The bundle fixing member 16 includes a wire saddle 18 for holding down the bundle 10 and a hook portion 20 that is inserted into the hole 14 a of the substrate 14 and hooked. The hook portion 20 is configured to be divided into two in the insertion direction and to spread outward. In addition, the bundle fixing member 1
6 also includes a flexure plate 22 configured to flex according to the thickness of the substrate 14. In fixing the bundle 10 to the substrate 14, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of bundle fixing members 16 are fixed to the substrate 14 by inserting the hooks 20 into holes 14 a of the substrate 14, Saddle 18 and bundled wire 10
Is fixed. Thus, the bundle 10 is fixed to the substrate 14. When wiring the bundle 10 to the substrate 14 based on the electrical safety standard, a number of bundle fixing members 16 are used and fixed to the substrate 14.

By the way, in recent years, recycling activities have been actively promoted around the world in order to solve the shortage of resources, and equipment having excellent decomposability is strongly desired in the market. From such a viewpoint, the substrate 14 and the bundle fixing members 16 and 24 may be reused. In this case, the bundle fixing members 16 and 24 are removed from the substrate 14.
However, the hooking portions 20 and 28 of the two types of bundle fixing members 16 and 24 are very hard to come off because they are inserted into the holes 14 a of the substrate 14. Therefore, the bundle fixing member 1
In order to remove the substrates 6, 24 from the substrate 14, the hooks 20, 28 must be picked from the back side of the substrate 14 and pulled out from the hole 14a. This operation is troublesome and troublesome.

For this reason, it is often the case that the hook portions 20, 28 are cut from the back side of the substrate 14 using a tool such as a nipper, and the bundle fixing members 16, 24 are removed from the substrate 14.
However, the operation of using such tools such as nippers is also a troublesome operation, and the bundle fixing members 16 and 24 from which the hook portions 20 and 28 have been cut cannot be reused. .

In fixing the bundle 10 (see FIG. 2) to the substrate 60, first, as shown in FIG. (In the vertical direction) and the hook portion 52 is inserted into the hole 60a. After the hook portion 52 is completely inserted into the hole 60a, the bundle fixing member 50 is slid in the direction of arrow D (the horizontal direction in the present invention) to hook the hook portion 52 in the hole 60b. Thereafter, the hook 52 is rotated by about 90 ° in the direction of arrow E (the horizontal direction in the present invention). Thus, the bundle fixing member 50 is firmly fixed to the substrate 60 by the spring force of the flexible plate (not shown). When the bundle 10 is fixed to the wire saddle (not shown) in this state, the bundle 10 is fixed to the substrate 60.

In the state where it is fixed at 0, the bundle fixing member 50 cannot be removed by moving in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow C. On the other hand, when removing the bundle 10 from the substrate 60, the bundle fixing member 50 is moved to the hole 60a.
0 is easily pulled out in the direction opposite to the arrow C direction. For this reason, the bundle fixing member 50 can be easily attached to and detached from the substrate 60, so that the bundle fixing member 50 excellent in recyclability can be obtained. Note that, in order to prevent the bundle fixing member 50 from coming off the substrate 60, it is desirable that the sliding direction (the direction of arrow D) of the bundle fixing member 50 and the wiring direction of the bundle be kept substantially parallel.

As described above, according to the bundle fixing member of the present invention, when the bundle is fixed to the fixing surface,
Since the bundle fixing member cannot be removed in the vertical direction of the fixing surface,
The bundle fixing member does not come off easily. By pulling out the bundle fixing member in a direction perpendicular to the fixing surface, the bundle can be removed from the fixing surface. Since the bundle fixing member is easily attached to and detached from the fixing surface, a bundle fixing member excellent in recyclability can be obtained.
