Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover which is a mixed liquid of low toxicity materials without containing a high toxicity solvent such as toluene and can remove, from the rolls of a gravure printing machine, sensitized films in the plate making step or coated film failures having pinholes generated due to the adhesion of stains in buffing before coating a black lacquer, the adhesion of the fats and oils content or the like, the ink after printing a proof, after printing or the like without causing an environmental pollution. SOLUTION: The remover comprises cyclohexane and the like, ketones, and alcohols at a specified ratio. The ketones are polar solvents which dissolve a polar group-containing substance, and cycohexane and the like are nonpolar solvents which effectively dissolve a nonpolar group-containing substance.

Toluene is a highly toxic substance registered as a Class 1 Designated Substance by the Chemical Substance Management Promotion Act, which is the Toxic Substances Control Act, the so-called PRTR Law. Mixing toluene with methanol amplifies the skin absorption of toluene. The percutaneous percutaneous absorption allows harmful substances to penetrate through the skin instead of entering through the hand hole, so the skin absorption rate is 4-5 times that of methanol alone.
Double. Methanol has a large transdermal absorption promoting effect on toluene. Conversely, mixing toluene with benzene reduces the skin absorption of toluene. Benzene has a small transdermal absorption promoting effect on toluene. Toluene was also a causative substance of photochemical smog. Against this background, we developed a combination of detergents that do not contain toluene, are less toxic than toluene, and the combination of chemicals does not amplify the effect of promoting percutaneous absorption. There is an urgent need to replace it with a cleaning agent containing methanol as a main component.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The resist for plate making and the remover for gravure ink of the present invention include at least one of cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, cyclopentane, methylcyclopentane and ethylcyclopentane, and a ketone ( For example, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, etc.) and alcohols (methanol,
Isopropyl alcohol, etc.) in a required ratio. The removing agent of the present invention is a non-polar solvent of a non-polar group substance such as a hydrocarbon in which cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, cyclopentane, methylcyclopentane and ethylcyclopentane are insoluble in water, and ketones are polar groups. Since it is a high molecular polar solvent and alcohols are high molecular solvents containing alcohols,
It has cleaning properties for various polymers, and is particularly effective for removing plate-making resists and gravure inks.

As shown in Table 1, the allowable concentration of toluene is 10
Since the allowable concentration of methyl ethyl ketone is 200 PPM while the allowable concentration of methyl cyclohexane is 400 PPM, methyl ethyl ketone is less toxic than toluene, and methyl cyclohexane is even less toxic than methyl ethyl ketone. None of cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, cyclopentane, methylcyclopentane, and ethylcyclopentane have been registered as Class 1 designated substances by the PRTR method. Neither methyl ethyl ketone nor methanol has been registered as a Class I Designated Substance by the PRTR method.
