of liquefied natural gas and its fractionated products having a low boiling point.
The pressure at 0 ° C. is 0.1 to 0.2 MPa, more preferably 0.12 to 0.18 MPa.
This is because if the pressure is too high or too low, a favorable cracking foam dosage form may not be obtained and a cool down effect may not be obtained. The liquefied natural gas having such characteristics can be prepared by using 80% or more, more preferably 90% by weight or more, and further preferably 95% by weight or more of normal butane as a constituent. The low boiling point liquefied natural gas is added to the total amount of the cosmetic containing the natural gas in an amount of 60 to
A cracking foam dosage form can be obtained by containing 80% by weight, more preferably 62 to 68% by weight. Here, the cracking foam dosage form means a dosage form in which the ejected foam makes a popping sound and pops, and foaming pops by using such a cracking foam dosage form. Due to the impact from time to time, the cool feeling stimulus due to the cooling component can be enhanced, and the cool down effect can be expressed.

The cosmetics of the present invention can contain any components usually used in cosmetics in addition to the essential components 1) a cooling component and 2) low boiling point liquefied natural gas. Such optional components include hydrocarbons such as squalane, liquid paraffin, and solid paraffin, silicones that are not essential components such as dimethicone and femethicone, esters such as jojoba oil and gay wax, stearic acid and oleic acid, etc. Non-ionic interfaces such as fatty acids, higher alcohols such as behenyl alcohol, cetanol and oleyl alcohol, triglycerides such as beef tallow and olive oil, stearic acid monoglyceride, sorbitan sesquioleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene stearate. Activators, anionic surfactants such as sodium lauryl stearate, cationic surfactants such as quaternary alkyl ammonium salts, powders such as crystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Ruboxivinyl polymer salt, acrylic acid / methacrylic acid (C10-30) alkyl copolymer salt, polyacrylic acid salt, bentonite, thickeners such as xanthan gum and hydroxypropyl cellulose, and active ingredients such as vitamins and glycyrrhizin. It can be preferably exemplified. Of these, preferred are water-soluble polymers having a thickening action such as hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. This is because they preferably control the degree of cracking in cracking foam dosage forms. The content of such a water-soluble polymer in the cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 0.05 to 1% by weight, more preferably 0.1 to 0.5% by weight. This is because cracking characteristics may be impaired if the amount is too small or too large. Further, in the present invention, it is also suitable to contain one or more selected from the components having a boiling point lower than that of water, such as ethanol, other than the gas component, since the cool down effect is enhanced. The preferred content of the component having a lower boiling point than water in the cosmetic of the present invention is 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 5 to 8% by weight, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. Further, as the emulsifier, an ether of a branched alcohol having a polyoxyethylene group and a polyoxypropylene group can be preferably exemplified.
POE (30) POP (6) decyl tetradecyl ether is particularly preferable. The preferred content of this is 0.01-
It is 0.5% by weight. This one causes the formation of favorable foam for cracking in this range. The cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by treating the above-mentioned essential components and optional components according to a conventional method. The cosmetic thus obtained has a cool-down effect, and has an action of suppressing swelling, swelling, inflammation, etc. due to the accumulation of metabolites such as lactic acid produced by exercise.
