備え、 前記無線基地局および前記通信網を所有する通信事業者
以外の者が所有する私設無線基地局が前記通信網に接続
され、前記無線端末がその私設無線基地局を介して前記
通信網に接続されるときに、前記基地局課金装置が前記
私設無線基地局の使用に関わる基地局使用料金を算出す
る構成であることを特徴とする通信料金課金システム。
