【発明の効果】以上のように、本発明によるバッグイン
ボックス内袋は、袋の下部に前面と後面のフィルムの間
に底面となるフィルムを内側に折り込んで周囲を融着
し、且つ、折り込まれた底面フィルムと前面、後面フィ
ルムを融着した袋側面の両側縁融着部の底面フィルムの
折り目との交点、又は交点の下側近傍から、袋の底融着
の適宜位置迄を連結して斜めに融着すると共に、その斜
め融着部と側縁融着部との交点の近傍の、該交点より下
側の位置の側縁融着面に該当する位置の底面フィルムに
孔を設けて側縁融着を行なうことにより、その位置の前
面と後面のフィルムを融着した構造にしたことにより、
充填済の袋に優れた自立性を与え、また、液体の排出時
の袋の底部の隅のフィルム間の残液を無くし、且つ、袋
に内圧がかかった場合に、底面フィルムの折り目と側縁
融着の交点にかかるストレスを減少して落下などの衝撃
に対する実用強度を高める事ができる。また、袋上部の
両隅部に袋の上部融着部と側縁融着部を連結する斜め融
着を設けたことにより、内袋を逆さまにして液体を排出
した場合に内袋の上部の隅の残液を無くす事ができる。
また、前記袋下部の斜め融着と側縁融着部との交点の下
側近傍の、底面フィルムに孔を設けて側縁融着を行なっ
て、前面と後面フィルムを融着した部分を残して、前記
斜め融着の外側の部分を略斜め融着部に沿って切り落す
ことにより、底フィルムが開きやすくなり、充填を容易
にすることができる。また、袋上部両隅部の袋の上部融
着部と側縁融着部を連結する斜め融着の外側に把手用の
孔を開けることにより、充填済の内袋を外箱無しで持ち
やすくすることができる。
