In the above-described conventional needle detacher, when removing the injection needle 11 from the used syringe, the syringe body 13 is moved downward while the end face 13a of the syringe body 13 is in contact with the syringe receiving portion 7. Pressing is performed. At this time, the syringe receiving portion 7 slides downward, and the lower end 17 thereof rotates the rotating body 9 downward against the force of the return means 19 having elasticity. Then, the injection needle removing means 15 of the rotating body 9 abuts on the flange 11b of the insertion head 11a of the injection needle 11 and rotates downward, whereby the injection needle 1 is rotated.
1 is removed from the syringe body 13 together with the insertion head 11a. The injection needle 11 detached from the syringe body 13 enters the container 1 together with the insertion head 11a. Also, after the syringe needle 11 is detached from the syringe body 13, if the syringe body 13 is separated from the syringe receiving part 7, the elastic return means 19 provided on the rotating body 9 returns the rotating body 9 to the original position. At the same time, the syringe receiver 7 is slid back to the original position. Subsequently, the injection needle is removed from the next used syringe in the same manner as described above.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional injection needle detacher, the insertion head 11a of the injection needle 11 is caught by the injection needle extracting means 15 when the injection needle is separated due to an erroneous operation. It is possible, but very rarely, to not fall into. In such a case, the user of the needle removal device tries to drop the injection needle 11 hooked on the needle withdrawing means 15 into the container 1 and shakes the container 1 in his hand or violates the container 1. May be held in hand and collided with the edge of a desk. At this time, the rebound may cause the injection needle 11 to jump out of the container 1 through the injection needle insertion hole 6 of the syringe receiver 7. When the used injection needle jumps out of the container 1, the injection needle may pierce a person, which is extremely dangerous.

The operation of the injection needle pop-out preventing claw in the injection needle detachment device according to the present invention will be described. When the user of the injection needle detacher causes the injection needle extraction means to extract the injection needle from the syringe main body, the lower edge of the flange of the insertion head of the injection needle firstly slopes the upper surface at the action portion of each injection needle pop-out preventing claw. Touch the surface. This is because the lid and the working portion always project into the passage of the injection needle. In this state, if the user of the needle release device presses the syringe body downward, the lower edge of the flange of the insertion head of the injection needle causes each of the injection needle protrusion preventing claws to be in the center of the passage of the injection needle against its elasticity. The injection needle is spread apart in the direction away from the needle so that the injection needle can pass between the working portions of the injection-needle projection preventing claw. That is,
The insertion head in the injection needle can move downward between the respective injection needle protrusion prevention claws. When the flange of the insertion head in the injection needle passes between the injection needle protrusion prevention claws,
Each injection needle pop-out preventing claw returns to its original position due to its elasticity, and the action portion of each injection needle pop-out preventing claw is again in a state of protruding into the passage of the injection needle. When the flange of the insertion head of the injection needle has passed between the respective injection needle protrusion prevention claws, in other words, when the insertion needle of the injection needle has reached a position below the action portion of each injection needle protrusion prevention claw, the injection is performed. Even if the needle is going to rise due to an impact or the like, the upper edge of the flange of the insertion head abuts against the lower surface of the working portion of each injection needle pop-out preventing claw, thereby preventing the injection needle from popping out above the injection pop-out preventing claw. Even if the lid is closed and the injection needle rises due to impact or the like, and the flange of the insertion head abuts against the lower surface of the operation portion, the lower surface of the operation portion does not have the inclined surface as described above. The reason is that each of the injection needle protrusion prevention claws cannot be pushed out. Therefore, when the insertion head of the injection needle is caught by the needle withdrawing means at the time of withdrawal of the needle and does not fall into the container, the user of the needle withdrawal device inserts the needle caught by the needle withdrawal means into the container. Even if the container is shaken violently with the hand in hand or the container is hit with the edge of the desk with the hand, there is no danger that the injection needle will jump out of the container.

Each of the injection needle protrusion preventing claws 21 (21 ') has an action portion 27 above the upper edge of the flange 11b of the insertion head 11a of the injection needle 11 at the time of starting the removal of the injection needle. The action portion 27 of each injection needle protrusion prevention claw 21 (21 ′) is always projected into the passage 10 of the injection needle 11. The action portion 27 of each of the injection needle pop-out prevention claws 21 (21 ') has an inclined surface 29 whose upper surface is gradually lowered toward the center of the passage 10 of the injection needle 11. When the injection needle 11 advances downward from above the operation portion 27, the lower edge of the flange 11b of the insertion head 11a of the injection needle 11 presses the inclined surface 29 of the operation portion 27, so that each of the injection needle protrusion preventing claws 21 is pressed. (21 ′) is injected into the injection needle 1 against its elasticity.
The injection needle 11 is pushed and spread in a direction away from the center of the first passage 10 so that the injection needle 11 can pass between the operation parts 27 of the injection needle pop-out preventing claws 21 (21 ') and is located below the operation part 27. The upper edge of the flange 11b of the insertion head 11a is brought into contact with the lower surface 31 of the action portion 27 of each of the injection needle pop-out preventing claws 21 (21 '). It is to be prevented from jumping upward. That is, for example, when a pair of injection needle protrusion prevention claws 21 (21 ′) are provided,
The distance between the action portions 27 of the nail 21 (21 ′) for preventing the injection needle protrusion 21 (21 ′) (see reference symbol “a” in FIG.
Is smaller than the diameter of the flange 11b of the insertion head 11a (see the symbol b in FIG. 7).

As described above, according to the present invention,
At least one pair of resilient injection needle protrusion prevention claws are provided near the side of the passage of the injection needle in the container. Therefore, in the case of an extremely rare situation in which the insertion head of the injection needle is caught by the injection needle extracting means when the injection needle is detached due to an erroneous operation and does not fall into the container,
The user of the needle withdrawal device attempts to drop the needle that is caught by the needle withdrawal means into the container, holding the container in his hand and shaking it violently, or holding the container in his hand and hitting the edge of a desk, etc. Even when this is done, there is no danger that the injection needle will jump out of the container due to the momentum. That is, accidental danger to the human body due to the used injection needle which has once been detached from the syringe body and dropped into the container escapes from the container is eliminated, and high safety of the injection needle detacher is secured.
