四肢部６よりなっている。胸部２にはふくらみをもった
可動性の乳房を設け、内部に模擬乳腺を組み込んである
ので、乳頭の触診、乳房の可動性の検査、乳頭マッサー
ジなどの乳房ケアの基本訓練を行うことが出来る。腹部
３及び下腹部４は表皮１０を着脱式とし、その内部に下
腹部腔部を設け、胎児模型７及び子宮模型８を挿入でき
るようにしてある。下腹部腔部に胎児模型７を挿入し、
子宮底の計測などを行うようにし、外部より心音コント
ロール１２を取付け胎児の心音の聴診を行うようにして
ある。下腹部腔部に子宮模型８を挿入した場合、産褥期
の子宮状態の正常、異常の診断を演習できるようにして
ある。下腹部４は着脱式の外陰部９を設け、分娩時の介
助の演習を産道１０に胎児模型を押し出すことにより分
娩時の介助の演習を行うようにしてある。また、股関節
部５は着脱式の外陰部９を設け、分娩時の介助の訓練を
行うようにしてある。特に本発明においては、下肢に股
関節、膝関節を設け、脚部を可動性としているので、分
娩時の体位を変化させ、それに伴い、介助者の位置、介
