BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the field of effluents and industrial screenings, the screenings outside the screen are often required to be discharged in a nearly dehydrated state, e.g. to air dry at a consistency of 10% AD. . It is important that many screens be dehydrated as much as practical when transported for reuse in a particular plant or for landfill. Conventional press heads typically include a heavy head plate hinged to the top, which can be a compression spring or a crosshead screw, a variable pitch screw or a feed end to press the screening material. Use a taper screw with a narrower discharge end. All of these mechanisms suffer from the disadvantage that the pressure of the press tends to fluctuate by introducing the product into the press, and that control of the pressure is difficult. Even when dealing with a single product, such as sewage sludge, the physical properties of the screened material vary considerably from location to location. Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a press head designed to be mounted, for example, at the end of a screw press barrel and an alternative workpiece feed mechanism adapted to the nature of the screened material being pressed. It is also desirable that this mechanism can be set up on site. Ideally, the press head is designed so that the operation of the press can be modified to suit the type of workpiece being fed and dewatered. The purpose therefore, the present invention satisfies at least some of the above desirable features, also press head reaches the method for solving least the aforementioned disadvantages, or to provide a press head for providing a selection to help least society Aim. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a press head plate, a feeding means for feeding a workpiece to be pressed toward the press head plate, and controlling a position of the press head plate. Holding means, wherein the press head plate has a continuous range of positions held by the holding means such that a preset substantially constant back pressure acts on the fed workpiece. Is movable in response to the pressure exerted by the fed workpiece, and the press head plate is pressed with a first position which is the end of the area from the feeding means. The workpiece is movable between a second position where the workpiece is separated or released, and further, when actuated, moves the press head plate between the first position and the second position. And a dewatering press with actuating means to allow substantially free movement between. Preferably, the holding means comprises one or more pneumatic or hydraulic arms. Preferably, said actuating means comprises a switch operative to release pressure on said arm. Preferably, the actuating means is actuated by a position of the press head plate. Preferably, the actuating means is actuated by the press head plate reaching the first position. Preferably, the feeding means includes a screw. In the second aspect, the present invention provides a method for feeding a processing object toward a press head plate, wherein when the processing object is fed against the press head plate, the processing object is preset. As a substantially constant back pressure acts, the position of the press head plate is controlled within a predetermined range, and when the press head plate reaches a preset first position, the back pressure is released, The method further includes a process dewatering method for moving the press head plate from the entrance of the process object to a second position where the pressed process object is separated or separated. In a third aspect, the present invention has a method for dewatering a treated object including the operation of the dehydrating press described above. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the following drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a press head according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view of the press head of FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a dewatering press generally indicated by arrow 1. The press head plate 2a can preferably be retracted by means of a double plate 3 and a back pressure plate 4. The material to be pressed, such as, for example, waste liquor or industrial screenings, sewage sludge screenings, is fed to the press head by feeding means, shown as feeding screw 5. The feeding means needs to have a structure capable of substantially preventing the backflow when the screening process is fed to the press chamber 6. The screw 5 feeds the workpiece to be pressed toward the press head plate 2a. As shown, the press head typically includes a screw that varies in size from 100 mm in diameter to 600 mm in diameter and is driven by a hydraulic output, such as an electric drive speed regulator. The press head plate 2a can move in response to the pressure generated by the fed workpiece. The press head plate operates, for example, on a slide so that it can move in and out through various positions. The position of the press head plate is controlled by holding means such as a pneumatic ram 7. The ram 7 via the self-adjusting coupler 16 urges the piston 17. As will be apparent to those skilled in the art, hydraulic rams or other control means may be used. In this preferred embodiment of the invention shown in the figures, two rams are provided. However, one ram or more than two rams can also be used in certain aspects of the invention. When the press head plate is in position 2a, it creates a back pressure on the workpiece being fed. The degree of this back pressure is controlled via the ram 7. For example, compressed air or hydraulic output can be easily controlled by valve operation or screw adjustment. Generally, the pressure acting on the plate is operated by an actuator with an operating pressure typically in the range of 3 psig to 100 psig, depending on the particular workpiece being applied or pressed. The magnitude of the working back pressure varies considerably between, for example, sewage screens, wood pulp fibers and vegetable quality from canneries. If the pressing device is applied to a specific application, the pressure and the pressing capacity are closely monitored, monitored and controlled, for example, by a valve or screw adjustment of a holding means such as a ram 7. This allows the pressure head loading to be changed within a few seconds. The operator selects and sets the pressure to suit the particular product and dewatering needs. The press head plate is movable in a range between positions indicated by 2a and 2b in response to pressure from the workpiece fed thereto. Through the range of positions 2a to 2b, the back pressure on the workpiece to be pressed is maintained by the control of the ram 7. The water or liquid is extruded, collected and / or released by known means. When the object is fed by the screw toward the press head, the object presses the plate and urges the plate at the position 2a away from the feeding means 5 toward the position 2b. The control of the ram is such that the back pressure acts at a preset constant pressure regardless of the rate of infeed. This can be compared to conventional screw press equipment or drain screw designs in which the pressure changes according to the feed rate. At a position 2b, referred to as the first position, at the end of the back pressure range, an actuating means, for example a limit switch 8, triggers a signal indicating that the plate has reached position 2b. The back pressure is then released from the plate by releasing the ram, and the plate is allowed to move almost freely to the position 2c under the pressure from the slag of the formed press. Then, the pressed material is broken and separated from the press device, that is, separated. Then, the press head plate 2c is controlled by the ram, returns to the position 2a, and is ready to receive further processed material from the feeding means 5. The press is generally controlled by various control mechanisms including, for example, air pressure regulator 9, solenoid valve 10, and electronics contained within box 11. In the preferred embodiment of the invention shown, the movement of the plate is also controlled by a bush / guide 12 and a spacer 13, and the release area is provided by a cover 14. It should be noted, however, that these features are structural details that can be varied, particularly as required, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. These particular features have been shown and described by way of example only. Thus, rather than changing pressure, a dewatering press is provided by the present invention that can provide a predetermined constant pressure and change the pressure that acts to suit the particular workpiece being pressed. You can see that This mechanism can be appropriately incorporated into an existing screening device and added. Reference is made to specific parts or finished products of the present invention, including known equivalents, which equivalents are hereby incorporated by reference, as individually apparent. Is done. While the invention has been described by way of examples and possible embodiments, it is understood that it can be modified and improved without departing from the scope of the invention.
