However, the above-mentioned liquid-absorbing liner has a very small amount of liquid absorption, a large amount of incontinence, or a sudden increase in the amount of pursuing the comfort of wearing. Has the drawback of giving anxiety to the elderly. A method of using an absorbent pad such as a commercially available sanitary napkin or incontinence pad directly or in a bag-like portion of the incontinence pants or the like and using the absorbent pad itself has a considerable thickness, In this case, there is a problem that the feeling of wearing is inferior because the storage part itself is considerably thick. On the other hand, general incontinence pants sewn with multiple cloth members, incontinence pants described in (3) above, auxiliary sheets and the like have the advantage of being washable, but are not sufficient in terms of absorption amount and thickness. In addition, since the auxiliary sheet and the like including the water-absorbing pad of the above (4) are relatively expensive and cannot be disposable, it is necessary to carry the used product when going out or traveling, which is troublesome and unsanitary. is there.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. The hydratable microfibrillar fine fibers, the particulate polymer absorber, and the sheet-like support obtained from the cellulose or cellulose derivative used in the present invention are generally described in JP-A-10-168230. Those described can be used as they are. In addition, the main component is a microfibril-like fine fiber and a particulate polymer absorbent having hydration obtained from cellulose or a cellulose derivative, and the particulate polymer absorbent is mutually bound by the microfibril-like fine fiber. In principle, the method described in the same publication can also be applied as it is to the method of forming an absorbent layer comprising a composite composition having the above structure on a sheet-like support.

[0011] That is, as the particulate polymer absorbent used in the present invention, general commercial SAP products for absorbent products can be used, and among them, water swellable materials such as polyacrylic acid and salts thereof are preferred. A polymer obtained by partially crosslinking a polymer, such as a sphere, a granule, or a flake, is suitable, and a relatively highly crosslinked polymer is particularly suitable. When the degree of cross-linking is low, the SAP itself can have a high water retention. However, when the sheet-shaped absorber is used, not only has a drawback that the blocking phenomenon due to the absorbing solution easily occurs, but also the rigidity of the sheet-shaped absorber is low. There is a problem that a disadvantage that remarkably increases occurs, and there is a problem that SAP dispersibility in a dispersion medium is inferior at the time of manufacturing a sheet-shaped absorber described later. The particle size of the particulate polymer absorber is not particularly limited, and the main particle size distribution is 20 to 1
A commercially available SAP of 00 mesh is used as it is, but when the particle size is large, uniform coating on the sheet-like support is difficult, which is disadvantageous for thinning, and when it is small, the absorption rate of the sheet-like absorbent tends to decrease. There is. Further, spherical coatings are advantageous in terms of uniform coating properties and thinning.

On the other hand, as microfibril-like fine fibers, MF obtained by grinding and beating wood is used.

If it is lower than this range, the bonding strength between the SAP and the sheet-like support is not sufficient, and if it is higher than this range, the rigidity of the resulting absorbent sheet becomes large. .

The composite composition containing the particulate polymer absorbent and the microfibrillar fine fibers as main components is cast on a sheet-like support as a dispersion liquid in which the composite composition is dispersed in an appropriate dispersion medium and dried. Thereby, a sheet-like absorber in which the absorbent layer made of the composite composition is formed on a sheet-like support is obtained. The composite composition is used to complement the SAP particles between each other and to bind the SAP to the sheet-like support.
A short fiber component longer than the average particle size of the AP may be contained.
As the sheet-like support, a porous non-woven fabric that facilitates the penetration of the dispersion liquid, and is easily obtained by bonding with microfibrillar fine fibers, is suitable.
Hydrophilic materials such as cotton, rayon and wood pulp are preferred. The basis weight of the particulate polymer absorber in the sheet-shaped absorber is 50 to 500 g / m2, and is preferably selected from 100 to 300 g / m2. When the basis weight is smaller than this range, the absorption performance is not sufficient, and when the basis weight is larger than this range, the rigidity is undesirably increased.

The incontinence liner of the present invention is constituted by using the sheet-shaped absorbent as an absorbent sheet interposed between a top sheet and a back sheet. The arrangement of the front and back of the sheet-shaped absorber is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the absorbent layer of the sheet-shaped absorber is arranged toward the back sheet side of the sheet-shaped support. At this time, the diffusion function of the sheet-like support works effectively, and a high absorption rate is easily obtained.

The incontinence liner of the present invention does not have such a drawback, particularly when used by being attached to a bag-like portion such as incontinence pants or an insertion / removal opening of a water absorption pad, between the incontinence liner and the body surface, Since the top sheet of the bag-shaped part or the constituent members of the water-absorbing pad are interposed, there is no need to consider the feeling of dryness on the surface of the top sheet at the time of liquid absorption and to minimize the re-wetting as much as possible. There is an advantage that a constituent material that emphasizes the diffusion function can be used.

The incontinence liner of the present invention comprises a topsheet,
The backsheet and sheet-like absorber are essential components, but a hydrophilic acquisition sheet such as an air-through thermal bond nonwoven fabric is interposed inside the topsheet, or tissue paper is placed at any position on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet-like absorber. For example, a hydrophilic diffusion sheet such as a hydrophilic diffusion sheet may be interposed. On the other hand, a non-woven fabric composed of a hydrophilic material such as cotton, rayon, wood pulp or the like is usually used as the sheet-like support, so that the sheet-like support can also serve as a top sheet and / or an acquisition sheet, Therefore, there is an advantage that the cost can be reduced.
